Walgreens

Today I had an emergency that required me too add my PayPal account. I needed to send this money to a family member. Thankfully, Paypal makes that easy. Walgreens is on of the businesses listed on Paypals phone application and their website that provides this service. I got to the Walgreens near me often, and have never had an issue with service.
The Paypal phone application lets you pick Walgreens for instance to generate a Barcode on your phone which can be scanned to the register just as if you were using a card. I can understand that all your employees certainly can't be aware of all services provided such as these.
However, your Manager Alex at this location would not scan the code, nor even allow me to show him or explain the application to him. Fortunately, I was able to get the money loaded with the physical card. However, keep in mind, many times customers may be sending money through their Paypal via the application, despite not having a physical card.
I didn't lose my temper, however, my main issue with Alex today is his attitude. He was condescending, and even on my way out gave the the sarcastic "Have a Nice Day". The wrong person may teach him some manners someday.
