Wendy’s

I've been to Wendy's on two occasions and they never have chili ready at the evening rush, I ask how long will it be, they say 2 hours. I don't understand that if your out of chili and rush hour (at 5:30 to 6 pm) is coming why you wouldn't start it at 2 or 3 so that when the drive thur has 10 cars waiting and you have people inside that want chili it would be ready, not at 8pm when your customers have gone home from work.
