Walgreens review: I can't do a survey!

When I go to walgreenslistens.com, it just spins and spins and spins. When I call the 855 number & enter survey code and then password I'm told it can't continue with the information I entered. My purchas was one day ago. I tried the 855 number THREE times. What's up?
Do you want surveys or don't you? My son is all excited about the possibility of winning a prize, too!

Claimed loss: None. Just trying to do a survey to enter the drawing

Desired outcome: Have either the survey website work - or the 855 phone number work!!
