Wendy’s app order not lies

Ordered from Wendy’s (Hartville Ohio Store #2118 and order was accepted and my credit was charged.
Drove to this store and waited in car line. Gave my app order and was informed to go to window two.
Got to window two at approximately 1:00 pm [protected]. Person at window asked if I was from Door Dash and No and gave my app mobile number.
LIE #ONE: was told they no longer made that hamburger.
I asked was their anything of equal value he could offer?
LIE #TWO
He replied no
I said that I already pre-paid.
He replied you will have to call customer service.
I then replied Wendy’s has lost me as a customer and drove off.
(While waiting in car line to window two I observed the vehicle in front of me get their order and about to leave when another bag was then handed to them.(I still wonder if that was the bag meant for me)
Got home and called Wendy’s about 3 times(at least 1 1/2 hours waiting) and finally got an answer. The representative was very helpful and got me a refund for my credit card and also made a complaint in my behalf to a regional manager.
This ordeal cost me a lot of time and some gas money for something I ordered and did not receive.

My wife had a very bad experience at the Wendy's on Stuart Rd. I quit going after several bad experiences, very rude managers and the order is never 100%. How many others have had a bad experience at this location?

They got my son's order wrong both times we gave that location a chance. They were distracted, took extremely long to kill the cow and to dig up the potatoes for slicing and not friendly. I spend my hard earned money other places now.

First time I ever went I waited at speaker for 20 mins an by time i ordered and had to deal with attitude like I made them wait I told them to stick it and just went home an made a sandwich. Which in hindsight saved me money lol but I have never been back since

They messed up my orders 3 times which is about every time I went there. I am not talking about condiments, forgot my fries twice. The last time was MY LAST TIME! I ordered a double cheese burger and large fries, got home no burger. I went back to the drive-through and it was backed up, so I walked up to the window and the manager came up and said I know I put that burger in the bag so she basically called me a lair.
She was very rude but offered to fix me another burger and I said no I want my money back! This was on a Sunday, the next day I tried to call corporate office, got put on hold forever so I hung up. I advise anybody "DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, IT IS A TOTAL DISASTER"!

I went one time when they first opened was enough for me. It's not only Wendy's, lots of eateries are not the same after the PLANdemic. I think a lot of it is the WOKE crowd!
Service and food
I was at your Wendy's on linglestown Rd Hbg. Pa. yesterday afternoon with my granddaughter. We went thru the drive thru to place our order. After waiting a few minutes and spending over $17.00, I proceeded to leave and go home to find that I did not receive what I had ordered. Just because the line gets a little long or your behind on food it does not make sense to " just throw something in a bag " to move the vehicles along. My money is valuable to me and if you don't value me as a customer, I can go elsewhere.

Arrived at drive through line at 4:40 pm waited our turn seem like it took forever. Got to the drive order window at exactly 5:00 pm waiting for 7 minutes for a young man to come on and say we are closed. We closed at 5. Nowhere is the drive thru or on the doors did it say we are sorry do to staffing issues we will be closing at 5. I said you have to be kidding me. He said no we closed at 5 I told him I have been in line 20 minutes and at the window waiting for him to take my order for 7 minutes. I am sure the 4 cars behind me were equally as mad. I asked to speak to the manager. She come one and was very rude. They had not posted an early close and she was refusing to make an exception for they lack of informing the customers. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. I told her I would be filing a complaint with Wendy's Corporate. and never returning to any Wendy's ever. I did tell her I know why you are staffing having issues you are rude and customers that are treated like crap tend to tell everyone that know no one wants to work for someone who treats customers like that.

Desired outcome: I would like management to do a better job of treating customers. If you need to close early due to any issues, don't you think that the customer has a right to know before they waste, there time.

Store # 7589 in Carnesville, GA. I have pictures if you care to see. 17:30 on Aug 4th, 2022. The cook preparing the food had a long beard with no beard guard. The cashier looked like he just got out of rehab.
It took over 20 minutes to make a Dave's Classic and a Fry. Only one other person in line at the time. By the time I got my food there were 6 other people who came in right behind me still waiting. Service itself was terrible. The Manager a woman with Green hair was no help/ She stood there talking with the cashier instead of NOTH of them help the poor guy fill orders by himself. There were only 4 employee's at the time.
The place was not all that clean either. But the personal itself they all looked terrible and I really lost my appitite just by there scruffy appearance.
Desired outcome: FIX YOUR RESTRUANT> I am a truck driver I use to visit here often, not any more
Hours of operation
The Wendy's on 176rh and meridian in Puyallup{ Washington is open until 2 am. Or at least is supposed to be. I'm I've been sitting here at the speaker box for 12minutes now and no one has said a word to me. Mind you, I pulled up at 1:42am. That's bs. All I'm finna say is the 2 things that this world could have did well without or wish were never created are COVID and millennials.

Disorganized drive-thru
I've been through the Clyde Ohio Wendy's twice this week and both times it took about 10-15 minutes to get through. The first time, she forgot to take my money until I reminded her. I look in the kitchen and it seems it's all kids just taking their time with no one supervising and organizing to speed things up. I don't think they're necessarily bad workers, they just seriously need some direction from a leader to improve the overall productivity.

I drive 15 miles to get me and my mother some food and frosty’s. Wash time I go up to the store 20 to 30 minutes before the close and wash time I am being told the frosty machine is down or it’s broken. The manager Anne is rude, loud, unprofessional, disrespectful and does not try to help with the problem of the frosty machine problem. And don’t seem to care. After dealing with her store I then have to drive 15 more miles to get get what I want to order. If these is how your company treats paying customers it time to start replacing these people.

In the drive through I got to the order station. A sign on the speaker read - Cash Only. No debit or credit. There is no sign at the beginning of the lineup, so I when I get to the sign I have no choice but to continue. Cars behind me so there is no way to exit. Wendy's is lucky I had just enough to pay for my order. No explanation is given why cash was required. The rest of the business locations in the same plaza did still accept debit or credit. Not everyone carry a cash. The sign should be at the beginning of the drive through, not in the middle.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem. Put the cash only sign at the beginning of the line.
Wendys
Placed my order by mobile app. Received food for the family. When I received my Taco Salad I ordered an extra large chili expecting to get chips / 2 sour creams / salsa. I even ordered crackers.
All I received was my 2 chilis and salad.
I did not receive the other stuff that goes with it. I tried to call the store and there phone line were no accepting calls. I tried call the 1-800- I was on hold for 7 minutes so I hung up. I would like to have my entire ordered replaced. We live 25 minutes away so we didn’t drive back. We did not get any silverware or napkins.
Desired outcome: Our dinner replaced.

Several years ago I quit buying all fast food except for Wendy’s. Wendy’s has the freshest food always delicious and always good, until tonight. I went through a drive-through and ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo.
I took it to my room and I’ve never had a chicken sandwich like this. It was like shredded chicken and it one point I started choking pulled the whole thing out of my mouth and it was one long strip that couldn’t be chewed it was halfway down my throat to all the way to the front of my mouth. Prior to that I had pieces I couldn’t eat and would spit and in the empty french fry box that I had emptyed. by the end of the dinner, and I was hungry the french fry box was full. I don’t No what happened but it was pretty frightening and very disappointing considering the great track record I’ve had with Wendy’s. I have a daughter in the Marine Corps with a family stationed at Camp LeJeune, NC and I saw a FB post today regarding a woman who is 8 months pregnant and was dining at Wendy's on the base yesterday and when she opened her food, which I don't even know what it is/was, but you can see what looks like "mold" on the bread. It has to be one of the most disgusting things I've seen, for a fast food restaurant ON A MILITARY INSTALLATION, serving those who serve our country, being served something as nasty-looking as this! I'm a 27 year veteran myself with another daughter in the Navy, a son in the Air Force AND a grandson, who is also a Marine, stationed at Cherry Point, NC.
I was just recently at Camp Lejeune, myself, from 3 to 23 July (vacationing from Florida) and I'm glad I did not have my daughter and grandkids eating there. I can only wonder how often this is happening there, or even possibly somewhere else. Where's the leadership and "QA"? Obviously somewhere else!

The LaPorte, Indiana Wendy's needs some much needed attention from someone at corporate. After this email, I will be contacting the health dept. Between the yelling and all of the staff being outside smoking and not manning their areas during a lunch hour. There are young high school kids with no direction and no understanding on what to do.
