I visited the location on Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy around 8am. There were customers inside and out. However the manager locked the doors told me to go through Drive thru so I did. She then got on the speaker and said sorry she's not taking anymore orders because they don't have any food. This is by far the craziest thing ever. Your employees came outside in the parking lot talking to friends. There's always some type of ghetto situation going on at this location. The staff sucks as a whole from the general manager on down. Please get better help because I know this business could be ran much better.
Desired outcome: New staff new management is a must to be successful
Burger King - Refund, a response, an apology, training of workers, particularly the store manager, and store correction of incorrect prices.
Burger King Customer Service Department for Voicing Complaints:
I purchased at the drive-through window a whopper meal and a regular whopper that were to be cut in half on 1/21/2023 at Burger King at 3181 Donald Lee Hollowell in Atlanta, GA 30318. The amount came to an incorrect price at the window, and I have my receipt. The price indicated on the menu board outside gave a different price for the whopper $ 8.99; however, when I got to the window, the attendant said it was $10.59. The regular whopper was the correct price as advertised, just not the whopper meal. When I asked the attendant, why was the price different? She said that the price had not been changed on the Board to match the computer price and she had to charge me the price in the system. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said he was not available, because he had gone to the Petro Truck stop next door, and there was nothing she could do. I tried to get to the Corporate Office, but the voice message indicated that I must voice my concerns via this email address.
However, on January 23rd, I returned to the store location, so I could speak with the manager who was unavailable on 1/21/2023. I spoke with a person who said he was General Manager. The name he indicated is "Ivin". He first tried to convince me that the price outside was correct before even checking. However, I knew this was not true. He then used as his excuse that the attendant was a new worker. He finally decided to go outside to see the price listed. He said that it only showed a fifty cents discrepancy, not a $2.00 one. He said it was only fifty cents incorrect and gave the impression that I should not have a problem with that small amount extra that I was charged. However, on the date of my visit, Jan 21st, it showed approximately a $2.00 discrepancy. He said he could refund me 50 cents
Burger King - Refund my money, a response, an apology, and the store and its manager need customer service training and that false advertisements is unlawful.

I am questioning if the store is charging 50 cents or $2.00 more to each customer for a whopper meal, how much money is this store location unfairly and incorrectly taking from customers by the end of each day?
