Wendy’s response from store manager

On Friday Feb 24 ipulled up to order fromthe drive thru in Casa Grande AZ. On the screen there was a picture of 2 items, (baconators i believe), with a big heading, 2 for $6.00. Itold the individual thats what i wanted. She said, "we don"t have those." I said,Im looking right at it on your board, would you like to come see it? She then said, "good bye". I drove up to the pick up window and after waiting for bit someone struggled to open the window. I asked to see the manager... She said, " I am the manager, Idon"t have to talk to you", and proceeded to slam the window shut. I then went into the store and asked for a phone number or contact, they would not give me any information. .

I finally left the store.I realize it was busy and they were having trouble filling orders, etc. but I have never been treated like this at this store. I will have to think twice before visiting this store agsin.

Wendy’s Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Big Bag

I ordered today the Biggie Bag Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which I usually do

When I got the order, what I got was just a stupid burger no mayonnaise ketchup mustard, no bacon. Just plain stupid burger. This makes twice because yesterday morning I order I sausage egg and cheese meal. What I got when I got to work. I stupid some type of chicken thing nothing on it either coffee was cold and so was the so called fries. No ketchup or anything else

You know I’m beginning to wonder.

I used to love coming to Wendy’s.

But now, I don’t know.

The service was pretty good but now it’s

crap I don’t know what’s happened

Desired outcome: I don’t really know. I’m thinking about I’ll never come again

Wendy’s Training

I currently work at Wendy's in Lebanon ind
And have been there about 3 years now
And my point is this
I Cant get any more training than I have had
I run fry station and on most nights
Im the back room guy
I have had some grill training (very little)
And after a while thats goes away
I was even tould I was to hight strung to be
Trained for anything but frys and back room
nd im always sent home early when labor is

Wendy’s Oatmeal bars

Hello

I love the counter workers at Wendy's in Apache Junction, Arizona. They are so polite, kind and cheerful. I've met the manager there and that is a different story. I have been asking at breakfast time for the oatmeal bars for several weeks. Informed the manager needs to order them but this is not being done as I am always told no oatmeal bars. Please check this out and solve the problem with the manager. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Get oatmeal bars in the restaurant again.

I visited The Wendy's at 7099 Berry Rd, Accoceek, MD. When I got there at 8:18 pm, I was shocked by the fact the lobby was closed and everyone had to go thru Drive-thru. The line was extremely long. it took me over 25 minutes to get this order. Then when I got to the window I was told it was closed due to an employee not getting their break. Is this right?...

On 2/8/23 I arrived to Wendy's because I was really hungry that day so I got there ordered my food to later on realized I was overcharged I am not satisfied or happy right now so can I please get a free meal and my refund and all the food I orded I still have receipt I been going to Wendy's for years and this is the first time that this such thing has ever happened to me and would love for you all to make this right please

It should not take 45 minutes for 8 cars to get through a drive thru line. Wendy’s on Clingier Dr in Thomasville, NC consistently takes close to an hour to move 7 to 8 cars through the line. I like to eat in the dining room. I am not going to sit in a drive thru for 30 minutes to get food. Trying to figure out when your dining room is open is almost impossible. Wendy’s I was treated disrespectfully by the cashier and called the supervisor who said I was "a problem" and call "ignorant"

On Weds, 1/25/23 at about 11A-12;30P I went into the Countryside, I Wendys and ordered, value fries and a senior drink. The male cashier then proceeded to cut me off and ask was it to go or here. I gave him my order again and said it is for here. He then went on to correct me by saying they were called some other name now. When my order was ready he put the fries in a bag, touching them with him hands and wrists. He gave me a cup that is used for the frosty for my drink. I told him my order was for here. He started to correct me again by telling me to just wait a minute. I asked for the manager to come because he started to lecturing me. The manager came up and instead of apologizing and turning the situation around, he immediately said, you are always a problem. I asked him when have I been a problem? I then said just give me a refund and I can leave. I put the receipt and change and bag of fries back on the counter. The manager is still talking and accusing me of whatever came to his mind. The cashier was picking up the receipt, change, and bag of fries and agreeing with the manager, he tried to give me change, I said you owe me $2, he handed it to me. I proceeded to leave he said, you are just ignorant, how am I supposed to know that you get $2 back. I chose not to respond to being called a name by a person, who is supposed to be in charge of diffusing a volatile situation, who is supposed to set an example not only for the company but to the employees as well as the other customers that were in line. I waged a complaint @Corporate and have not heard back from the District Mgr. I have been patient by waiting a week. I plan to speak with Better Business Bureau to see what other recourse I have. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to that way and I have lived 74 years on this earth.

I want an apology from this supervisor and he needs some training on ethics and customer service. I have been attending Wendys since back in the day when you had the Potato/Salad bar. He and his treatment of me have made me decide to not ever attend a Wendy again and that is the only fast food restaurant that I frequent because I like your adoption program and the courtesy drinks you give to the seniors. Thank you for at least reading my complaint.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, I want an apology from this person and I want for him/her to receive training for better customer service.

Wendy’s Big bacon classic rip off

I have been a Wendy's customer for over 40 years and have been satisfied every I visited except one. I just completed a long drive from Virginia to Mishawaka, IN. in July, 2022. I was starving and wanted a "Big Bacon Classic". The Wendy's at 6526 Grape Rd, Mishawaka, IN 46545 presented me with a sad joke of a burger. I've attached a document to display how bad traumatic this event was vs. your advertised photo. Thank you in Advance, Kirk Passopulo

Desired outcome: Would like some coupons to allow me to procure proper product that I paid for and to convince me why I shouldn't boycott Wendy's forever.

Wendy’s Incomplete order

I was at the Wendy's in Shirley, NY on 1/29/23. I usually don't have a problem/complaint worth submitting. I ordered a combo and a baked potato, no sour cream was in bag, 1 napkin, no utensils for baked potato, no receipt (I had to ask window person how much was going on my debit card because I had coupons — they don't calculate until the window). Very disappointed!

Desired outcome: Would like at least a free meal or two. I frequent Wendy's for their food. Their service is left to be desired.

Manager dating another staff working together and affecting job. Kylee VanZant manager dating Staff Rylee Boaz. She is the manager that should not as his superior be able to have relations with a co,-worker. He has since quit a few days ago because things between th ended bad.
