A copy of my order is attached! This is awful and I have No tracking number or anything! Once I ordered the three I took the offer for a FOURTH at a discounted rate! NO ONE HAS DELIVERED OR CONTACTED ME! I was told that it would be 10-14 days shipping! We are currently at day number 22! I also took advantage of your “special” code to get a $20 credit and ordered a bag…it came on time. However, my jackets have yet to arrive and no email or track or phone call to explain why

Poor Service
I order the BAERSkin Hoodie on Sept. 6 and have yet to receive it. On Sept 21 received confirmation the the hoodie was ready to ship and would arrive on 10-14 days, 30 days to fill and order is unacceptable. I continuously receive email offers. Why would I purchase another item if I can’t evaluate the quality and service level of what I already ordered?

So, my wifey was thinking about my present for Christmas and she got me the B?RSkin Hoodie. Enjoyed the style of it when I first saw it. But, apologetically, it came a bit late. Not that biggy, tho. But I was bummed when it did not fit me right. This prompted us to send it back right away. My better half carefully followed the instructions for returning and she even got a signature from UPS for the receipt of it by the shop. But then, the biz said they didn't get it and denied us a refund. Such a crummy experience, I must say!

BearSkin Hoodie Scam Alert: My Order Never Arrived and Customer Service is MIA
So, I'm kind of annoyed right now. I placed an order for the B?RSkin Hoodie on their website baerskinhoodie.com in early December and received tracking information a couple of days later. But, the hoodie never arrived! Can you believe it? The tracking information keeps saying that it's "processing in the facility" but it never moves anywhere.
I tried sending a couple of emails to their customer service team but I haven't received any response. It really looks like I got scammed! This is so not cool, man.
The thing is, this hoodie is all over the internet and social media. Their marketing team is doing a great job of promoting it. But, it seems like they don't really care about their customers. They should at least respond to my emails and give me an update on my order. It's a real shame, you know?
I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else who wants to order this hoodie. Just be careful, guys.

B?RSkin Hoodie Review: Cool Hoodie, but Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Color Delivery
So, I was lookin' for a new hoodie and thought I'd give B?RSkin Hoodie a try since they had a pretty cool lookin' one. I clicked on the black one, but when it came in the mail, it was grey. Was kinda bummed out about that, ya know? But, even worse, when I tried calling up the customer service number, nobody ever picked up! I even tried callin' at all different times of the day, but nothin'. And don't even get me started on the "contact us" button on their website. Every time I clicked on it, it just took me right back to the same page. What a bummer, man.
But, what REALLY ticks me off is that I got charged AGAIN and another grey hoodie showed up at my door. And I definitely didn't order two of 'em! I feel scammed, ya know? I mean, the hoodie itself isn't too shabby. It looks pretty good and it's comfortable enough. But, dang it, the customer service is just non-existent.
Overall, if you're gonna order from B?RSkin Hoodie, just be prepared for some serious frustration if you need to contact 'em. The hoodie itself is fine, but I woulda liked to get the color I ordered and not to be charged for something I didn't even want.

Stay Away! B?RSkin Hoodie Scam Alert: No Delivery, Poor Customer Service & No Refunds
So, I thought B?RSkin Hoodie is a big scam. I placed my order in the mid of the last month, and I haven't received it yet. When I inquired about it via email, all I got was a canned response stating that my order has been sent out for delivery by the local carrier. This was the same update I received a week ago. You know what's strange? None of the emails have mentioned the location of my delivery.
I am starting to suspect that they might be sending out mass emails with the same order number. Perhaps some of you out there have received the same order number as mine- *** in your emails?
What's worse is that they aren't responding to my requests for a refund. This has only confirmed my suspicions that B?RSkin Hoodie is a total sham. I would recommend staying away from this place and looking elsewhere for your shopping needs. Don't waste your precious time and money on a website that can't deliver your order on time, let alone answer your queries.

Baerskin Hoodie Review: Great Style, Poor Quality & Customer Service
I purchased the B?RSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com as a sweet gift for my spouse. I was eagerly waiting to surprise him with the hoodie after a couple of months of receiving my package. However, a dark cloud covered our joy as we rinsed the hoodie for the first time - the zipper tabs gave way.
At that time, I contacted Baerskin, and they told me that I had a mere 14 days to return the package. Feeling disappointed and let down, I expressed my astonishment at the poor quality of their product. Fortunately, after snapping a photo of the hoodie after one wash and sending it to them, they revealed that they had a six-month guarantee for their products.
However, since I had presented the hoodie to my partner on their birthday, we were left with an expensive garment that could not zip up. I must say, I am extremely displeased with Baerskin, and I wish I could give them a 0-star rating for their inadequate service.
Despite this thorn in my side, I applaud Baerskin for their style and design. It is easy to see why I was drawn to their collection. Nonetheless, in the future, they must elevate their fabrics' quality and focus on customer satisfaction.

Baerskinhoodies Review: Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service & Long Wait Times
I'm writing this review to let you all know about my experience with Baerskinhoodies. I ordered a bunch of hoodies from them in mid December, and I was super excited to get them. However, it's been over 3 weeks and they haven't arrived yet! I tried messaging their customer service to see what's going on, but they haven't responded at all. It's really frustrating because they already took the full amount from my bank account.
I'm really disappointed with this company and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. Honestly, my customer rating for them right now is close to zero. It's really hard to trust a company that doesn't even respond to customer inquiries. I feel like I got scammed out of $269 and I'm not happy about it.
If you're thinking about ordering from Baerskinhoodies, I would really reconsider. They might take your money and never send you your products. I really hope that they'll improve their customer service in the future, because right now it's not good at all.

Ordered two hoodies a whole month ago, and I'm still on edge for the delivery. I've sent some emails, but there hasn't been any response yet. After perusing the reviews here, I'm starting to think of Baerskin Hoodies as a scam. I can't believe I'm out $200, and they tricked us. Whoever owns Baerskin Hoodies, you've conned us all!

Baerskinhoodie.com: Huge Disappointment, Tedious Return Process
So, I ordered the B?RSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com, and let me tell you, it was a huge disappointment. I mean, I ordered a 2XL, but when it arrived, it looked like a children's size. It was so small that it barely fitted me at the shoulders, and the chest had a gap of about 6 inches from closing. I couldn't believe my eyes!
Naturally, I wanted to return it and get a refund asap. But that turned out to be a tedious process. I spent the whole day trying to contact the company, but no luck. On the second day, I finally received a response, but it was some generic computer-generated text that was no help at all. I was so frustrated!
Finally, on the third day, I received another computer response with some directions. If I read carefully, I could understand what they wanted from me. But by then, I had had enough. So, on the fourth day, I decided to return the items, unworn, in their original packaging via USPS priority mail with a tracking number.
Now, I'm just waiting for the credit to show up on my credit card. Hopefully, everything works out in the end. But I'm definitely not going to do business with these folks anymore. Trust me, save yourself a lot of hassle and steer clear of baerskinhoodie.com.

So, let me tell you about Baerskinhoodie.com. I gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with them right now. Usually I don't write no reviews, but after dealing with their lack of customer service, I just had to share my experience. My old man ordered a couple of M size hoodies, which is usually what he wears. But when they arrived, they were gigantic on him, like a large size. He couldn't wear them at all. So I tried to reach out to the company for a return or exchange, but no luck. They ain't got no phone number, and I emailed them twice with nary a peep back. It's just plain wrong to advertise one thing and then not stand behind your product. And these hoodies were no chump change, either. I ain't happy with this situation and would not recommend this company to anyone. In my book, they are a downright terrible company, and I ain't got no time for that.

Disappointing experience with B?RSkin Hoodie: Subpar Quality & Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not too pleased with my experience with B?RSkin Hoodie. I ordered two hoodies as Christmas gifts for my loved ones, and I was really excited to see their faces light up. But boy, was I wrong. I waited and waited, but the hoodies never seemed to arrive. I thought maybe they were just delayed due to holiday shipping, but when I tried to contact customer service, it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack. No phone number, no live chat, just a generic email address that nobody seemed to respond to.
It was already the day before Christmas Eve, and I was starting to panic. I had to quickly scramble to find an alternative gift and ended up having to rush to Kohl's to find something decent. Let me tell you, that was not how I wanted to spend my day.
As it turns out, the hoodies never arrived until well after the holidays were over. And even then, the quality of the hoodies was less than ideal. I regret not reading reviews before ordering from Bearskin. I simply wanted to try a pair of pants and gift a jacket for my son’s birthday. Their aggressive methodology—specifically the inability to remove items from the cart if added in error—led to four items being charged when I only intended to purchase one. They refunded all but the pants and now refuse to cover return shipping.
After mailing the pants back using their label, they sent me a replacement without consent, seemingly to avoid issuing a full refund. From my experience, Bearskin won’t refund fully unless customers pay for shipping.
I haven’t contacted the BBB or Trustpilot yet—not because they don’t deserve the feedback, but because Bearskin has already taken more time from me than I’m comfortable admitting. As of 10/25/25, I’m out $99.99 and stuck with pants that don’t fit.
I genuinely hoped to praise their product and service. Instead, I’m sharing this so others don’t have to fight just to be treated like a customer.

I have three items purchased from Baerskin and not a single one is acceptable. The materials are suboptimal, workmanship is poor, and as a result the value for price is no good. The products are no more than cheap items made in China.
