I received my hoodie, but it’s too large even though their scale or sizing chart told me that that’s the size I needed. I am trying to exchange it and they have me on an AI system that is telling me that they can answer my questions if I pay them supposedly five dollars refundable on just answer. However, looking into it, they want to charge $35 to get an answer the company is a crack. They told me 10 to 14 business days for delivery. It took a month and three days now I’m trying to figure out how to return it But I don’t know if that’s even gonna happen. I would avoid this company at all costs not only for the time that it takes to receive, but the fact that you are unable to talk to somebody that’s a real person. And nobody should ever have to pay to get an answer on how the refund situation or a return situation should go. They state that there is a no hassle return policy, they are full of it

Claimed loss: This oversized ridiculous hoodie cost me $165. Based on the fact that I was supposed to have a no hassle return policy and now they want me to pay $35 to some other just answer question system.
Desired outcome: I would like to get it exchanged. But if it’s going to stay this way, I just would rather get my money back.
