Burger King Order not delivered

Last night on December 31 I ordered 48.00 worth of food through Uber eats. They charged my card but I never got the food. Uber is giving me the run around. I called our Burger King in Canandaigua NY and he felt really bad. He said my money went directly to corporate and they could do nothing. He said the system is broken and this happens to so many people. I am on a fixed income and this would have been a big treat for my family. This is Wrong in so many ways.

Desired outcome: I would either like a refund or get my food. Burger King is the only fast food place I will eat. I am so disappointed but I put it mostly on Uber eats and will never do this again.

Burger King Poor service by employees at Store 5861 at 92 Grove St Massena NY 13662

To Whom It May Concern: On Dec -31-2022 I was a customer at your Massena New York facility on Grove Street store # 5861 General Manager Mario Willcby, order # 90 , now the transaction number is hard to read due to the clear smudge mark on the center of the receipt ,but I will try my best to read it to you, ID # 86 blank blank 2-60C:[protected] that's the best I can read because of the blank space. I asked the female I believe was an asst manager if the two for one sandwich are still available? " she said yes" my response was ok I would like three ham, egg, cheese, croissants separate orders so that means two two and two right? " she said yes", just about that time the manager walked up to her and she stated he wants 6 croissants sandwiches he just looked at me I asked was that ok he stated yes if you want, I laughed and said "yes this is Burger King have it your way" then I added three med hash browns to my order, then paid what she rang up which was $11.10 shortly after she gave me my order and I left. When I drove 2.5 miles to home opened the bag to my dismay there was only three croissants and one hash brown. So I drive back to the store walk in and a very stout male employee stated to me " it took you quite awhile to come back" my response was I live 2.5 miles away on Cline Drive" then went to the same asst manager and told her what was in the bag and that she knew what I ordered and you did not put it ll in the bag I should have got 6 croissants and three hash browns, she stated ok I will fix it and give you a twenty percent discount and rang up the three sandwiches and two has browns told me the total, to my surprise I asked why should I pay again for the sandwiches? It was three separate 2 sandwich orders = 6 per order and three hash browns in which I did not receive. Perhaps she could not figure that part out. I stated " I am not going to pay for the sandwiches that I should have been in my order, just give me the two hash browns and I paid for them and I stated to her this will be my last time I come here. She abruptly went over to the manager and was about 12 feet away and told him about what happened in which nothing came from the chat. I then stood there waiting and noticed the stout male employee was standing in front of the serving area for the hash browns leaning on the counter doing nothing, I then stated "can I please have my hash browns" , the asst manager abruptly left the manager and went right up to the male employee and was whispering to him in reference to myself finally prepared the hash browns bagged them and turned and put them on the counter. Long story short, Never to return to Burger King Again...

Burger King The mybkexperience.com site is down, and I am trying to save a survey.

I ate at store 9233, on 12/29/2022 at about 12:31:47 PM.

I paid with a gift card.

The survey code is: [protected] 309233.

Obviously I am unable complete the survey. Will you do whatever it takes to get my credits? I totally forgot to enter this survey, but I am inside the 48 hour time frame.

Everything was wonderful, including the staff. I don't know what else to tell you... since I cannot access the MYBKexperience.com site.

Desired outcome: I would like my credits, should not be penalized because the website is down.

Burger King Customer service

My wife and I visited the Burger King #2174 in Rutland, Vt. at 3:56 pm on November 25th. According to our slip the server who took our order was Kayla. It obviously was shift change and there were people at the counter waiting for their relative to get off. Others workers were coming in and there was a lot of chit chat going on. There were also cars waiting outside in the drive. There was no real problem with the employees conversation except that after waiting several minutes I looked down the room and had to ask, "is anyone cooking my food?" Which nobody was. In the time we were there nobody at the drive through was served and I don't know how much longer we would have had to wait if I hadn't asked about my food. I apologize for the time between the occurrence and now.. we just went back and forth as to whether or not to say anything, but in this case the service was truly horrible. I enjoy Burger King very much and this has been an isolated occurrence in a store far from where we live and does not affect our patronage. thank you, Arnold Leach

Desired outcome: I didn't write in order to receive anything. Management should be aware when customers leave with dissatisfaction to this degree.

Burger King Too much salt on my french fries

Hello.

I have been loyal Customer for years I have never been treated so bad as I did today at the store #[protected] Crossing Circle Traverse city Michigan 49684

My wife and I went inside to have a set down Meal First thing My Wife got her drink (Punch) and it was nothing but sugar way too sweet I ordered the chicken fries, and They were so spicey I could not eat them and then I tried my French fries They had so much salt on them it made my mouth burn, so my wife asked for so new French fries without salt because of my salt intake they said that they would put another batch down with No Salt and so my wife went back up to the counter when they were ready she brought them back to me I took one French fry out and I tried to eat it and the salt was so heavy on them it was Bad My wife could not eat all her fries because of all the salt We spent $21.06 on a meal that we couldn't eat I took them up to the counter and told them there was way too much salt on them and they just looked at me like I was a fool my order # 76

Kids working their just don't care

Desired outcome: I would like a refund but not sure if I would eat at that Restaurant again

Burger King Breakfast

Your food in general is about the best i ever had, everything except your breakfast, i would try to change the menu for breakfast, the sandwiches are by far very poor and tasteless, all other food beat every other fast food outlet, but mcdonalds has a far superior breakfsat than you guys,their breakfast sandwiches are much better, i would try to change something, best wishes, frank.

12/28/22 9:30pm Dining Room Service I entered this franchise and immediately observed the trash receptacles were full, the dining room tables were cluttered with previous diners' trash and the beverage station was covered by liquid spills, napkins, and cup/lid refuse. The front end staff were milling about and chatting as customers entered and took several minutes to respond to walk-up inquiries. I have pictures.

Burger King Pricing

Got email on offers today, had problems with your website, I ordered 2 whoppers w/cheese and one small order of fries, confirmed price of whoppers was $3, plus cost of added cheese, got to window and the lady wanted almost $22.

Been to this location before, never have I felt ripped off, left this location and went to Arby's and enjoyed a good lunch for less than $17.

Your website is not the same when you go to the store.

Desired outcome: Honest pricing, want explanation on my experience today.

Burger King Italian mozzarella big fish whopper bacon

Went to BK in Elmsford NY on 12/28/22 at 12;30pm.

Not only is the food terrible but the prices have skyrocketed.

My fish was dry and mostly bread, my mozzarella sandwich was luke warm, not like in your commercials and tasted old.

$8 for a whopper/bacon ?

$28 for 3 dry, old warm sandwiches and a french fry. Next time I get the urge for fast food It won't be BK, not me, not now, not ever!

Went to BK in Elmsford NY at about 12;30pm.

ordered the 3 sandwiches and a large fry.

I live in town, so I've been there before.

It's always the same with this BK. The Italian mozzarella was warm and tasted old. the fish was all bread and the whopper coast $8 ! just for the sandwich. $28 for warm poor tasting expensive food.

Next time I'll go to Wendy's down the street, at least my food will be hot !

I won't be back anytime soon to BK.

Burger King Service

Dec 24, 2022 around 1:45 I went to the burger at 330 Rhorer's town road Lancaster, pa [protected]. Note on the front door said dining room was closed due to small staff, but the drive is open. Anyway drove to the drive up there was a white bucket blocking the entrance, so I got out and moved it, they took my order, plus there more cars behind me. So I drive around to park in the lot somebody has now put two buckets there, so I removed both of them, I watched as other pulled up and got served. Well here the manger and a employee came she is carrying a plastic jug, she puts it in the drive up and puts the two buckets there, so I get out of my vehicle I asked her how are people going to use the drive up. She said it is down I told her then you should have put a sign stating that, then her attitude came out, what a smart [censored], well she said she would have not moved the buckets to get a burger ,I said the sign on the door said drive up was open. Anyway the manger said that they were having computer issues, I said that is fine but should have put a sign at the drive up. I will tell you this if I was the manager I would have fired her on the spot. There are other times I went in there people always on their cell phones, the language you hear is terrible. Cell phones should be in their lockers until their break.

Desired outcome: Teach employees how to talk to the public, and work with them, and that young would be gone.

Burger King Managers north popular street, casper wyo.

Management was informed that employees lived 15-20 miles out side of town, and due to weather conditions there would be times that the employees wouldn't be able to make it in. Then due to the weather conditions you may or may not have phone service so you can call in 4 hours before your shift and have been informed your wages are getting docked because of it. Or the snow is so deep you can't get out of your drive way. Then your hours get cut to 2-4 hours a day for 5 days a week. (that doesn't even pay for the gas, not including the ware and tear on the vehicle. Why not work the employees 7-8 hours a day 3 or 4 days to make it worth while? Then the manager gives everyone their assigned stations, and they get busy and the managers start ranting and raving and step into the employees stations and taking over. How are the employees supposed to learn? Then the videos, how can you do the questions if the computer freezes up, shouldn't the managers be responsible for making sure that the employees are taught what is required of them? (Including having them come to the office and do the videos on the computer, not everyone has accessibility to a computer, and if you're old school you might not know nothing about computers) If the managers are ranting and raving that will make the employees feel inadequate and give up. When I go in to eat, I don't want to hear, employees being told what screw ups they are. Most of the people who work fast food are young adults, seniors or convicts. Everyone makes mistakes, I know I have. But why should you belittle them in front of customers? I have seen employees walk out due to the ranting and raving of managers.

Burger King no burgers available

I said I would not ever visit this site again, but my niece was starving and wanted Burger King. Well that was a sad and pathetic visit today! My niece was so mad when she came back out to the vehicle that she was practically screaming about how pathetic of a joint this site was! Absolutely no burgers! They were out of burgers! HOW IN THE WORLD IS A BURGER JOINT OUT OF BURGERS! After all it is called BURGER KING, not CHICKEN KING! there is only limited fast food joints in Fort Morgan, CO.

Desired outcome: Dont care what the outcome is! As far as Im concerned, it needs to be shut down!!!!

Burger King Fries

I am writing in response to a Burger King I frequently go to. The Burger King constantly has very bad service when it comes to food quality in the fries. Even on “Yelp” it has an overall 1.5 star rating. Please take disciplinary action immediately in regards to this matter.

Burger King Marianna,FL Burger King

On 12/18/22 8:30 am We had breakfast at the Marianna, FL Burger King , on the door it said manager Alex Perry. We are tourists passing through. What a complete disgrace. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissant meals with coffee. The sandwiches were smushed. The sandwiches were clearly made way ahead of time and microwaved. Gross. Eggs overcooked. Coffee undrinkable- very lukewarm. We received no ketchup, only 1 napkin for 2 meals, had to ask for a receipt. We ate in the parking lot. Not one garbage can in the parking lot. Had to go in to throw the trash away. The bathrooms were NOT clean. This is all first thing in the morning. Apparently no one cleans them. And to add misery to this experience, the bill was an outrageous $19.11.

It’s been awhile since I went to a Burger King but this is the last time I will go to one. I could of gotten better food, hot food and HOT coffee at McDonalds for half the price!

Desired outcome: What ever happened to making a quality product and having good service??!!I’d like my money back.

Burger King Cold food and poor customer service.

I visit your restaurant in Cleveland, MS on this afternoon, December 15, 2022. I went thru the drive thru placed my order and was asked to come to the window after paying for my food I noticed the order was incomplete te, I told the cashier it was not complete, she said "I did not take your order, she did" someone in the restaurant asked what was wrong and was told the order was not complete. I ordered to food the was missing and paid was asked to pull up and my food will be brought out to me. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes the young lady brought the items and asked if that was what I ordered I told her yes. I drove off and discovered the burgers were cold to the touch I did not eat it because I did not want a cold burger. I do not go to Burger King often but my disabled brother wanted to go because he like it.

I spent $38.00 and did not think I would get cold food after waiting to be served. I will not be going to the restaurant anymore and will explain to my brother why we cannot go to his favorite restaurant.

Desired outcome: To treat their customers the way they treat themselves.

Burger King on Newtown Road, Danbury, CT is charging 7.35% sales tax for its meals. The sales tax rate is CT is 6.35%. Of the three managers (?) there, two said that they were charging the correct amount for sales tax. I wanted to speak to the owner of the store; a message was not delivered. Please get this issue straightened out, a.s.a.p.! Thank you.

Burger King Want a free whopper survey option

You offer a free whopper option on back of receipt, however the second question on survey asks for Survey Code? There is not a survey code on receipt. See attached photo. thank you
