Burger King - Whopper with cheese

I purchased a whopper with cheese, (no pickle) when I got home the burger had no mayo, sauce etc. The buns were bare. I took pictures and contacted Burger King. They referred me to a regional manager who said that the burger King I purchased the burger from does not participate in Burger King's online program but she would instruct the cooks to do better. All I wanted was my burger made right. She said if I joined Burger King's online program she would send me a $5.00 coupon. I joined but never received a coupon. I called but couldn't get her to send me a note back. I finally gave up and I will never purchase anything from Burger King again and I will tell everyone I know about how they treat customers.

Desired outcome: To get reimbursed a decent Whopper with cheese

Burger King - horrible customer service

I witnessed the worst customer service from your manager Lillian at your Puyallup, WA store on 111th and Canyon RD. A guy in drive thru told her that he was missing a burger and she basically called him a liar and said I am not giving you a burger, I know I already gave it to you, and when I stepped in and told her look the customer is always right give him a $3.00 burger that you'll throw away anyways if it sits there too long. She argued with both of us, and when I told her to F-off she said right back at ya. My family of 6 then walked right over to Jack in the box and spent $50.00, which your company lost out on all because of your worthless manager Lillian, we were there Sat 6/23/12 around 1pm. I will NEVER EVER support Burger King again.

My husband and I stopped at a local Burger King last evening at around 7:20pm. We pull up, no one in the parking lot on the front side of the building and only one car in the drive thru, so it looks dead….we order…two burgers and a medium fry. Nothing extremely difficult. We pull up to the window…wait and wait and wait…then she takes our money. While we're waiting we notice several cars parked over to the right side, we think they are customers inside or employees cars…well then we see an employee take a bag out to a car. Then the car in front of us at the window where you get food pulls up and sits and waits without getting food..then the girl who took the money comes back and says"can you pull in a parking spot, we have to cook your food". I'm a little ill, but we've paid already. So we go to a parking spot. And we sit there and wait forever. There are people who just leave after a while, I mean they've paid and havent gotten their food and just leave! Then the girl finally comes out and she has the totally wrong order!...i cant be mad at her, she's just a runner and she appologized for having the wrong order and for it taking so long, but the people inside…they need some training! I work in the customer service industry and if I did that poorly at service at my job, I wouldn’t have it! But we finally did get our food. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this BK, but after this I won't be giving it another shot and returning. My husband had a horrible customer service experience at a BK in Gaffney, SC. That store tried to take his money twice. He paid, got his drinks, pulled up to wait and when they brought his food they asked for him to pay, again! He tried to explain that he paid when they gave him his drinks but they didnt want to hear it. He went inside to speak to a manager and she was quite rude and basicly didnt want to admit they were wrong, so he proceeded to cause a scene. Needless to say he doesnt go back there anymore either. I do find it interesting how there is no customer service line where you can call and directly complain about your experience to the company. Also, on the reciept i recieved i notice how they 'accidentaly' put the incorrect area code for the phone number. I wish I could work somewhere where I had no responsibility for customer service or had to be accountable for my actions. If thats the case, then why don't we all work for Burger King?
