Wendy’s Rip off

I ordered food from door dash and I only received part of my or I only received two drinks and a salad I was missing my chicken sandwich a medium frie and a small frie I asked my driver weres the rest of my food he tells me that they were arguing and he did get the rest of my food they were closed wen I went up there and asked for the rest of my food I was very disappointed because my mouth was set on having my order the restaurant needs to be in order because that’s just crazy

Wendy’s Management

I am a previous employee that stop working for the company because the store manager who name was Elyse was stealing work hours off from time sheet having me work 8-hour days 5 days a week and only paying me for 3 days an out of a two-week period. When confronted about the work hours missing i was disrespected in high derogatory and very offensive tone as well as using profanity to speak at me regarding my issue. not only that the environment was a very toxic and unprofessional work place this manager allowed her staff to close the location whenever they wanted and allowed them to smoke marijuana inside the establishment from the hours of 3:00 pm to 1:00 am every day. when notified of this situation she held a meeting without any notice to me and told the staff that I had been telling her things basically trying to start issues in the workplace. Due to all of this and the toxic work environment making me feel uncomfortable I forfeited my employment with this company because it was not being properly or professionally managed accordingly not to mention I have video evidence of everything i just stated. She refused to allow me to speak with management above her to keep me quiet

Desired outcome: a call from the corporate manager to express my concernsand to discuss missing paid hours.

Wendy’s Strawberry smoothy

When will Canada be getting the Strawberry smoothies, I have been waiting for this for a long time. I saw them on TV, but they are only in the USA. I went to one of our Wendy's here in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada and they told me we won't be getting that flavor here. I love Wendy's and hope that you can tell me we will be getting that flavor here too.

Wendy’s Frosty and fries and hamburger buns

First: Wendy's forced their cheaper fries on us that leaves the skins on. The fries they had before that were the best on the market. Now, they are a sad husk of what they once were with skins attached. They are cheaper to make this way and the taste shows it.

Second: They tried to force their nasty "angus" burger on us, luckily the customers weren't having it and it forced them to change it back. So we barely dodged a bullet there.

Third: Their buns are now smaller, even when you ask for the original buns. Their "Premium Buns" as they like to call it, once again is an obviously cheaper bun and it is full of air. Meanwhile, their "Original Bun" is now smaller and is no longer large enough to cover the meat, so you end up with a sloppy joe, rather than a Wendy's Burger.

Fourth: And now this...their Frosty's are no longer frosty at all. The ingredients are cheaper and taste bland, it is so thin you can literally drink it with a straw, which has NEVER been what a Frosty was meant to be. They are charging more money for their slop they call a Frosty, it's not only just cheaper ingredients, but they are a hell of a lot SMALLER now! So not only are you getting less, but you are also not even getting a real Frosty! I don't know what in the hell you call this damn thing, but it is not a Frosty.

Wendy's has always been my absolute favorite restaurant since I was a little kid. Now, it's not even Wendy's anymore. Ever since Dave died, they have went out of their way to destroy what Dave built. Dave would be ashamed of what they have done to Wendy's. I will never eat there again...not only has their penny pinching antics destroyed the quality of food, it has also destroyed a childhood memory of what Wendy's used to be, but never will be again.

Desired outcome: Go back to your roots and stop trying to pull fast ones on your customers. We are not as stupid as you think we are. Some of us know what the real taste of Wendy's is...and this...is not it.

Wendy’s Service

The Wendy's in Glenolden on Macdade Blvd in PA #782 is extremely slow. I waited 20 minutes for a baked potato. What is the purpose of having a "fast food" restaurant if the food is slow. I was so angry that I was late getting my son from daycare. I had already paid my money, so I had to wait. I asked for a refund but they kept telling me 2 more minutes and it will be done. The manager was in the back yelling and screaming at the workers like they were babies. It was a mad house. Never again! My email is [protected]@aol.com. This was 7/11/22 at 7- 7:30pm. Hire a whole new staff of faster workers with a level headed supervisor who is not screaming at the employees, which was probably what slowed everything up. That lady sounded nuts.

Wendy’s I was disrespectful to

I went to Wendy's on Memorial Drive in Lancaster, Ohio. I went through drive thru the person taking my order could not get my order right, I had to repeat everything I ordered 3 or 4 times. Got to the window and gave the person the money, which came to 27.56. When I got home the order was not right, my 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe were not supposed to have pickles they had allotted on them. I ordered 2 of the 10 piece nuggets meals they were cold, the large fries with the meals and large fries were cold. I ask for large diet coke, large root beer, large root beer with vanilla added. I ended with a large diet coke with vanilla and both root beer, a weird taste to them. Called in and the person I talked to was Corey he was very rude to me and told me at first he will replace just the sandwiches and nuggets I asked why he did not replace all he got rude and said he would not replace any of it, that it was all my fault. I only live 5 minutes away. It should have not got cold.

Desired outcome: i would like to get all my money back plus my food replaced free of charge. and appology. cal me at [protected] thank you very much.

Wendy’s Service at Wendys [protected] receipt #2052

I was very disappointed in my visit today 7/11/2022 2:26pm at this location 44304 u s highway 27, Davenport FL 33897 as the cashier that was at the counter I’m assuming Hanshly ( no name tag) was so rude to the other girl working with her and demanded my husband and I move away from the counter as she yelled at the worker like she did not have any sense at all. There was no greeting no thank you at all. It was degrading and made us very uncomfortable. Also the mobile orders were more important than the customers at the counter. The lobby was very dirty and there were workers going in and out with no hand wash.management was right there. Not the Wendys experience we expected. We could have gone to McDonalds next door if we wanted bad service.

Desired outcome: Retraining of this employee with some level of compassion for the other employee. Maybe not let the customer wait while she degraded the employee.

Wendy’s Complaint

So, my son, an autistic adult, ordered food from uber eats for the first time from this place last night. It took over 45 minutes to get here. My son was anxious worrying about being ripped off because it was taking so long. He paid tip and for priority delivery. He kept whining at me, which was fun. Then the driver started messaging my son, whining that it wasnt fair to my son or him that the food was taking so long to get here. The food arrives, cold. The chili has solid cheese melted on top like a homemade cupcake. It was gross. I call the store and the chick on the phone starts explaining fast food delivery and how it works, or in this case how isnt there fault and at 2 pm there is no manager. She also told me to call uber eats an complain. I called their "customer service" where the woman just kept talking over me. I dont know how her husband gets a word in edgewise. She doesnt bother to listen to what happened and then hangs up in my ear. I looked at their reviews and got a good laugh, because the average score was 2.1 out of 5. One person said they ordered for delivery and went to get it on their bike! What a [censored]show, dont waste your money.

Desired outcome: Id like someone with manners to actually hear what the problem is, so they can address it. Id like an apology. Id like an adult with manners to answer the phone!!!!

Wendy’s I won't be back.

I was in line at 2605 Hwy 90 Gautier ms and there was a van in front then 2 cars and then me in line this van ordered several orders as the van was full. Instead of them pulling the van up or parking them and letting other people go thru and leave the made us sit there I sat in line 25 minutes. After 25 minutes I called to see what the deal was because I could not get out of line to leave. The black young lady that answered my phone call immediately started screaming to the top of her voice I said what is the deal what is going on? She said what the [censored] you mean we are cooking in here and [censored] just leave the line and go somewhere else. What kind of customer service is that? I sat there another 5 minutes finally the line moved and I got out of line and left. That is a shame and disgrace for Wendy's.

McDOnalds has got that beat. If you go there and order a big order they will pull you up or park you until it gets ready so not to block the drive thru line.

Wendy’s Unauthorized Charges on my debit card

Store #7739 . Someone has charge my debit card twice today 07/08/2022 and I have not even been to your restaurant today. My debit card is in my purse so therefore it seems as if someone kept my debit number. The charges were 14.06 and 4.79. I really don't know who else to send a message to because I have called the location several times and all I get is a busy signal on their phone. My bank shut down my card and is issuing a new one but I am furious to think someone took my number off of my card. I hope I am wrong and that there is an explanation. Please direct me to the right person to talk to.

Wendy’s Service is Inadequate to put it politely

I was at the drive thru with my dad. And the lady threw my dad’s change at him. Not to racially profile her but she was black. But do not despair. The white were worse. The fat girl with messy black hair had a small cup with a red liquid in it and she held it against her boob and hair and then took it outside to customers. Then the skinny girl threw yes THREW a stack of refill cups on a shelf lazily and the fell on the floor. SHE WATCHED THEM FALL ON THE FLOOR AND WALKED AWAY. I was in the passenger window. WE SAW EVERYTHING. And my strawberry FROSTY was a STRAWBERRY SOUP LEAKING OUT OF THR *PLASTIC CUP* I HATE THIS!

Desired outcome: FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY AND HIRE SOME COMPETENT EMPLOYEES. OR AT LEAST SOMEONE WITH A MORAL COMPASS AND A SMILE THAT DOES’T THROW YOUR FOOD AT YOU. AND GET BACK TO THOSE CARDBOARD CUPS.

Wendy’s Terrible handling of order, wrong items, wrong sizes.

Ordered: 4 Large Chili w/Cheese received 4 SMALL Chili

Ordered: 2 Apple Pecan Salads, NO Chicken. Received salads w/chicken

Ordered 1 Small Strawberry Frosty, wasn't in bag and had to return to window.

I RECEIVE NO RECEIPT FOR THE ORDER, ALTHOUGH IT WAS CHARGED ON MY BANK CHARG CARD in the amount of $46.95.

Please note: I had repeat the items several times. Window person simply couldn't get the order right. My son was CEO of a Wendy's franchise consisting of 31 stores several years ago. This is the second Wendy's that I have experienced such poor service. The store is eleven miles from my residence and I was not about to drive back to get this straightened out.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for ordered items that were priced improperly as described above.

Wendy’s Employee's attitude

I went through your drive thru at the Duncansville, Pennsylvania store, on July 6th, 2022 at 12:45 p.m. First off, there is a small frosty listed on the screen, which I didn't order and I asked the lady taking the order what it was--she got smart & said, I don't have a small frosty on my screen only two large ones. I can read and there was a small chocolate frosty. Then I get to the window and she tries to hand me 2 large frostys and a large sweet tea. I look at her and say "I need a carrier please". Oh my god, she rolled her eyes at me and left out a sigh of disgust that I was inconveniencing her for a drink carrier. Common sense lady -- how are you to transport 3 drinks without a carrier. Usually I don't have trouble with this store but the attitude of the woman working the drive thru--completely unprofessional & rude. Then to top it off, I get back to work and they put the almonds I didn't want in the bag for the salad but forgot the dressing. So frustrating.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate that mgmt. has a chat with the woman over her rude attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but you don't roll your eyes and act like a paying customer is an inconvenience.

Wendy’s Hair long and down around my food

Several times in the past few months, I have gone to the Wendys in Ashland, Kentucky by the Kroger Shopping Center. I told myself last time that I would not return, but today I had a request from co-workers to get them an order while I was out running errands. Once again, the woman who appears to be the manager, had her long, full, blonde hair down around her face and shoulders, moving all over the place in the front and back where all the food was, hair flying everywhere. All of the other employees have their hair pulled back appropriately. It appears as though the manager has a different set of rules to abide by.

She is in the mix of everything, around and serving food...why is she allowed to have her hair down?

It really makes me sick to my stomach...I won't be able to eat there again.

Wendy’s Video footage

Morning,

I'm investigating several catalytic converter thefts within my jurisdiction in St. Tammany Parish. I'm looking for assistance in surveillance footage from the Port Allen, store #12089 of the suspect vehicle which was tracked to this location. The suspect vehicle is a 2013 C250 Mercedes Benz.

I've been in contact with the local Law Enforcement agency, who made contact with the Manager of the store (unknown name) in looking for assistance. The detective from West Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office has been to the store on several different occasion requesting the footage with no help.

What I'm requesting is footage of the occupants of the vehicle. It is not known if the occupants utilized the drive-thru or entered the business.

Wendy’s Spicy chicken meals

July 3, 2022 Brevard NC Wendy's

To begin with this location seems to be steadily going down in quality of food and filling orders correctly. Today my family and I ordered our dinner meal consisting of 3 adult meals and 3 childrens meals. Two of the adult meals were for the spicy chicken meals. The chicken in both sandwiches was horrible. The meat was barely 1/4 inch thick, very dry and either overcooked or reheated too many times. The medium fry containers were only filled about half way and our drinks had extremely little ice, if any at all. The past 3-4 times we placed our on line orders we have requested several spicy dipping sauce and it is never provided. My family seldom file complaints but with the cost of everything going up and workers demanding higher wages it is becoming increasingly frustrating to repeatedly be spending money for inadequate food and poor service. the specific location was not contacted at this time.

Desired outcome: Acknowledgement of receipt of this complaint. I actually would like to be compensated but not sure if that is possible. That the management of this store be advised of the decline in quality of food and services.

Wendy’s FOOD and Survey

I went to Wendys [protected] and the food was a JOKE compared to past service and food I would give you a negative 10. The food was cold. 1 Burger, we wanted it with all the toppings pickles, onions, mustard, catsup on the other one we wanted NO pickles and Pinions. What did we get for $19.13 Fries that were cold (we live 2 blocks away) dried out. The burgers had NOTHING on them but mustard and catsup. WOW I do not mind paying for the food but, your product has become less than acceptable so at this time you are losing 6 customers because my family refuses to eat there after my son went back and they argued with him that the fries were cold because of our travel time, and we asked for nothing but mustard and catsup. On the receipt it states for the Triple burger no onions or Pickles. Keep it up and you location will end up like many others. PS What a Burger is right next door and we have NEVER had issues with then! Went to leave feedback and the link would not respond. Tried it on all 4 of my computers. Get it together! Oh, tried to submit and it states i have to SIGN UP WOW!

Desired outcome: I would like an apology!!!!!! and possibly my food replaced or money back.

Wendy’s Service at Wendy's on 13400 St. in Herriman, Utah

July 3, 2022. 3:45 PM. At drive thru, ordered two salads. Asked to pull up away from the window to allow for food to be cooked. After ten minutes, the food was delivered to my vehicle. Checked bags, and only received one salad. Back thru drive thru. Received second salad, no apology. Drove home. Part of one salad missing. Drove back to store location. Asked for manager. A sleepy-eyed young girl came to speak with me. I explained my experience. She never said a word, but had a bag in her hand with the remainder of my order. No apology. Worse customer service I have ever received at a Wendy's. The young staff need to be better trained and need to stop checking messages on their cellphones while waiting on customers.

Wendy’s Belittling new employee without proper training

3 employees were yelling at a newer coworker of theirs who they hadn't trained properly, instead of trying to show them the proper way to handle a task or provide a learning opportunity they proceeded to belittle them for about 3 hours.
