Tyson Hatefi work at your branch at Wendy's in Coos bay 925 S. Broadway, Coos bay, OR. 97420. He was diagnosed a year ago with schizophrenia and bipolar mental disease. If you check his latest attendance records you will see he walked of the job dozens of times, broke the paper dispenser in Wendy's bathroom and more, with his anger. Tyson has a great deal of anger and always wants to get even. He also stays off work allot of times. He has a previous prison record for breaking and entering.
In the last six months he was excommunicated from 2 churches, one in Bandon Oregon and Reedsport Oregon and restraining orders was taken against him. He threatened both churches with a mass killing and actually pulled a gun in the one church.
It is just a matter of time, when Tyson is pulling a gun on his co-workers if they upset, or a client upset him.
As a client of Wendy's, I cannot go into Wendy's, too scared of Tyson. My name is Annabel Tayler, I am in the Bandon church in Oregon. I work in Coos bay and go for lunch at Wendy's every day.
I felt to take this too Facebook; but would give you the first opportunity to do something about this. A mental patient with a psychiatrist, should not be working with the public.
This could leave Wendy's in Coos bay with allot of scrutinizing. Please do something, before Tyson Hatefi pulls a gun on his co-workers or the public. If this goes public no one will shop at Wendy's.
With Tyson Hatefi there, no is safe.

I went to Wendy's on north Main Street high point to pick up an order; sat at the drive thru for 10 mins nobody ever acknowledged my existence meanwhile the employees are dancing around at the pick up window looking out and see myself along with another car behind me! I drive up to the pick up window and a gentleman opens the window and says stores closed you need to go to the drive thru; I respond saying I was just at drive thru and nobody acknowledged my existence; he closes the window! I go back to drive thru and sit there for another 10 mins still no acknowledgement! That same gentleman comes wheeling out garbage to the dumpster; I roll my window down and ask if anybody is going to acknowledge people at the drive thru speaker he started smarting off at the mouth so I quickly told him to forget it apparently they are not there to serve customers and I took off speeding out the parking lot! I will never come back to that establishment period from here on out which is sad considering I eat out every evening! I will encourage everyone I know to never go to this unprofessional uncaring establishment ever again and the employees yall are hiring are useless and do not care about customers nor customer service! I did find out whom the GM is and will be finding a way to contact him as well! This place just needs closing down!
The food and service
We went last night to get food at the Wendy's in Simpsonville off of fairview. When we went through the drive thru they gave us our food and never gave us and forks or spoons that we asked for. The doors was unlocked and we went in and they told us that we had to leave because they was going to lock the doors. Then when we got our food my chicken sandwich was bad because the meat was hard like it was something that had been left out recooked. My sons chicken nuggets didn't taste right he had to spit them out. My other son burger the bacon didn't taste right and his stomach hurt him all night. I was very disappointed with the service and food there. I even got up feeling sick to my stomach. I will never be back there again.

Chocolate frosty
Your Chocolate Frosty is not the same anymore. It is a shame that you have changed something that was good just the way it was. Sadly I will not be buying your Chocolate Frosty anymore. For your information the taste is off, it is too fluffy, leaves a bad taste in your mouth after eating it, not like the old ice cold Frosty. Please bring Frosty back.
Desired outcome: Bring back the original Frosty recipe.
Horrible customer service
The manager at Wendy's today was horrible not sure if she is angry she's working on nee year's day but she need to know how to speak to people. The attitude will not take you anywhere . Good Customer service make people want to come back to an establishment however your attitude was just atrocious. You just lost a faithful and regular customer. She needs training in conflict resolution. She offered no apologies for her unprofessional behaviour.
Working and not getting paid
I only worked 2 days at Wendy's in bluefield Va and have not got that pay yet I started the beginning of Dec 2021 and now it's new years eve and still haven't got it I called them and they said I would get it yesterday never got it
Desired outcome: I want what I worked for.
Not getting paid
I work at wendys I clocked in 12/29/21 at 3pm at then worked until 1.45am. I worked 10 hours and 45 mins with no break. I was only paid for 10.53pm to 1.45pm. So for 8 hours they didn't pay me. This is $108 wendys owns me. My Manger said she fixed she didn't. She said she fix it Saturday I don't work Saturday. If this does not get resolved I am quitting immediately. This is not ok.

THe young man at the window had his mask absolutely well below his nose.
When I asked him to pull his mask up, he opened the window and told me that the mask fogs up his glasses!
This is really upsetting and I will not be returning to Wendy's after being a customer for decades. This person with his nose fully free packaged up the food for me, very upsetting.

Drive through bourbon bacon double
Drive through did not ask what size frosties, or flavors. I ordered 2bourbon bacon doubles meals w frosties. She gave me tiny ones and I said I didn't want tiny ones. So she took them and squished them into medium cups, w/out asking what size (I wanted large). Got home and there was no bourbon sauce or onion rings on either burger. They have more employees that a few weeks back, but there are a lot more mistakes.

A disagreement resulted. It reflected mean, inconsiderate disrespect when told in front of employees & customers that she had been there 14 yrs & wouldn't be disrespected by the likes of me, as she made it an embarrassingly ugly scene publicly, given that I failed to appreciate what she presented, totally uncalled for. My wife just sat in line for 20 minutes at the Wendy's at 95 Woodcross rd. She ordered me a burger and I got a Chicken sandwich, which would have been OK if it was good. No it was terrible….. Never again
unprofessional conduct
I go to the Wendy's in Plainview, TX every week day morning to get breakfast for the girls at the office. During the past couple of months I will go to place my order and the lady says "Thank you for coming to Wendy's, I will be right with you." Sometimes I am there waiting over 10 minutes. Then when I start to drive off I see that there was no other customers at the window. This morning driving off I saw two workers through the window just talking. If they are unable to take your order why don't they just say something rather than me having to sit there waiting for something that is never going to happen. I have been there some mornings where it will happen to the person in front of me and that car will just drive off. Giving that I am a working woman it would help me to get to work on time if I am not having to wait on someone who clearly is never going to take my order.
