Wendy’s Product and service

I went to store #[protected] in amite la yesterday to get my daughter and I some food. While we was there, they had like 5 people in the kitchen side making food playing on their phones without gloves and fixing food. It took forever even though there was only 1 other customer inside. Once we received our food it was all cold nuggets sandwich and fries. This is very disappointing and I won’t be back

Wendy’s Wendy food and safety and handling practices

I purchased 2 salads and meals from my local Wendy's March 18, 2023 located at 10041 Mclaughlin Rd in Brampton Ontario, and found a foreign object in one my salads after eating half of it.

Later that evening I started to feel nauseous and was throwing up into the night. It is extremely disgusting and looks almost like a piece of dead mouse. We don't know what it is, but it should not have been in food and Wendy's should be inspecting their food before putting it out for purchase and consumption.

My kids were also saying that it looks like dead mouse and does not want to eat anything from Wendy's again. This should not have happened and I am completely disgusted and was sick following the site and knowing that I had eaten something like that.

Wendy’s Service

Happened on February 24 2023 a Friday, While in line with other fellow customers, the manager at the time her name was Dominique was so vulgar towards her employees for no reason at all. Another customer who told me was a regular said she is often like this and sometimes sound drunk. How terrible! She needs to be looked into if she treats workers like this!

There was a perverse employee Flirting w a young woman who did not look to be older than 16 and I could see and hear him making sexual remarks towards her and I could clearly tell she felt uncomfortable and I didn’t even want to eat let alone sit there and watch this occur I overheard someone say his name like kdee or something 0/10 experience and this was store 2139 over at easton mall

Wendy’s Wendys in Martin, TN

I stopped at this Wendys at 6:30 pm on Thursday 3-9-23. There was no one in the drive through at the time. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. When I placed my order the screen listed the two burgers but not the fries. The worker gave me my total and told me to pull around, I asked if she got the fries since I did not see them on the screen. The person (appeared to be a manager) was rude with me when she told me yes that she got the fries. So I got to the window and gave her my credit card. She rang me up and gave me back my card with no receipt. After a minute or two she asked me to pull forward and they would bring me my food. I don't know why because there was no one behind me but I did. I sat for at least 10 minutes waiting for my food. By that time there were 2 other people waiting for their food. I left and went straight home (about 7 minutes away). We opened our food and it was nasty tasting. Everything was cold, the burger was dry and appeared almost burnt and the fries tasted like they had been sitting around and cooked with old oil. It was ridiculous. This location used to be great. I don't know what happened to them.

Desired outcome: I would like my $19.05 returned to me. I used my credit card.

Wendy’s Service (drive thru)

Today at Wendy's, 960 E. Liberty St., York, SC, I placed my order at 2:53 pm for Baconator, no mayo, combo med, med frosty. Told taking the order was slow due to reboot of computers. No problem. Drove forward and paid. Pulled to window (only car at window) and girl asked what I ordered and told her. She looked up at screen and gave me the drink and frosty. Sat at window, listened to 3 workers gossiping about someone, then 3-4 minutes later, girl closed window. This was now at 3:08 pm still sitting at window. Girl still looks at me, then 2 workers (girls) get on their phones and looking at something. Still now food, now it 3:12 pm. Still no one comes to check on me. I am pissed off. I drive forward, park and go inside (furious now) and ask where my order is. Girl working front cash register looks at me confused. Ask what I ordered and told them again. Another staff hands me a bag and asks if this is it (no receipt in bag). I finally made it back to my car at 3:18pm. While sitting and waiting 3-4 cars pull up behind me so they all had to wait too) So unprofessional. I work at CVS and do customer service all day. Trust me I will never go back to they York Wendy's again. By the way, the size of the med frosting is too small for the price you pay. It's now the size of a small.

Desired outcome: Better customer service and tracking of customers sitting in the drive thru. If you see a car still in the drive thru check to see what's going on.

Wendy’s Service

This location is the absolute worst. Waited in the drive thru for 7

Mins and was told to hold for a few minutes. Was told this twice, after waiting for an additional 3 mins and the line behind me

Growing, with no on checking back in, I drove around to the window to see what the issue was and place my order. The guy at the window said the card reader wasn’t working so I would have to get back in line! The line by then was extremely long. I asked why did he not just tell me this initially and he closed the window in my face.

Now, I see videos online all of the time of customers exploding inside of these fast food restaurants, and now I can see exactly why some of those events have occurred.

It is rude, unprofessional, and provoking to close a drive thru window in a customers face after they patiently waited to place their order.

I’m so sure that this will be disregarded by the company, but I chose to leave a review to warn future customers of the expectations of this restaurant.

Extremely unprofessional, no value for customers time, and although I was frustrated at that present time, I am totally glad that I didn’t order any food from this location because customer service may not only be an issue at this location.

I haven’t eaten fast food in over a year, and was passing through and decided to stop for some chili.

Never again, and thank you for reminding me why I stopped patronizing fast food restaurants.

Wendy’s Owed $47.37 from an order not received

6/05/2023 approximately 6:03pm

I ordered via the Wendy’s mobile app and ultimately paying through the app via Apple Pay. (Worth mentioning-not one time during the ordering/paying process was I notified of any items being unavailable) upon arriving, I was told that the chili, nuggets, and the fries were all items unavailable due to the location being out of those items…. Interesting to say the least (chili has been the common item to be out during previous visits… oh, and salads are practically non existent for whatever reason) between the young man who made initial contact and update on order and his shift supervisor, I had been given ZERO alternative solutions or suggestions towards resolving this! “Well, I’m going to need my $47.37 back then,” was my response and they both seemed confused. The location manager was called and she was absolutely a waste of time (past witnessing of her beyond unprofessional methods,comments, and communication tactics) at this time they told me I could call Corp. knowing they were closed, I called and placed on speaker phone… I asked “so you’re wanting me to walk out of her without my money or anything…” he said he isn’t sure of how he can help and at that time I left for my own sanity and desire to leave on a professional note vs. reacting impulsively & allow them to get angry!

Wendy’s in Wasilla, Alaska legit stole $47.37 from me and was NOT going to resolve the matter, even blamed the app stating I should just cancel the order, and my reply was “well, I could’ve probably tried that had they not updated the app to show my order was complete & fulfilled!”

This location has absolutely unprofessional, inappropriate, ignorant, and sorry excuses of representation of what management should look and behave like, because the managers treat customers like they are a bother! One ex. Is after a paying father of a little girl waiting extensively for their order, asked for the bathroom to be unlocked so his little girl could use restroom (she had held it for quite some time by then) and he had to ask 3 times before the manager(assuming is the sole key holder) finally past off the key, and when he walked away she very loudly stated to her staff “well, if he thought I was on his time, then he could’ve [censored]ing walked her across the street to the [censored]ing chevron how about that!?” Everyone to include customers like myself heard loud and clearly and I replied to the staff she was yelling that to “she really just said that about a paying customer, she should’ve waited for him to be present then vs. being passive aggressive and sad attempt to impress whoever!*shook my head in disbelief)

I will get my money back is the only option at this point!

Wendy’s Food quality and customer service

I ordered Doordash around 8:20am. I ordered a breakfast baconator combo. I recieved my food and the sandwhich was a bun with a couple pieces of bacon on it and that's it! Earlier this week I ordered the same combo from the same store. That time I recieved a piece of sausage with cheese on it and 2 pieces of bacon, in a container and there was no bun! It doesn't even make sense! How can people be that incompetent? The whole town has began complaining about this store on social media and eople are starting to stop going to this establishment. Something needs to be done about the management there. It's always a very long wait and the food orders are almost always wrong!

Desired outcome: Look at management and the employees. There's a lack of leadership and care somewhere there.

Wendy’s Service @ 1601 Utica Ave, Brooklyn

Today I ordered a bourbon bacon double burger and receive a single burger. I paid almost $10 and did not get what I ordered. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location and it's always at the drive-thru. The person taking the order repeated the order correctly and still gave me the wrong burger. I've been cheated twice now and I'm MAD!

Wendy’s Breakfast order

I went to the location at 4105 Wakeforest Rd, in Raleigh NC. I regularly visit this location but 2 of the last 3 visits have been less than desirable. The first misstep was March 1st 2023. I ordered the bacon, egg and Swiss croissant combo with extra bacon and an orange juice. I get back to work and there's not extra bacon and no seasoned wedges, I got fries instead. I visit the same location today March 3rd 2023 and ordered the same combo. I get to work and it's not extra bacon or bacon at all, it's sausage. I don't know what the problem is but I would appreciate receiving what I ordered, especially since the combos are numbered on the menu board. Now that I think about it whoever this person was working never gave me a receipt so I can't really be more specific. I do understand the labor market and have worked in fast food myself so I empathize but still disappointed in this transaction of not receiving my correct order. Due to my job I was not able to go back to the store to rectify this myself, hence my online complaint.

Desired outcome: I don't want free food or a refund per se. I would like better training and at least an apology.

Wendy’s burgers and chilli

my wife and I stopped at the rosland store and ordered 2 number 1S one with fries one with chilli. the burgers had only a small piece of lettuce a small tomato slice and i pickle slice and mayo. the chilli was dry {no liquid at all } and the fry's were cold after driving only 3.5 miles home.

we were extreemly hungry or i would have driven back to have it replaced.this was at 7:30 pm 3/2/23

I worked as the assistant area maintenance manager in this area in th 1990's I can honestly say this is the lowest quality I have seen at any wendys store,

Wendy’s Senior coffee - slow service

I have been going to Wendy since b/4 the Pandemic. My Senior coffee has always been now 6 yrs later IN SACO, Maine, it is not! Not without purchase! Next week afternoon it is free again, ?

No to service. When I asked for a senior coffee, they argue with me about buying a product I don't want. Then I drive off I cannot deal stupid people. I go back several times and get the same mixed messages. Free not fee?

Notwithstanding that they Saco Wendy's is slower than Molasses in January.

I have gotten in line with only one car in front of me and waited over 5 minutes,

If there are 2 cars in line than give it up could take 20 minutes.

I now do to DD due to the NO LINE

Wendy’s Baked potatoes

Went to Wendy’s at 8mile and grand river in Livonia horrible service it’s not the first time they gave me no receipt and the only thing I ordered was 2 potatoes the first 1 had no chives and look like it had been sitting for days the 2nd one the bacon was not even broke up or the potatoe was not cooked. I tried calling manager but NOTHING I feel I deserve a full refund. I’m not happy

Why does Wendys at 4259 Outer Loop 40219 close so early and hasn't had Frostys in over 3 weeks now? Were always told the frosty machine is down. This seems unreal to be going on a month now.

Wendy’s Customer service and product short

Tue 20th kids and i went thru grab 43 bigiie bags. They dont give u reciepts. Got home my bag missing burger& nugs. Called within 10 min lady was nice took name said they would replace whole bag. Went thru sat24 guy was completly diff, said there was no record of or my name but this is the same guys who talked to my kids, but this time rude as hell said he will not honor what the lady told me even tho this jerk is same one who took my order. Its not that hars to look in a bag and make sure things are in it. Will never put money in this wendys agin.

Wendy’s Very slow drive thru service.

To whom it may concern,

Just before 4:30 pm on February 25th 2023 I ordered 2 Baconators and 1 jr. cheeseburger. I was waiting until the alarm went off and they told me to pull up. I waited for at least 15 plus minutes for this small order. I wouldn't have a problem if they were busy but that was hardly the case. I went in to see what the hold up was and there was just a few people in the lobby. This is hardly fast food. This Wendy's is located in Avon Park Florida 33825. I hope somebody at least looks at the drive thru times and checks to see how many people were actually served.

I went to Wendy's on Lake Worth Blvd, Lake Worth TX to order food for the family kids meal, 5 dollar biggie bag, baconator, jr bacon, baked potato well my jr bacon wasn't there either was my baconator I went in to let them know doors are locked at 330 pm went to drive thru and they said sorry we are making it waited for 45 min went back to window just to be told they are working on it once it passed a hr I asked for a refund I never left parking lot and when I drove off from drive thru I parked they wanted me to wait for food but couldn't refund me I can't wait any longer so I left with no food nor money I feel robbed and nothing I can do

Wendy’s response from store manager

On Friday Feb 24 ipulled up to order fromthe drive thru in Casa Grande AZ. On the screen there was a picture of 2 items, (baconators i believe), with a big heading, 2 for $6.00. Itold the individual thats what i wanted. She said, "we don"t have those." I said,Im looking right at it on your board, would you like to come see it? She then said, "good bye". I drove up to the pick up window and after waiting for bit someone struggled to open the window. I asked to see the manager... She said, " I am the manager, Idon"t have to talk to you", and proceeded to slam the window shut. I then went into the store and asked for a phone number or contact, they would not give me any information. .

I finally left the store.I realize it was busy and they were having trouble filling orders, etc. but I have never been treated like this at this store. I will have to think twice before visiting this store agsin.
