Bought 4 Cheeseburgers at the Baden, PA Burger King Tuesday, 1/31/2023. At home, ate two. Later felt uncomfortable, didn't think much of it, but the feeling lasted many hours. On 2/2/23, me a my friend went through the drive thru at store 12111 at 7:09am.
We both got breakfast croissants and the egg on both was rock hard like they had been sitting for hours. Burger King breakfast has never been a disappointment until now. We also got Hash browns which were also hard and dried up. By far the most disappointing meal I've ever had at Burger King. Neither of us could eat it. I felt it a waste of good money, especially in this economy.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate at least a partial if not full refund and a response/apology.
Prices are too high for the quality...
Prices are too high for the quality. In comparison to purchasing fast food at Circle K gas station / food mart - the quality and quantity is noticeably better - all for about the same price, if not less. My neighborhood Burger King rarely serves their meat patties cooked when ordered (cooked to order) so much so I've discovered Circle K more reliable for hot fast food service. The only reliable menu food they serve is the French Fries - which are overpriced (compared to the quantity.) I went to this establishment today to ask about the five dollar meal deal (as seen on recent television commercials) and the waiter said the price is six dollars - not five, for meal deal.
Desired outcome: Lower prices might be worth another try.

The Kingman Arizona Store located on Andy Devine recently seems to have lost its leadership. I do Door Dash as a second job. Every time I receive an order I tend to cringe because I KNOW the order will take 15-20 minutes to complete and will more than likely be incorrect. This BK is the absolutely the worst… one young man, doing everything and slow as a slug. He was taking orders from drive through but could not take orders from customers inside store which was open. I asked if he was only servicing drive through only? He said he was told drive thru is the priority. There were four of us waiting to order.
Second issue, three girls in Kitchen filling orders, one of them was handling all the food with bare hands. Taking food out of bins then putting some on buns then picking up and throwing what was not needed into back into bins after being on the hamburger bun…
These three girls were mostly just laughing and playing around, not working at all, one of these could of easily taken orders, they would look over at us in line and disregarded us
After 25 minutes of waiting I left. I don't think this location will survive. I don't think sanitation is a priority there
Desired outcome: You need to put a manager in this store and hire more employees. Customer service training should be a must, If not this location should be closed.
general store
this is for the store in boca chica. i have several complaints. i have eaten at burger king for 50 years. the store in boca chica is far inferior to the other stores. the bread is more than once stail. they have fish on the menu but never have it. they never get the orders right. yesterday i ordered cheese sticks and it says 8 but i got 5. they do not start selling hamburgers on a regular schedule. some times it is 10 or 11 or 12. the hamburgers and fries are not consident. sometimes allot of ketchup and others not much. no consistancy. some times you can get an ice cream cone and others the machine is broke. i think you get the picture. this store needs new management and all around training.

I had stopped going to this Burger Kings for years because there were some women that worked there that did not care about the quality of the food, service, or timely service. Went to bk for breakfast this morning, the only employee who seemed to be working was the manager, he literally was doing everything.. After a 20 minute wait I got my meal which was wrong order, when I explained to him that I got the wrong order he blew up at me telling me "dont tell me whats on a sandwich! Im the manager not you!" then he went on to say "you can see im the only one work8ng!" then he even tried to make it like I was attacking him because he is black, and threatening me about "dont make me come out there!" at which point I told him I would call the police at which point he blew up and ran out of the store, I thought he was going to try and assault me, I asked for a refund b I t the employees said only the manager could do that. So I took back my reciept and yall better make this [censored] show right!

going on your website you avoid hearing from customers or now it seems many former customers. I observed from your site only black, or Spanish are shown maybe that's why the service is nonextinct since people believe whites are scum. Pull up drive through as always for years order a #1 simple/ NO! Same woman (girl) spanish maybe 5.3 200 lbs ask what size I say there is only one size for a #1. She insists to ask same question till you have to get forceful and say just give me # 1 root beer. She says her manager tells her to ask the same question for everyone. (?) There is only 1 #1 today I went to get 2 cheeseburger med root beer med fry. I attempted to hand her the coupon for 5.99 she started scolding me which I would do to an animal. She said I have to tell them when ordering you have a coupon. Not sure why. She didn't want to take the coupon (?) she finally took and complained the corner was missing. On or about 24 Jan 2023 I signed up, but when I tried to place an order to claim the promised reward of a free sandwich, the app did not work. I took my phone to the local store, BK #904 in La Vista, NE, and the Burger King employee could not make it work either. I then tried to purchase a different special 2-for-1 offer, which did not work either! Again, the employee could not place the order with my phone and could not satisfy either advertised offer! Do you ever test your app software before putting it in front of customers? Do you ever train your employees on advertised offers before putting them in front of customers? Do you train employees to make any attempt to satisfy customers? Can you spell "customer service"?
FYI: McDonald's, Wendy's, Arby's, Five Guys, Culver's, and A&W, all offer hamburgers at locations closer to my house than Burger King. Four of those rank in the Top 10 Fast Food Burger Restaurants according to the Food Channel. Is that enough information?

Extremely bad customer service experience
I visited store number 20834 on Jan 26, 2003 at 8:25 am & was served by someone named who said her name was Maria, my drive thru order number was 66. After placing & paying for my order, I was told it was going to be awhile because of eggs. I asked her to cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait that long. While I was trying to talk to her, she closed the drive thru window in my face. When she brought my refund, I told her how rude she was being & she again closed the window in my face. I don't know she treats everyone this way or only black people, but this ugly, rude customer service has to be addressed. I guess the old adage of the customer coming first no longer apply.
Refund, a response, an apology, training of workers, particularly the store manager, and store correction of incorrect prices.

On Jan 25 I tried to order the $3 Whopper. App said it was not available at the Bagley Rd Berea Ohio location. Decided to order chicken since I was already near BK. Ordered and pulled into drive thru at 4:40pm. 3 cars ahead of me. One sat at the speaker for about 10 min so I pulled out and attempted to go inside, doors locked. Since I had already paid on the mobile app, I got back in line. Another car had entered, so still 3 ahead of me. About 15 min later I reached the speaker. Finally had my food at 5:10. Guy at the window was pleasant. I asked if he was the only one there. He said there were 2 of them. I'm not blaming the employee, but whoever owns or manages this place needs to do something. I won't be returning! I've had slow service there before but this was ridiculous!
Desired outcome: At least a free meal that I can redeem at a different location

Transaction id [protected]-030631 ever since covid your stores are either closed or understaffed, I went tonight and the store I went to was understaffed, out of coca cola, coke zero and the sprite tasted like crap, the buns are always stale no matter where I go, the store on state road 436 in casselberry/ winter park is always closed and when they are open the doors are locked and are forced to go thru the drive thru and the products they serve are nasty, your slogan says have it your way, well its really hard to have it my way when people are not trained properly and the stores are not stocked up with coke products, the store manager was transferred from the casslebery location to the university store, whoever owns or manages these stores should not be in their position, vey bad customer service on their end. Now I can see why they are closing stores down, the meat is dried out and the buns stale and no soft drinks, I guess it will be another several years befor I go back to a burger king, at least mc donalds has fresh hot french fries and hot food and fresh buns and ample coke products, you really need to step up your game.
