Burger King Both product and service

First im complaining about my experience i had at the burger king on park blvd and almost on the corner of 66th st north in st petersburg.I drove in to the takeout window and when i got in the lane there were two cars in front of me.When i finally got to the speaker after 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker the girl takes my order and sounded like she didnt want to take any orders.Anyway i waited 20 minutes behind 2 cars before i finally got to the window.I heard the lady in front of me complaining in the car saying come on.She gets to the window and now shes waiting more time for her order.They close the window on her and i here her again saying come on.So now i get to the window and i say to the girl,what is going on,and her reply was were busy which was [censored].I told her you only had two cars in front of me and we all waited 20 minutes in line.Also there were only three cars in the parking lot which im sure were employees cars...Really your busy.So as i confronted her with this she shook her head at me as if i was the problem.She gave me my order which was a big fish combo number8 with medium frie and coke.I leave i get home and the food was lukewarm at bestand i dont live far.Secondly i also ordered 4 pc motzarella sticks which were over cooked and dry inside.Then the whole order tasted bidder form the oil not being changed,and to top it all off she only gave me a half a cup of coke,when i ordered a medium coke.Just poor customer service all around.I ate the fish sandwhich which was bidder,and i just through away the fries and motzarella sticks.This all happened on march 5th 2023 at around 6 p.M.I also went there a week before ,same place and when i ordered 2 hamburgers all that was on them was ketchup, thats it this is ridiculous. thanks.i think this manager and crew should be investigated under cover and then spoken to,

Burger King Kids' play area

Store 5816, on Francis Avenue in Spokane WA. The play area was not very clean. One child, around age 8, was in the play structure without socks. I brought this to the PIC'S attention and asked if socks could be made available. When she replied that they could not, I advised there was a sockless child playing on the structure and asked "isn't this a health code issue?" No other reply but a shrug, and no one came to advise the parent or the child of a need for socks. The sock rule was posted with all other rules.

I was literally just in the drive through with 5 other cars we all drove off after 30+ mins of the two cars ahead of us that were there when we arrived still sitting stationary. Burger King Manager not knowing policy and treating me unfairly receipt #[protected]-03020 or-08020

Feb 24 2023 approx 12 pm.The clerk did not understand the receipt with the validation code so he called the manager who was sitting in the office as he usually does. the manager there would not accept my receipt with the validation code BB96618. He said it was only good for the month of January, i made the purchase on jan 29/23. He said the code should start with LL for it to be valid. i took the survey within the required time and received the validation number, your policy says that the offer for a free whopper w/ the purchase of a drink and fries is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. 1 month will be feb 28th or march 1st. i had the receipt and he just blew me off saying it was no good. I asked him if the food being purchased jan 29 if the offer was only good until jan 31,2023 and he said yes.

The man deliberately did this or he obviously needs more training . this is not the first time i have had problems with this man, i believe it may be an underlying issue directed against me. he does not and has not in the past treated me like a valued customer. this manager has been there a long time he is obviously not fit to be managing other people with his "customers do not matter attitude".

I may report this to the better business bureau . please get back to me with the solution you will be providing.

A very unhappy customer

Desired outcome: provide me with my free whopper and let me know what actions were taken to provide the manager with his badly needed management and customer service training

Burger King Lack of staff and security burger king Newquay

Local underage nite club event on this nite, no extra staff or security like before I this restaurant. Approximately 15 youths came in with alcohol, refused to leave then a girl attacked the young lady manager, she held her offwhilst being repeatedly kicked and punched in the face, a man the put this mgr in a choke hold from behind as well, a older mgr came out to try and help as this young lady was surrounded and being videoed by another laughing youth, then another tall dark haired male kicked the young lady mgr in the back and sent her flying, a customer then came to her aid and this young lady still did her job and got them out of the restaurant with the help of the male mgr, this is disgusting and scary to witness, why was there not more staff on and why no security anymore?

Desired outcome: Provide more staff and security for these nites when underage youths are drinking

Burger King Several burger kings I've been to.

No specific dates just attempts to visit Burger King over the past three months. I am so sick and tired of driving to Burger King to have dinner with my husband at diffierent location (loveland ohio and lebanon ohio to mention a couple) and when we get there, get out of our car to go to the dinner room, walk up to the door, pull on the door and find it locked. I don't go to sit in my car and eat my dinner or drive all the way home to have cold food. If you can't run a full service restaurant then close them down instead of being an inconvenience to your patrons! There is no good excuse for this not even lack of workers. Hire more or close down the store!

Burger King BK fish sandwich / swallowed bone / choked

On February 14th, 2023, at 12:15 pm. Shreveport Louisiana, Pines road location. I, Michael A. Martinez, ordered two BK Fish sandwiches for $6. Upon eating one of the BK Fish sandwiches I swallowed a fish bone which had caused me to choke and hack. After spitting out the remainder of the bite, My wife had given me bread and vinegar to unlodg the bone. Once rendered okay, I began to examine the portion of the BK Fish sandwich, in which I spit out, and found nearly 10 more bones. I am not pleased with this product by far and fear for my safety and the safety of others.

Desired outcome: A letter of apology, and restitution for the trauma of nearly choking to death.

Burger King Impossible Whopper Cross Contamination With Beef Made Me Sick

Hello BK,

I recently ate the impossible whopper in a North Carolina location, and I now am suffering from food poisoning. I was hungry and looking forward to eating this ‘100% free of animal-product burger.’ As a pescatarian of 3 years, I was super glad to see the inclusion of a vegetarian item that would actually fill me up! I am never one to complain but after doing research, I found numerous lawsuits claiming that the impossible whopper is cooked on the same grill as other beef burgers, and that beef fat is actually in the Impossible Whoppers due to cross contamination. So much for “100% Whopper, 0% beef”.

Someone who appreciates that there is a plant based option, but make it ACTUALLY 100% plant based.

Desired outcome: Make the impossible whopper 100% plant based. Cross contamination by cooking the impossible whopper on the same grill is not animal product free.

Burger King I was embarrassed and insulted by my manager.

On Wednesday, February 8th at 8:05 am I James Shipley took full responsibility due to the fact that I had forgotten to change the oil in the fryers. Manager Chris confronted me about the incident but then he took things further by calling inappropriate names to another supervisor. I then told Chris that calling me names was going too far and Chris replied in his own words "I DON'T GIVE A [censored]." I then told Chris that I did care and that was what he would have felt if I had called him an ignorant [censored] out loud. Chris then told me that I could clock out and go home. I replied to Chris and told him that I felt that he should clock out and go home due to the grounds that he started the name-calling and not me. I was told to go on my break. While on my break I messaged GM Fred and informed him about the situation that had taken place between myself and Chris.

Fred had informed me to finish with my day and avoid Chris and not get into trouble. Chris then sends over Supervisor Autumn and told me that Chris wanted me to clock out and go home and that they didn't need me period. I told her what Fred had informed me about and she said that she had to tell Chris. Chris feels that I had undermined his Authority By messaging Fred and telling him what had happened. Not only do I feel that Chris's behavior was unprofessional but calling me names and cursing at me is not the proper behavior of a manager. There is no saying how many other associates Chris has done this to. I feel that manager Chris does not have the right temperament for the management position. I also feel that Chris needs to be written up for the incident of name-calling and cussing at associates like myself and that I deserve an apology from Chris as well. Thank you for taking the time of reading my complaint and that actions be taken for Chris's unprofessional Behavior.

Burger King Manageress / Burger King Mile End Oswestry

28/01/23 early evening tried to order a takeaway at the counter when abruptly confronted by the manageress and told she wasn't taking orders (3 staff standing doing nothing)! and that I would have to use the ordering screen. Telling her I didn't want to use it and that I wanted to place my order with her she again told to use the screen!

I politely told again that I would not use the screen and said she had lost my order. She shrugged her shoulders, I left and shall not return again.

Desired outcome: Perhaps inhouse training should take place teaching Burger King staff how to be polite and friendly to customers.Yes I would like a response on this matter and what action BK will take.

Burger King Could not get the discount that has been advertised on local tv

Our local TV station has been advertising "$5.00 Your Way Meal. When I went to store 6179 (Smithfield, VA) tonight to order what I wanted, I was informed that they charge $7.00 not $5.00 as advertised. My bill for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 small soft drinks was $15.72. There was only one person in that store that knew what she was doing and she must have been the supervisor. It took them 20 minutes to fill my order. We were the only people in the store and they obviously wait on the drive through people first. I was there on Wed. Feb 08, 2023 at 6:30 pm and received my food at 6:50 pm.

Desired outcome: If this BK doesn't honor specials that are advertised, they need to post it on their window as such. They don't give senior discounts . $4.00 is not a big deal to most people but it's the principle of the thing.

Burger King Your 5 dollars have it your way

Burger King Burger King Jr., Onion Ring and Service

I just went throught the drive though and it took 20mins, the manager Angela all she would say is that she is sorry, they had a death in the family. My burger was so dry the bun crumbled. The onion ring were hard like they had sat there for a few hours. and then on top of that they would out of the dipping sauce that goes with them and didn't let me know until I asked to make sure they put them in my bag. She again could only say that she was sorry. I would not have brought them if I had known, I do not like them with out it.

Someone needs to come in and make sure that it is back up to a fast food standards in timing and then the manager should have had adjustments. I shouldn't have paid full amount for crap food and then wasting my gas sitting in the line for 20 min.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my $10.25
