I paid for the order then saw all the negative reviews tried to cancel in minutes. Contacted Apple Pay could not cancel contacted Baerskin again no reply for 3 days then they said it was too late to cancel it was already processed. What a scam.

I emailed like 10x they kept saying for me to pay to mail it back. I called I spoke to a supervisor she said they would send a paid return label in 24 hours and now nothing 4 days later.

Today I call and call and after holding I get disconnected. The email they keep sending the same robot reply. I never saw such an unorganized company.

You can get the same exact made in china hoodie on Amazon just type in Baerskin. If they do not give me a paid return label I will leave feedback everywhere I can possibly leave feedback and make a YouTube video so others are aware of the bad service and scam with this company. You should be able to cancel your order you should not have to pay for the return when you contact them in minutes after placing the order it is a total SCAM!

Claimed loss: $240

Desired outcome: I want a paid return label ASAP! Next they will tell me it is too late to return

We sincerely apologize for the less than satisfactory experience you had with our company. We understand that you tried cancelling your order moments after placing it, but our team responded a little while after that, and you were informed that cancellation was no longer possible at that point.

Indeed, as a general rule, once an order is already processed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. However, in this case, it was clearly the delay in response time on our end that has caused the inconvenience for you.

We would love to help resolve this for you. However, upon checking, one of my colleagues already informed you previously via email that since you have opened a dispute with your bank, we are unable to issue your refund.

I sent over 15 emails trying to resolve this and I also called. I did end up paying $25 to mail this back because I was told by the credit card company the dispute would go in your favor since the items were shipped to me and I received them. And you 100% know this because this is what you do to customers. Ignore the "please cancel my order email" so they are forced to get the product. I did not want to get stuck in another of your "our policy" is now that you have had the items for 14 days they are yours to keep and no refund for you. If you would have not ignored my emails for 3 days you could have canceled. That was the only option I was given by the credit card company they said YOU were the only person with the power to cancel and that is part of your scam ignore emails until the order is "processed". I am not stupid I know the game you are playing. I want my $25 shipping back or I will be leaving feedback to warn people that one this company is a scam these are not made in America by an American company you just have an excellent marketing company to make it look that way. And two I want people to know do not spend triple the money just go on Amazon and type in Baerskin and the EXACT same items will come up for $40 or less. This is due to there is no copyright and these are made in China and shipped from China and people are allowed to copy your exact colors and designs. I hope people will read my reviews and save themselves the hassle I have been through and save LOTS of money. In the end you will lose LOTS of money so I hope $25 is worth it to you if you do not return my shipping cost. This company who is full of lies is rate "0"

Indeed, we admit that we could have done better by responding to emails in a more timely manner. We have had quite a few challenges with this in the past months due to the rise in volume of orders, but rest assured that we are optimizing our communication processes so we can address our customers' concerns more promptly. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Regarding cancellations, we are only able to do this if the order hasn't been processed yet. However, once processed or ship, we are no longer able to stop the shipment - but that doesn't mean that the customer can no longer receive a refund. All they have to do is wait for the product to arrive so they can return it to us for a full refund.

As for your refund, unfortunately, we cannot process it, as a dispute is still open with your bank. We have recently sent you an email regarding this.

So crazy it is not resolved. I paid $57 to ship back. And they never replied to my email they only post on here to make it look good. They received the products and will not work with Apple to complete the dispute and pay me the shipping... this company is a SCAM! Buy the same items on Amazon just type in Bearskin and they will come up same color same everything made in China not like USA like advertised and they are more than half the price on AMAZON! Such a rip off and still not resolved!

My issue is NOT resolved they will not work with Apple to close the dispute even though they received the items in DECEMBER! Company is a SCAM! I paid $57 shipping to send it back.
