Wendy’s Customer service

I went to Wendy's on Lake Worth Blvd, Lake Worth TX to order food for the family kids meal, 5 dollar biggie bag, baconator, jr bacon, baked potato well my jr bacon wasn't there either was my baconator I went in to let them know doors are locked at 330 pm went to drive thru and they said sorry we are making it waited for 45 min went back to window just to be told they are working on it once it passed a hr I asked for a refund I never left parking lot and when I drove off from drive thru I parked they wanted me to wait for food but couldn't refund me I can't wait any longer so I left with no food nor money I feel robbed and nothing I can do

Wendy’s response from store manager

On Friday Feb 24 ipulled up to order fromthe drive thru in Casa Grande AZ. On the screen there was a picture of 2 items, (baconators i believe), with a big heading, 2 for $6.00. Itold the individual thats what i wanted. She said, "we don"t have those." I said,Im looking right at it on your board, would you like to come see it? She then said, "good bye". I drove up to the pick up window and after waiting for bit someone struggled to open the window. I asked to see the manager... She said, " I am the manager, Idon"t have to talk to you", and proceeded to slam the window shut. I then went into the store and asked for a phone number or contact, they would not give me any information. .

I finally left the store.I realize it was busy and they were having trouble filling orders, etc. but I have never been treated like this at this store. I will have to think twice before visiting this store agsin.

Wendy’s Service

I had the displeasure of one of your workers yell at me after I pulled off to correct something that I requested. I was told "next time call it chili sauce not chili oil! He loudly stated this after starting to pull away. I knew it would be a problem due to requesting extra packs of crackers and chili oil. And the"new person"that took my order in a snarky way... Ten packs of crackers? I said yes, and chili oil! We don't have chili dogs, assuming I said that. Which I corrected her"chili oil "she failed to give me my receipt at the window and did not greet me, just a scowl on face. So I looked in the bag and an overabundance of crackers and only 3 chili oils when I requested 5. I honked my horn to get someone back to, a light skinned male in all red came to window and I asked for more chili oil and he looked at the girl that took my order and asked me didn't you only get one chili? I said no! I got 2 give me more chili oil sir I just paid my money for food! He gave it and then as I pulled off yelled out the next time don't call it that, call it chili sauce! I felt offended and threw the food away and bought food somewhere else and called to complain and get a refund. I spoke with a manager and district manager and they were no help in resolving my issue of inconsideration. No apology for rude staff, just an excuse that she is new. I was sincere in my threats to call corporate but they said won't nothing be done... No call back... No email... You'll get me again. Which is horrible if a manager can speak on behalf of the company and dismiss someone not happy with service. She would not give her first name to document appropriately.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my monies spent. there rude and unprofessional. I have never had no one yell out a drive though window in my 50 years of take out

Wendy’s Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Big Bag

I ordered today the Biggie Bag Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which I usually do

When I got the order, what I got was just a stupid burger no mayonnaise ketchup mustard, no bacon. Just plain stupid burger. This makes twice because yesterday morning I order I sausage egg and cheese meal. What I got when I got to work. I stupid some type of chicken thing nothing on it either coffee was cold and so was the so called fries. No ketchup or anything else

You know I’m beginning to wonder.

I used to love coming to Wendy’s.

But now, I don’t know.

The service was pretty good but now it’s

crap I don’t know what’s happened

Desired outcome: I don’t really know. I’m thinking about I’ll never come again

Wendy’s Training

I currently work at Wendy's in Lebanon ind
And have been there about 3 years now
And my point is this
I Cant get any more training than I have had
I run fry station and on most nights
Im the back room guy
I have had some grill training (very little)
And after a while thats goes away
I was even tould I was to hight strung to be
Trained for anything but frys and back room
nd im always sent home early when labor is

Wendy’s Oatmeal bars

Hello

I love the counter workers at Wendy's in Apache Junction, Arizona. They are so polite, kind and cheerful. I've met the manager there and that is a different story. I have been asking at breakfast time for the oatmeal bars for several weeks. Informed the manager needs to order them but this is not being done as I am always told no oatmeal bars. Please check this out and solve the problem with the manager. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Get oatmeal bars in the restaurant again.

Wendy’s Really bad service

I visited The Wendy's at 7099 Berry Rd, Accoceek, MD. When I got there at 8:18 pm, I was shocked by the fact the lobby was closed and everyone had to go thru Drive-thru. The line was extremely long. it took me over 25 minutes to get this order. Then when I got to the window I was told it was closed due to an employee not getting their break. Is this right? there is a rule that if an employee don't get their break they can shut down half your business to accommodate them. I was totally upset cause as high as gas is, I had to unnecessary burn fuel in Wendy's drive-thru. I did not feel like a welcomed customer. It might be a while before I visit that store again and final I did not get my receipt.

Desired outcome: A reimbursement for my gas and an apology. This was crazy

Wendy’s Overcharged food cold

On 2/8/23 I arrived to Wendy's because I was really hungry that day so I got there ordered my food to later on realized I was overcharged I am not satisfied or happy right now so can I please get a free meal and my refund and all the food I orded I still have receipt I been going to Wendy's for years and this is the first time that this such thing has ever happened to me and would love for you all to make this right please

Wendy’s Drive thru window

It should not take 45 minutes for 8 cars to get through a drive thru line. Wendy’s on Clingier Dr in Thomasville, NC consistently takes close to an hour to move 7 to 8 cars through the line. The management team doesn’t care at all about performance or serve times. It’s ridiculous. Then the order is always wrong. The last three times they shorted me a sandwich and after an hour wait I just gave my kids what we had and ate nothing. I don’t care if Wendy’s as a company care about their franchises or not, but since you clearly care so little, I won’t be patronizing another Wendy’s in any market. Three times I have been there in the past year, hoping for change. Each time worse than the last. Maybe just force this location to close, it is harming the reputation of your other franchisees.

Wendy’s I have no intentions of ever returning to any Wendy's

Arrived at Wendy's in Wildwood, Fl approx 3:40 this afternoon to find the doors all locked. Lights were on and finally someone came to the door and asked what we wanted. I told them we wanted to place an order inside and use the bathrooms. We were allowed to come in and immediately the doors were locked behind us. I asked why the doors were locked and the young gentleman just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from us.

Our son is a Fire Chief here in Florida and he told us it's against the law to lock people inside any public structure in case of a FIRE. I'm not asking for any free food or anything else, as I have no intentions of ever returning to any Wendy's in the future. We used to love going to Wendy's in the past but your place has gone down hill big time and so has the service.

Wendy’s sercice through drive window

ordered 2 chicken and no bacon on either stopped on way home and told mamager what happened and i could not believe my ears she said i can give you some bacon at the window and i said what did you say i was so mad i pulled out and ever went to any wendys again i call the 1800 and ie is always a busy signal so i would lke a higher person to discuss this [protected]

Wendy’s Openings are erratic

I like to eat in the dining room. I am not going to sit in a drive thru for 30 minutes to get food. Trying to figure out when your dining room is open is almost impossible. The Pittsburgh locations are almost all guilty of not having regular dining room hours. You need a large sign outside that states if the dining room is open or not. Until the dining room is open I am not going there. The quality of your food is also often not good

I am particular referring to the locations in west Mifflin pa. Cranberry township pa and browns hill road pgh pa.

Desired outcome: Open up the dining rooms. You surely raised your prices enough to pay for additional help hire fewer people of better quality. Often the employees you have doNot work much

Wendy’s Store was nasty

The store at paintsville ky really needs a clean up and better maintained The floors are always sticky and the store stinks half of the time, the drink machine had something gross all over its including the part where the drink sits the side of the wall inside where the drink sit and the floor and wall besides the machine was sticky. The floors was nasty and the counter where the napkins and straws were had catchup all over it and the catchup dispenser was dirty.

Wendy’s Food made wrong and then they would not refund

We ordered a family chili, garlic frys and 4 small vanilla frosty's and one small chocolate frosty at 6:53pm at location 1501 North Broad st 37879. The person who took the order put down medium for the frosty size and then when we looked at the chili it was only soup with no beans or actual chili in with the red soup. I do have videos of this. Also to play even more of a prank with my food they decided to give me 4 chocolate and 1 vanilla. The two individuals who decided to play this prank were Nick Foister and Emily Madison. On top of all this I went back to return the food unopened and get a refund and the manager Elissa Long said that Wendy's does not give refunds and she would not remake the food even though clearly there where problems with the food. I have my receipt and video of how the chili looked which was put into 4 small bowls instead of the large family size bowl which I know is also less than the amount given in a large bowl. Desired outcome: I would like a refund and for those responsible to be replaced for messing with my food for no reason and for the manager to be replaced because she would not even refund my money after I came all the way back out to bring it back.

Wendy’s Product quality

I would like to inform you that the location below Wendy's located at 203 Terry Pkwy. in Gretna, LA is consistently giving out a poor quality product, I ordered a double baconater and I got a mess. The burgers were flat, and dry. Also, was twice the sizes of the bun. The bacon was half cooked, nowhere near crispy. When trying to eat, it was falling apart. Please see pictures.

P.S.

My wife got a bourbon bacon burger. Same thing, meat smashed but smaller than bun. We have bought at other Wendy's which are excellent but they are not our local. Will avoid this store from now on.

Desired outcome: This is my local Wendy's and would like to see it have better service and have a better quality product, not this garbage !

Wendy’s Incorrect order, aggressively rude service

The incident happened February 3rd, at 10:20pm at 1208 armour road, north Kansas City Missouri 64116. I came through the drive thru with my children earlier that evening at around 9:50pm and ordered a fairly simple order, (3meals) I proceeded to drive home. Upon my arrival we realized the orders were completely wrong, me and my children got back in the car and headed back to the Wendy’s we had gotten the food from. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, when I had told them about the wrong order they seemed okay about it, when I handed the food back an employee started yelling obscenities toward me and my children and brought me back the same ordered I had just handed through the window, proceeded to shut the window and never returned to talk or make anything right. After waiting for a couple of minutes and realizing they weren’t going to help us I left the parking lot, my children didn’t eat. I’m very upset, I also run a food restaurant (assistant general manager) and I would have never acted the way this or these individuals did. The individual who yelled and gave me back the food that was wrong was a black female aged around or about 25-35 was in a gray shirt and had medium length hair that was down under a black visor. If she is the manager or supervisor in the restaurant then that is a complete embarrassment to the franchise and should be atleast talked to by someone of a higher ranking than herself about her behavior because in my restaurant that would be highly unacceptable. I would also like to be informed with an update on this problem to know she’s been talked to. Email at [protected]@gmail.com

Wendy’s I was treated disrespectfully by the cashier and called the supervisor who said I was "a problem" and call "ignorant"

On Weds, 1/25/23 at about 11A-12;30P I went into the Countryside, I Wendys and ordered, value fries and a senior drink. The male cashier then proceeded to cut me off and ask was it to go or here. I gave him my order again and said it is for here. He then went on to correct me by saying they were called some other name now. When my order was ready he put the fries in a bag, touching them with him hands and wrists. He gave me a cup that is used for the frosty for my drink. I told him my order was for here. He started to correct me again by telling me to just wait a minute. I asked for the manager to come because he started to lecturing me. The manager came up and instead of apologizing and turning the situation around, he immediately said, you are always a problem. I asked him when have I been a problem? I then said just give me a refund and I can leave. I put the receipt and change and bag of fries back on the counter. The manager is still talking and accusing me of whatever came to his mind. The cashier was picking up the receipt, change, and bag of fries and agreeing with the manager, he tried to give me change, I said you owe me $2, he handed it to me. I proceeded to leave he said, you are just ignorant, how am I supposed to know that you get $2 back. I chose not to respond to being called a name by a person, who is supposed to be in charge of diffusing a volatile situation, who is supposed to set an example not only for the company but to the employees as well as the other customers that were in line. I waged a complaint @Corporate and have not heard back from the District Mgr. I have been patient by waiting a week. I plan to speak with Better Business Bureau to see what other recourse I have. Never in my life have I ever been spoken to that way and I have lived 74 years on this earth.

I want an apology from this supervisor and he needs some training on ethics and customer service. I have been attending Wendys since back in the day when you had the Potato/Salad bar. He and his treatment of me have made me decide to not ever attend a Wendy again and that is the only fast food restaurant that I frequent because I like your adoption program and the courtesy drinks you give to the seniors. Thank you for at least reading my complaint.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response, I want an apology from this person and I want for him/her to receive training for better customer service.

Wendy’s Big bacon classic rip off

I have been a Wendy's customer for over 40 years and have been satisfied every I visited except one. I just completed a long drive from Virginia to Mishawaka, IN. in July, 2022. I was starving and wanted a "Big Bacon Classic". The Wendy's at 6526 Grape Rd, Mishawaka, IN 46545 presented me with a sad joke of a burger. I've attached a document to display how bad traumatic this event was vs. your advertised photo. Thank you in Advance, Kirk Passopulo

Desired outcome: Would like some coupons to allow me to procure proper product that I paid for and to convince me why I shouldn't boycott Wendy's forever.

Wendy’s Staff: refusing to wait on customers

No one to take order, no one at the window. Waited over 15 minutes. Staff was sitting in dining room, ignoring myself and the person behind me. I usually do not use this Wendy’s due to the fact they are unbelievably slow! I have experience rude staff on several occasions. I decided to stop because no one was in line, waste of time! Corporate really should read the reviews for this location., and either hire new staff that can and will actually do their job, or just close it down.

Wendy’s Incomplete order

I was at the Wendy's in Shirley, NY on 1/29/23. I usually don't have a problem/complaint worth submitting. I ordered a combo and a baked potato, no sour cream was in bag, 1 napkin, no utensils for baked potato, no receipt (I had to ask window person how much was going on my debit card because I had coupons — they don't calculate until the window). Very disappointed!

Desired outcome: Would like at least a free meal or two. I frequent Wendy's for their food. Their service is left to be desired.
