Walgreens review: Pharmacist hung up on me

On July 22, 2021 I called Walgreens to check on a prescription that had to be ordered the day before. The pharmacist said that the prescription didn't arrive. I asked for a partial refill and the pharmacist said that she couldn't for this medication. I stated that if my doctor sends the prescription in any earlier, the pharmacy staff tells me not to send the request in so early. The pharmacist told me that the policy was 5 days early and the prescription would be put on file until time to refill it. I told her my experience of the staff not taking the prescription early. The pharmacist restated the Walgreens policy as she hung up on me. Now, I'm out of medicine that I have been taking for 10 years, from a pharmacy that I have been getting it from for 10 years. I have been a customer of Walgreens in Nixa, Missouri for 18 years. All the pharmacist can do is to hang up on me without trying to help me. Goodbye Walgreens.
