Worst customer service. Today I went to kanti sweets. Picked up laddu and was waiting for 2 veg puff and 4 to 5 customers who came after me were served with what they asked for but I was approaching 2 workers and nobody bothered to complete my order. When asked, one person responded saying all others took sweets and came to his counter for samosas. I showed my bag with laddu and waiting for puffs. I had to keep back laddu I bought and walk off. I loved kanti sweets but after this I will never go to vidyaranyapura branch kanti sweets ever. Very badly ignored. I was the only female in the shop and all male customers were served and I was ignored
Placed online order at kanti sweets website. Order got placed and says dispatched.
But the item is not delivered. Contacted the customer care they said the item is delivered and gave the delivery person number ([protected]).
Spoke to delivery person he said will come in 1 hour but doesnt come and didnt respond to the call.
After an hour got a message stating that my item is delivered.
No More need of item return my money back
This is my Order id:533171.I order kaju pine at 10.30 and i received mail with all the order details and in the same mail delivery time was 12.15.
when i called to customer care at 12.40 his saying to much rush is there so we will not giving delivery on the given time.
My question is what kind of business your running.Your customer should not trouble bec of your serviec.
Today is rakhi and rakhi muhrat is till 1.pm and your customer support saying we will deliver your item on 1.30..This is not correct.
I order this item(533171) at 10.30 and i was staying in Venkatapura which is 1.4 km from your shop BDA complex but your service spoil our festival.
Really very very bad experience we faced bec of ur commitment.
Yesterday i.e 2nd Feb 2013 i visited Kanti Sweets located at 5th block, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka.
They served me Stale Badam milk. Due to which i am suffering from Food Poising.
I request you to please have a look and take strict action against the organisation and the shop. Hope no one faces the same situation as i did.
