Wendy’s paycheck not received

I am currently employed at the 6130 Jimmy Carter location and after weeks of working, I have yet to receive my paycheck deposit. I was informed i should use the employer provided pay and for my first check then direct deposit and still have yet to receive either form of payment.. I've brought this issue to several tiers of management and still for the past few days I have been struggling to get by without pay and still working on the clock for free. This is am outrage and completely unfair to be working so hard and not receiving pay and having to borrow from friends to get by... I can't even receive a guaranteed date that I'll receive my funds .

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate being payed for my hours and if we can't use My direct deposit due to my employers error, we could at least temporarily resolve this issue by substituting my payment method

Wendy’s Cold breakfast, horrible coffee 02/08/2022 7:15 am

Came here because I listened to your advertisements about hot potatoes.

Ordered a simple bacon,egg, bisket meal. Had to wait in parking lot because ythey didn't have coffee made. told me 2 minutes, took 10 to get the worst tasting coffee I think I have ever had. Food was cold! (What happened to the hot potatoes?) Threw the coffee out!

Worst fast food breakfast I have ever had. I won't be going there again for breakfast. Wendy's on McHenry Avenue in Modesto, California

Wendy’s Staff

The staff and the district manager is really rude. The manager had long nails, had bracelets on and was working the fry station without any gloves, the other manager was really rude and had an attitude and told me that it was fresh hot food when clearly it was cold. My food was made without gloves and I refused to give me a refund.. The district manager is really really rude.. That store is so nasty, the women’s restroom was so disgusting.. You all need the health department in there immediately. Just let them pop up…

Wendy’s Workers

Went intio your wendys store #[protected] in hastings, ne. Ordered a daves double with onion only the guys named derrek who waited on me told the kid making my sandwich if he messed it up that I would kick his [censored] (I never said this) that upset me. Then will eating the workers were in the back calling each other sons a [censored]es, f — ing [censored]ots. If this is how your workers act I will not be returning to your store.

Wendy’s Missing sandwich.

At 2:29pm on 2/2/22, at the 4241 Hamilton Middletown Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011 store, I ordered a #2 Baconator combo and 2 large chilis. After getting home I realize that they did not give me the Baconator sandwich at all. It is order #3266.

Wendy’s Drive-thru

Incorrect order. I visited the Wendy's on Noblestown Rd today. I ordered two #3 Breakfast croissant meals. The croissant should have had bacon but instead had sausage. This is the second time this has happened. It is so frustrating because I live a little distance away. It is too far to have returned the meals. I end up throwing part of the meal away because I do not like sausage.

On a better note, the breakfast potatoes are very good.

Wendy’s Breakfast baconators

February 1,2022 at 9:30 am went through Wendy's drive thru and ordered Breakfast Baconators and potato wedges ,pulled over checked my food Bacon was burnt,So went through drive thru Again,They gave me another one,got home checked the bacon it was more burnt then the first Breakfast Baconators,tried calling them, They never answer the phones at Wendy's in White Oak Pa.

Wendy’s Kailua drive through

Went through drive through this morning and got a maple bacon chicken croissant and two sausage egg and cheese biscuits with a coupon, all three items were wrong, the croissant was a plain chicken biscuit and both egg, cheese and sausage biscuits were totally plain, no egg and cheese! Unreal! Never going to this Wendys again! Don't get me wrong, we love Wendys and will still patronize the one in peàrl city when we go to town once a month, but we will NOT go to the new Wendys in Kailua due to this as this is not the first time this type of inept service has occured! Kailua Wendys gets a f for drive through service, pearl city gets a a+! So sad that our hometown Wendys is so bad!

Wendy’s I'm complaining about an employee

I went to Wendy's 1-23-22, 11:15am on hospital Dr. Dublin, ohio. I asked if they were serving lunch and they said yes. I asked if I could see the lunch menu, and the guy named Richard yelled out of the intercom for me if you can just wait a minute for me to go out and change it! I side I'm sorry you don't need to be nasty. I didn't know you had to come out and change the menu. I then heard him call me a curse word, and I said to him I heard what you called me! I told him I was going to report him to corporate and he said he didn't care! I even told him if you don't like your job go elsewhere, and he said he likes his f*

Wendy’s Poor service & no points

Good morning.
I want to start by saying I love y'all's food. I have a strict diet but when I do eta faster food I always choose Wendy's. I was traveling for business and went through Dallas Ft.Worth airport. I stopped at a Wendy's in the airport to grab some burgers. I ordered the strawberry summer salad that was displayed on the main board. The rude lady behind the register told me they didn't have them. That's cool.
I ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. I opened the Wendy's app to get credit for my points. She told that "they don't do that" at the location. I thought maybe she meant I wanted to pay with points. I told her I just wanted to get points for what I was purchasing. She was very rude and just said no they aren't doing that.
It's not a lot of money or points I'm sure. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I have included a copy of the receipt.

Wendy’s No masks

I went to wendys in pearland on broadway st so unprofessional no masks the person at the window yelled at me once I asked her to put it on I also asked to speak to a manger and the young girl stated that was no manager at the time im so sick of coming to this wendys because the problems are never resolved they are never open within the time that is stated online and everything on the menu is always not available or the system is always down do better wendys

Wendy’s I'm complaining about the managers and the health of customers

The Wendy's on broadway is the most disgusting place I ever went to, no one ever has on gloves or masks she (gm) will literally look you dead in your face and not put on any gloves and I was disgusted will not recommend no one to this place the other employees are very rude cant even ask them a question about a food item I spoke to a employee about 3 days ago and she said its a lot of drama especially with the general mangers family and baby father being around a very unstable nasty place to work. The rat problem there is also not being taken care of why nobody is talking about... to pass the health inspection they have to be cleaning the day before this is disgusting... so rude and unprofessional kids pretending to be mangers and not knowing how to give refunds

Wendy’s The quality of windy's food has become worse than any of the fast-food restaurants

On 1-18-22 I went to the Windy's in Midland, Mi. on Saginaw St. and ordered 2 singles cheeseburgers and a medium fry at a cost of $14.91 When I got it home, I was shocked to find the meat in the hamburger was either a frozen cooked patty or they cooked it to the point of shoe leather. I ended up throwing it in the trash. I was led to believe that Windy's meat was always cooked fresh and never frozen. That was a $14.91 mistake I will never make again.

Wendy’s Service

I've been to Wendy's on two occasions and they never have chili ready at the evening rush, I ask how long will it be, they say 2 hours. I don't understand that if your out of chili and rush hour (at 5:30 to 6 pm) is coming why you wouldn't start it at 2 or 3 so that when the drive thur has 10 cars waiting and you have people inside that want chili it would be ready, not at 8pm when your customers have gone home from work. Wendy’s Manager

Manager at 5212 Brook Road, Manager Janet Brown. Can be very rude to her employees and customers. She is a person that do not need to be a manger position. I have heard her talk to her employees like they aren't people. Plus, her attitude needs some working on to be as a manager. As a manager, I feel that she should have consideration for mistake and talk to her team members as if they were kids. This has happened over several times I was in there.

Wendy’s Employee

On Tuesday Jan 10 2022 at 9am I walked into your Wendy's in Hanover PA and used the ladies room first. When I came out I smelled pot. This has happened in different occasions. But also I've went thru your drive thru & Doug would say the register was frozen please come back later. So I would walk in & again I smelled pot. When I noticed Doug was smoking pot inside Wendy's & again he has done this different times. I went out to my car & write this down. I don't want my food touched when employee or employees are smoking pot inside a business. Doug would say he didn't feel like taking orders so he was lying about the register. Do you allow this stuff to happen. ? Is this going to keep having with this one individual Doug. I would hope not. He needs to be fired & I want this done by Wed Jan 19th 2022 or I'm taking matters in my own hands. Dont let noone lie for this individual Doug. I want my name to be kept annoymous. Picture to.

Wendy’s lack of chili

We have been to Wendys in Avon In On 3 different times for chili. All three times they did not have any. In the summer we went there for frosty and they did not have any. As far as I can see this store might as well close as we are not interest in trying any more. Also called you compliant number and no one ever answer so I guess it is useless too.

Wendy’s Purchased burger that had mold on it and general manager Yuri refused to give my money back

Do not go to this Wendy's the burger had mole all over it. The "general manager" Yuri said that she was leaving for today so I could not get my money back. There was no option for no stars so I was forced to give one star. Do you remember when rats were captured on video walking through the buns on the news it has to be this location. Please don't think I'm just an unhappy person with nothing better to do. I have pictures of what they gave me for my child to eat. Do not go to this location happily drive to Las Colinas or Irving if you just have to have Wendy's. You will be like me money gone with a molded burger and a "general manager" Yuri that's walking out the door leaving you stuck with a molded burger. DO NOT go to Wendy's 112 N Denton Tap Rd Coppell, Texas they have mold in the food.
