No chat-it opens an email window. Responds that it has been shipped. Their shipping number that reflects it moving through system is false. The ups numbers only show 'label created' which is common with scammers. I am tracking them by following up through their pa address to the attorney general, and their new york office where they have applied for us patents. Fraud, fraud, spent 20 min online with a customer service person who claimed she has no idea why they send me ups tracking numbers that she admits has nothing to do with the order. This fools paypal, banks, etc into believing that a legitimate company has actually run late in shipping due to the holiday season and has now shipped the orders. They will not provide an actual usps, ups, fedex, dhl or other us carrier number that actually shows the progress of a shipment and estimated arrival date to my address. This is because there is none being shipped. Btw, the two links on my paypal where I can contact digital innovation ventures gmbh are to websites that no longer exist!
