Burger King I was embarrassed and insulted by my manager.

On Wednesday, February 8th at 8:05 am I James Shipley took full responsibility due to the fact that I had forgotten to change the oil in the fryers. Manager Chris confronted me about the incident but then he took things further by calling inappropriate names to another supervisor. I then told Chris that calling me names was going too far and Chris replied in his own words "I DON'T GIVE A [censored]." I then told Chris that I did care and that was what he would have felt if I had called him an ignorant [censored] out loud. Chris then told me that I could clock out and go home. I replied to Chris and told him that I felt that he should clock out and go home due to the grounds that he started the name-calling and not me. I was told to go on my break. While on my break I messaged GM Fred and informed him about the situation that had taken place between myself and Chris.

Fred had informed me to finish with my day and avoid Chris and not get into trouble. Chris then sends over Supervisor Autumn and told me that Chris wanted me to clock out and go home and that they didn't need me period. I told her what Fred had informed me about and she said that she had to tell Chris. Chris feels that I had undermined his Authority By messaging Fred and telling him what had happened. Not only do I feel that Chris's behavior was unprofessional but calling me names and cursing at me is not the proper behavior of a manager. There is no saying how many other associates Chris has done this to. I feel that manager Chris does not have the right temperament for the management position. I also feel that Chris needs to be written up for the incident of name-calling and cussing at associates like myself and that I deserve an apology from Chris as well. Thank you for taking the time of reading my complaint and that actions be taken for Chris's unprofessional Behavior.

Burger King Manageress / Burger King Mile End Oswestry

28/01/23 early evening tried to order a takeaway at the counter when abruptly confronted by the manageress and told she wasn't taking orders (3 staff standing doing nothing)! and that I would have to use the ordering screen. Telling her I didn't want to use it and that I wanted to place my order with her she again told to use the screen!

I politely told again that I would not use the screen and said she had lost my order. She shrugged her shoulders, I left and shall not return again.

Desired outcome: Perhaps inhouse training should take place teaching Burger King staff how to be polite and friendly to customers.Yes I would like a response on this matter and what action BK will take.

Burger King Could not get the discount that has been advertised on local tv

Our local TV station has been advertising "$5.00 Your Way Meal. When I went to store 6179 (Smithfield, VA) tonight to order what I wanted, I was informed that they charge $7.00 not $5.00 as advertised. My bill for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 small soft drinks was $15.72. There was only one person in that store that knew what she was doing and she must have been the supervisor. It took them 20 minutes to fill my order. We were the only people in the store and they obviously wait on the drive through people first. I was there on Wed. Feb 08, 2023 at 6:30 pm and received my food at 6:50 pm.

Desired outcome: If this BK doesn't honor specials that are advertised, they need to post it on their window as such. They don't give senior discounts . $4.00 is not a big deal to most people but it's the principle of the thing.

Burger King Your 5 dollars have it your way

I pull up to your drive up and ask them for the 5 dollar have it your way and the told me that it was 6 dollars and ask me what wanted I told them the whopper jr and was not given the chance to have it my way and they ask what I wanted to drink and I said nothing and they charge me $ 6,43 cents this was piss poor service I am not satisfied with the service and this is not the first time with your store on Memorial dr Chicopee Mass 01013 not to mention the burgerr was ice cold Thanks Bob you can reply to [protected]@gmail.com

Burger King Burger King Jr., Onion Ring and Service

I just went throught the drive though and it took 20mins, the manager Angela all she would say is that she is sorry, they had a death in the family. My burger was so dry the bun crumbled. The onion ring were hard like they had sat there for a few hours. and then on top of that they would out of the dipping sauce that goes with them and didn't let me know until I asked to make sure they put them in my bag. She again could only say that she was sorry. I would not have brought them if I had known, I do not like them with out it.

Someone needs to come in and make sure that it is back up to a fast food standards in timing and then the manager should have had adjustments. I shouldn't have paid full amount for crap food and then wasting my gas sitting in the line for 20 min.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my $10.25

Burger King Breakfast

On 2/2/23, me a my friend went through the drive thru at store 12111 at 7:09am.
We both got breakfast croissants and the egg on both was rock hard like they had been sitting for hours. Burger King breakfast has never been a disappointment until now. We also got Hash browns which were also hard and dried up. By far the most disappointing meal I've ever had at Burger King. Neither of us could eat it. I felt it a waste of good money, especially in this economy.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate at least a partial if not full refund and a response/apology.

Burger King Prices are too high for the quality...

Prices are too high for the quality. In comparison to purchasing fast food at Circle K gas station / food mart - the quality and quantity is noticeably better - all for about the same price, if not less. My neighborhood Burger King rarely serves their meat patties cooked when ordered (cooked to order) so much so I've discovered Circle K more reliable for hot fast food service. The only reliable menu food they serve is the French Fries - which are overpriced (compared to the quantity.) I went to this establishment today to ask about the five dollar meal deal (as seen on recent television commercials) and the waiter said the price is six dollars - not five, for meal deal.

Desired outcome: Lower prices might be worth another try.

The Kingman Arizona Store located on Andy Devine recently seems to have lost its leadership. I do Door Dash as a second job. Every time I receive an order I tend to cringe because I KNOW the order will take 15-20 minutes to complete and will more than likely be incorrect. Burger King Burgerking, Jantzen Beach portland or

This BK is the absolutely the worst… one young man, doing everything and slow as a slug. He was taking orders from drive through but could not take orders from customers inside store which was open. I asked if he was only servicing drive through only? He said he was told drive thru is the priority. There were four of us waiting to order.

Second issue, three girls in Kitchen filling orders, one of them was handling all the food with bare hands. Taking food out of bins then putting some on buns then picking up and throwing what was not needed into back into bins after being on the hamburger bun…

These three girls were mostly just laughing and playing around, not working at all, one of these could of easily taken orders, they would look over at us in line and disregarded us

After 25 minutes of waiting I left. I don't think this location will survive. I don't think sanitation is a priority there

Desired outcome: You need to put a manager in this store and hire more employees. Customer service training should be a must, If not this location should be closed.

Burger King general store

this is for the store in boca chica. i have several complaints. i have eaten at burger king for 50 years. the store in boca chica is far inferior to the other stores. the bread is more than once stail. they have fish on the menu but never have it. they never get the orders right. yesterday i ordered cheese sticks and it says 8 but i got 5. they do not start selling hamburgers on a regular schedule. some times it is 10 or 11 or 12. the hamburgers and fries are not consident. sometimes allot of ketchup and others not much. no consistancy. some times you can get an ice cream cone and others the machine is broke. i think you get the picture. this store needs new management and all around training.

Burger King I was just assaulted by a manager at Maran BK # 8615

Went to bk for breakfast this morning, the only employee who seemed to be working was the manager, he literally was doing everything.. After a 20 minute wait I got my meal which was wrong order, when I explained to him that I got the wrong order he blew up at me telling me "dont tell me whats on a sandwich! Im the manager not you!" then he went on to say "you can see im the only one work8ng!" then he even tried to make it like I was attacking him because he is black, and threatening me about "dont make me come out there!" at which point I told him I would call the police at which point he blew up and ran out of the store, I thought he was going to try and assault me, I asked for a refund b I t the employees said only the manager could do that. So I took back my reciept and yall better make this [censored] show right!

Burger King Lack of elementary service and respect

I f you go to 1901 Algonquin rd. rolling meadows total lack of any management

going on your website you avoid hearing from customers or now it seems many former customers. I observed from your site only black, or Spanish are shown maybe that's why the service is nonextinct since people believe whites are scum. Pull up drive through as always for years order a #1 simple/ NO! Same woman (girl) spanish maybe 5.3 200 lbs ask what size I say there is only one size for a #1. She insists to ask same question till you have to get forceful and say just give me # 1 root beer. She says her manager tells her to ask the same question for everyone. (?) There is only 1 #1 today I went to get 2 cheeseburger med root beer med fry. I attempted to hand her the coupon for 5.99 she started scolding me which I would do to an animal. She said I have to tell them when ordering you have a coupon. Not sure why. She didn't want to take the coupon (?) she finally took and complained the corner was missing. Which didn't have anything on it? she still wanted to argue I finally forced her to take all the coupon then her manager some spanish guy came over? He left she wanted to argue still. She refused to give me my coupons back and said white people believe they are special. Same as the other day I walked in you have a 18-year-old at the counter with a Sweatshirt hoodie (work uniform) insulting women, girls families with children Playboy and a naked girl on the back while he is waiting for the food children women are supposed to stare at a naked woman again no management and maybe that why only works are Spanish because of racial profiling and discrimination need to file a class action against BK
