Shady business practice to the point of "card info"theft
The Newest built Wendys in Toledo AT Front ST. and Main. Only accepted the exact amount. Or surrender a "CARD" That in itself is bad business. The last time I gave any "CARD" to a shady employee they "snapshot my card and attempted to pay their cable bill. that was at Booger Queen. Now Your newest BUILT Wendy's, is unable to give change? HMMMM 'what would you do? Give up card info, or loose 8$ because.. Why? A Wendy's that can't give change. What's really going on? I tell you can't find good help, so you hire who is"ready and willing "after Covid-19 killed off all the reputable work force. what's left? Thieves' young inconsiderate youths that spit in the food. I'm sure if Wendys management does respond to my complaint the response will only be an attempt appease. With that said WENDYS Corps Owes me at least a explanation and the money I'm sure your employees ended up dividing. Journalism reporters loves stories like this. Wow I wonder what happened to the ones that gave up the cards. EXPLAINTION IS DESERVED PLEASE!

Wendy’s rep taking the order
We stopped at this Wendy’s as we were traveling through. We typically will choose Wendy’s when it’s available because our son has a severe peanut allergy and traditionallly their menu has been safe. When we pulled up to order, like he always does, my husband informed the guy taking the order that we were ordering for a kid with a peanut allergy. When he asked what kind of oil was used the response was “WHAT!?” And when he repeated the question he heard the man say “ they’re fries! We cook them in OIL!”! At this point my husband and I were both unimpressed and would have left had it not been for the typically safe menu. We preceeded with our order but after each item it was as if we were being mocked with the guy taking the order stating “ combo yep! Dr Pepper yep!” Overall he was very unprofessional but it was his very obvious lack of awareness for food allergies while working in fast food that made us feel completely upset. We avoided ordering the frostys we had planned to get because we knew trusting this employee to tell us about the safety and ingredients would be a waste of time. Do better Wendy’s. Food allergies continue to be on the rise and there apparently needs to be much more training to employees on how to prepare food and take orders when food allergies are involved
Desired outcome: Better training for employees specific to handling food and taking orders for patrons with food allergies
A salad
This kuna Location is horrible they always forget items from what you order and the new general manager is a [censored] she's rude I’m not sure how she got that position I honestly think that’s a high position for the rude lady they forgot my salad and I went back 2 weeks later and they did not give me my salad the kuna location new general manager is trash.

10 piece nugget meal
I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal on the app. I normally go to the other location. I wasted my money trying to get my son a 10 piece meal. I could smell old grease as we drove away. My son checked the order. The nuggets looked like they were over cooked. And the fries weren’t any better. It’s like they put it in old grease. And just continue cooking with the old grease. Wendy’s isn’t cheap, but they are usually fresh.

I have an Wendy's app and money on my account that I'm told is nonrefundable because it's been on my account for more than six months! Basically I am being fined for not using MY money in a timeframe that YOUR corporation has designated as a reasonable excuse to keep my money, right? I didn't know that was a thing and I have to wonder how many people are contributing to your financial bottom without their permission or knowledge! I don't think you should be allowed to take from people that easily with the victims having no recourse! That's stealing in my book and I will bet your company has lawyers that made it ok for you to steal people's money without any backlash but It doesn't make it right or fair that you are allowed to steal from your customers because they aren't spending their own money in your arbitrary timeframes! I want my $11.15 back since I got no food for it!

I have been a long standing customer of Wendy's and have always thought it was above all the other fast food restaurants. In the last 6 month this has not been the case. I have been to at least 3 different Wendy's in my area and each one had awful service. This last one I had to walk out because after 20 minutes, no one waited on us. Me, my husband and a 5 year old. They kept waiting on drive thur and left us waiting. Finally we left and went to Burger King and was waited on with 2 minutes.
The issue before this was not getting our order wrong and the attitude of the employee having to fix it.
The issue before that was, employees language and dropping the F bomb with each other and an employee walking out. So not only did it take 2 times to get my order correct, I had to wait a long time and had to listen to all the unexpectable language.
I have decided Wendy's will no longer be my go to, but will go to one of the other fast food restaurants.
No sure if your restaurants need more staff, but they certainly need employees that know how to act in front of customers.
Desired outcome: More staff, accurate service, friendly employees.

Went to the Wendys at Seward Hwy and Benson Blvd in Anchorage, Alaska, stood at the register for 10 minutes with no help. Finially the manager came up, didn't take my order but said if you order you're going to wait we're busy with drive through. So apparently wendys only cares about the drive through. This is not a one time deal, happened last month too. 4 Ppl in line behind me, everyone walked out. If we're not valued customers no reason to spend money with you. Just wanted to tell you about this store, I won't have the problem again because I will never set foot in that location again. Never had this issue at 5th Ave or Tudor stores, just this one. Someone from Corporate needs to visit this store and see how poorly it's run and shut it down if need be. Then go to 5th Ave and see how a store should be run

My son and I downloaded the Wendy's app today, as that is what so many places are pushing for now, and ordered our 1st order on it. The order was a buy one get one for a Dave's single and a spicey chicken sandwich (app coupon) , and a single nacho burger meal deal. Once my son returned with the order, we were missing the spicey chicken sandwich and the burger was not a Dave's single but the Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe... That was not the 1st time this location has given me the cheeseburger in place a Daves single! You not only can feel the weight difference, but see the size difference in the burger. Not to mention how you feel afterward eating it... It's extremely frustrating to go through a drive though get back to work only to discover this kind of negligence. I just wanted to share, as I'm not one that usually does, but today was more than over the top and not the first time for this location.
Desired outcome: To see some improvement in the level of attention to customer's orders at this location, and maybe an uptick in the pride of the employees in getting the order correct.

Wendy's Restaurant #[protected] 1201 Highway 195 Killeen, TX [protected]. On October 30, 2023 4:59 PM I went thru the drive thru and ordered a $6.00 biggie bag. The lady working the first drive thru window asked me what kind of drink and I said lemonade. When I got to the window she stated that I owed $7.04. I asked for what if the meal cost $6.00 and the tax is 54 cents. She said the lemonade. I said to her that I asked for lemonade. I told her that I did not ask for premium lemonade. She proceeded to tell be that I did not specify. I told her that it was her job to ask and she did not so no I will not be charged extra when she did not ask me. She gets an attitude and had to go to the front to get a white card to make a change to the transactions. She gives me my card and receipt and gives me a very nasty look. When I pulled up to the second window I asked the second the lady what the first ladies name. She asked me why did I need her name. I told her it was because I am going to make a complaint on her. She tells me that she cannot give me her name. I said your telling that if a customer has a complaint that you are not allowed to give me her first name? She said no I would have to ask the girl myself. I told her that does not sound right and I told her that I would make a complaint on her too for not giving me her first name. When I got my food home someone had bitten into my chicken nugget which at this point is someone's bodily fluids in my food. I took a picture. In addition, all of my food was cold. COVID and FLU is going around and someone bit into my food and put it back in my chicken nuggets. This is unacceptable and the entire crew should be fired. I will be sharing this with social media so everyone can see how Wendy's employees are allowed to conduct themselves. The hosts name on the ticket is lizbeth #3192. I have a pic of both employees that I can pull from my thumb drive.
Claimed loss: Money. In addition I could have caught a possible illness if consumed. I threw all food away because I was not sure what else was tampered with.
Desired outcome: Because of the seriousness of the offense I request the two employees working the first and second drive thru windows be terminated effective immediately. In a addition I would like a refund credited back to my credit card.
Wendy's Resturant in Pageland, SC
On Sunday night, October 29th at 7 p.m., I went to the Wendy's in Pageland, SC. My wife was sick, but thought she may be able to eat some chili from there, or maybe a baked potato. Unfortunately, this resturant had neither, and said they were out of both. It was not busy. There were two cars in the parking lot, and four in the drive thru line. This is not the first time I have had that experience at this restuarant, which might explain the nearly empty parking lot. Your company would be better off closing this restaurant rather than having a poor performing restaurant in this area.
Claimed loss: Our bill was $ 20 . 88. Since we did not get what we went there for, this should be complimentary.

I ordered a taco salad and a large coke. 1. Thru didn't ring up for the coke they had to ring it up after. When I asked for me drink I hear the crew person say she didn't order a drink. Yes I did.
2. Forgot my chips for taco salad had to ask for them. They are outdated use by is 8/5/23 they are stake.
3 they are not nice.
I went to the Wendy's on Main Street by the mall in houma Louisiana because the one on mlk didn't have chili.

Today Oct-19-2023 btw 1-2pm I ordered 4 burger combos and one salad drive through... after arriving at my office I realized that there was not salad, so I had to go back and ask but they said it was not charged so I have to be on the line again and pay. I check my receipt and salad was not charged but donation was charged that I never ask or consent. I call manager and she said she was not sorry at all mistake they made and went away... All I wanted to have was having a good lunch but she ruined all my afternoon. It was awful… I certainly don't deserve such things as a customer. Everybody makes mistake but this manager's attitude was not mistake, I guess she does not care of this business but only her paycheck.

“Undercooked food”
I placed a door dash order from Wendy’s located at 4 Belfast Village Drive Bluffton South Carolina, on October 15th of 2023. My order was picked up at 11:43pm. My order was dropped at 11:58. I took a bite into my sandwich and noticed it tasted not how it usually would. I proceeded to open up my sandwich and saw it was raw and undercooked. I’m very in shock and upset.

I would like to start by saying the food was fine. But the condition of the building was terrible. Upon entering the building the first thing you see is the grease stains on the concrete coming out the door. I used too work at a Frieghtliner Dealership and our concrete wasn't allowed to show this kind of filth and we actually worked in thick grease all day.
The windows were double pained that had moisture problems and were white between the layers. The windows Siles had drywall that was separating on almost every window, the floors were sticky and when I looked up you could see where the a/c duct work had leaked condensation onto the drop ceiling tiles.
I went to the bathroom to was up and the wall tiles were falling off the walls, the faucets leaked and there weren't any towels to dry my hands.
The next day I was working about 10 miles away when I asked a worker if he had been to that Wendy's, and he responded that he had "liked Wendy's till he had eaten at that one!"
