Baerskin Hoodie
I had rec'd my 3.0Hoodie early in December - which ws a 3XL. I found the size to be too large - so called and Customer Service - advising to return. Customer Service - Arianne - advised that they would send out to me a 2XL - at no charge to myself.
Unfortunately, the 2XL wass now too small - so I advised that I would like to return. She than said I could return for a full refund - or accept a 40% credit to my card . I advised her a few days later - would accept the 40% credit to my card.
When I emailed Cusatomer Service - she now claims that was an error on her part - and would give me a 20% coupon for a future purchase. Given this runa around - I doubt I would evver purchase from Baerskin again.
Now, Customer Service has gone silent - as they will not honor the original email wih the 40% credit.
The hoddie is a nice product - I give Baerskin this notice - but Customer |Service is lacking - so "Buyer Beware"

Baerskin Hoodie service
Ordered a Baerskin hoodie for Christmas and I needed to exchange the size. Two emails were sent and not answered. I used the chat box on the website and no response. I called the help line and after waiting so long they hung up.
All I want is to exchange the size and try to enjoy the product.
It seems like customer service is not important to this company- I wish I didn't order a hoodie from Baerskin.

Dec 3rd I ordered the Baerskin Long Sleeve Shirt. They were on sale. I really like the product. It is now Dec 20/23 and I have zero updates, zero replies to my emails. Consistently on hold with their call center. I foolishly ordered another hoodie 2 days after the purchase of the shirt. It now has gone stale in transit. I really like the clothes. But the customer service is absolutely trash. I will not be ordering from them again. I have tried every avenue to get a response.
I was pretty loyal owning 4 of these hoodies, but this experience has been anything but positive. I won't be returning. I will deal with the loss of the money, and be more aware.
There are other great companies out there that we can get great quality items with strong customer service.

Women's hoodie not received
On Nov 24,2023 I ordered a Baerskin 3.0 hoodie on sale (order #4VWTY9Z4). While paying for this order, a pop-up offered a chance to buy another hoodie for $20 less. I opted to purchase a women's hoodie (order #A8Zk02td). I received 2 confirmation emails on Nov 24,2023, one for each order. I received order# 4VWTY9Z4 on Dec 6,2023 via the USPS.
When I went to track the orders, both orders had the same tracking number and both showed delivered on Dec 6. When I went to the USPS to check on the second order, I was informed it is illegal to use one tracking number for multiple packages and to keep the packaging of the order I did recieve ( because it is not big enough to fit 2 hoodies).
I emailed [protected]@email.baerskintactical.com on Dec 11, 2023 regarding the missing order and received no reply. I emailed again on Dec 13, 2023. I used the chat program to try to resolve the missing order and still have gotten no response. I am getting tons of promotional email and a satisfaction rating. I would like to have the hoodie that I ordered, but at least I want my money back.

Ordered a hoodie and never got any sort of tracking information for my order. I have tried calling their customer service several times but it just hangs up on you after about a minute every single time. I have also tried using their chat feature on the website many many times and no one ever responds at all. I put in a dispute with my bank to cancel the charge. They certainly do a great job marketing their hoodies, but I would urge everyone not to buy from them.

Bearskin Tactical Hoodie
Received my order approximately 2 weeks ago and was not surprised to see they shipped the wrong size. Ordered a 3X and got a Large. Since then I have been unable to contact them to return the product for a right size. Dozens of emails sent as well as tried their phone number but while you’re waiting to speak to someone it automatically hangs up on you. Baersking hoodie

As a first time buyer im very dissatisfied and disappointed with the response I've gotten and yet still haven't heard back since I emailed not receiving my package.
This package was delivered on 11/18 a buisness facility in which was closed due to the weekend.
This package was stolen due to the carelessness of being left outside in the open with pedestians.
It should have been placed inside a facility, in a mail box, or someone to sign off on.
This was a Christmas gift and would like this resolved asap as I've been patient enough.
Either refunded or redelivered.

I ordered a hoody around the first of this month, first the address was wrong on the first attempt. The " North" was left out of my address and returned to you. I was not advised of the problem. I called your offices to ascertain why I hadn't received the garment. The correction was made and I was advised I should have it a couple of days. I still have not received anything. Help! I am constantly receiving your email sales info, too many, I might add, but I'd rather receive what i ordered! I'm not impressed Bearskin!

In October of 2019, my wife ordered me a Black BAERSkin Hoodie. Two Years Ago! I emailed someone there at the BAERSkin Tactical Supply Customer Service and they expressed unexceptable service and reordered the product to be sent to 308-B South Main Street, #191, Farmville, Virginia 23901. The Order Number is 1973677. We received information via our email ([protected]@gmail.com), that it would be sent this time, however, the tracking number of the reordered product could not be verified by our mailing service. We checked a few times with our mailing service and they could not verify, nor validate the supposedly resent Blk BAERSkin Hoodie product! Simply Put, It Never Got Sent To Us! Is The BAERSkin Tactical Supply Company a sham company instead! We forked out $99.95/$100.00 for a product we have never received, and I’m tired of you alls deceptions. Either give us back our money, or send us the product, but don’t lie to us anymore! Please! Non-delivery
I ordered 3 THREE jackets on 9/3/2023. I have no order as of TODAY 9/25/2023!
A copy of my order is attached! This is awful and I have No tracking number or anything! Once I ordered the three I took the offer for a FOURTH at a discounted rate! NO ONE HAS DELIVERED OR CONTACTED ME! I was told that it would be 10-14 days shipping! We are currently at day number 22! Poor Service
I order the BAERSkin Hoodie on Sept. 6 and have yet to receive it. On Sept 21 received confirmation the the hoodie was ready to ship and would arrive on 10-14 days, 30 days to fill and order is unacceptable. I continuously receive email offers.
