This is my 2nd time having a major problem with this franchise location.1st time-1/3/23 order #51 they didn't have coffee and suggested I get a cold soda in freezing MN winter. I asked for an orange juice and they said I would have to pay a higher price for orange juice which from my perspective is wrong. If you don't have coffee then accommodate the customers request. Because they are a franchise and operate cheaply they would not accommodate an orange juice.

2nd time - 1/12/23 order #67 I ordered a "Sausage and Pancake Platter" and "Sausage Biscuit". I received the Sausage Biscuit and Pancakes but no Sausage with the pancake platter. I realized this once I got into the office to eat the meal.
I am a regular daily breakfast customer and deserve better treatment from the staff at this location.
