We had just come from the hospital where my husband had gone through surgery. The prescription we had gotten from the hospital was not signed. We thought the document given us from the hospital was enough. At the pharmacy we presented prescription and was told it needed to be signed. There was absolutely NO sympathy for what we had just experienced with my husband just having had surgery, even from the pharmacist. If we had been told that a signature was needed because of the type of prescription we would not have gotten so upset. Even after calling the hospital and having them talk to the pharmacist directly there was still no empathy just a cold uncaring attitude.
