This location has been without running water since january 20. Employees have no access to bathrooms and no place to wash hands. There was a mess in the toilet that had to be cleaned out using bottled water and after this cleanup was done — no place to wash hands. This situation doesn't seem to be handled with any sense of urgency in spite of the situation at hand.

Over 12, 000 families received a mass emailing in the vicinity of the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 711 West 40th Street, Baltimore, MD, 21211, referencing the DEPLORABLE customer service there. We are talking WORLD-CLASS poor service. Countless responses to the mass emailing were received; not one person spoke favorably about their experience at that location. The vast majority of the responses suggested OTHER pharmacies in the area that had timely, responsive, accurate, commendable, respectful customer service. Your pharmacy at that location is a complete disaster; just thought that you might care about the current status of customer service at that location (although I seriously doubt it). Shameful!

Yes I want to bring to your attention that the method of operations at this pharmacy needs some attention. When we are texted that are prescriptions are ready for pick up there's times a person can't get there right away due to sickness no transportation what have you. Well what they do is change your prescription date to date that you actually picked it up witch puts your dates beside more and you go a longer time without your medication witch is crucial especially for folks who depend on medications that are in the hydro codone are that can cause overdosing and real bad side affects so they need to keep changing the original dates regardless when we pick them up because all they do is force a patient to either go a longer period of time without there medication or overdose and then your people want to get offensive with the customers because they don't understand what their creating so this is my complaint and some one needs to make the your employees are understanding the severity of changing dates.
