I have been using Walgreen's pharmacy for many years with no problems until approximately 5 weeks ago when I suddenly lost pharmacy access to my account. I tried for two weeks to reestablish access using authorization codes sent to my computer and telephone numbers without success.
3 weeks ago I telephoned customer service, spent over 2 hours on the phone with 4 different representatives and was unable to reestablish pharmacy services on my account. The only thing I got was a commitment from them to initiate a ticket for someone else to look into my problem.
This morning, after again trying to reestablish pharmacy services with new authorization codes sent to my computer without success, I again telephoned costumer service.
After waiting over an hour for my call to be answered, I spoke with 2 different representatives in customer service for about 45 minutes and was unable to reestablish pharmacy services on my account. Again, only thing I received was another commitment that a ticket would be initiated and someone would contact me within 72 hours. NO RECORD WAS LOCATED ON THE FIRST TICKET ALLEGEDLY WRITTEN .
I need to renew my Medicare Part-D, and if this problem cannot be fixed quickly, I need to research a plan which uses another pharmacy for primary coverage.

I had a prescription sent in by my doctor wed 10/30, a full five days in advance so there would be no issues of availability by 11/4 when I would be in need of the medication having run out the night before. I was emailed it would be ready 11/4. I was not emailed or informed any other way that it was not going to be available for another 2 days. I found this out at 6pm, way to late to reach my doctor to have him send it to another pharmacy, when I went in expecting to pick up my prescription. No sorries were given, no explanation other than "I dont know what happened"... This is inexcusable. Then this pharmacist gives me an attitude that she told me I could have had my doctor send another script in to a different store, again it is 6pm, so what doctor does she know that will take this call and get another script faxed in at that hour? I have tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, but that is it. They dont deserve any business whatsoever from me or anyone else for that matter.

I waited 30 minutes for 2 Prescriptions. I was told that they were counting out the Pregabalin pills, the problem with that is the bottle of pregablin is factory sealed.
The morphine was filled on 10/24, which means that it all should ready when I arrived. NOT!
Whats going on with this Pharmacy? I do not appreciate being fibbed to, my time is worth money too.

Hello, I purchased a case of coca cola yesterday morning and once I got home I notice there was an empty can in the box however the can was not open as tou would normally do to drink it. It does have a hole on bottom of can which inmediately made me check the box itself it appears to have been tampered with or punctured some how. I threw out the whole case being that at this point I thought it was tampered with did not feel safe. I spoke with a manager of this location and she stated thats she has complained to drivers of the way they deliver their shipment but nothing has been done to by the company that delivers to correct the issue. The pharmacy has great difficulty providing equitable service filling perscriptions, reviewing patient-customer of what country drugs can not be used to fill medications and providing correct information regarding pickup of orders. For perscription nasal spray I had returned 7 times per request of pharmacy; the order has yet to be filled. Medications were filled using customer black listed countries (Romania, India, Sri Lanka). Physican Prior Authorizations have been lost by staff causing week long delay receiving medications. Cupons are often not accepted. Wallgreens should not be allowed in USA, one of the worst pharmacutical companies on the planet.
