muffins or lack of
I went through the drive through Wed. Oct. 25th at the Tim Hortons on pembroke st east, ( this is the timmys I regularly visit every morning) in pembroke Ontario, ordered 6 muffins and when I arrived at work realized they were doughnuts, not a big deal, mistakes happen, so I called and the lady I spoke with there said she was working the window that morning and handed me them by accident, and to return Thursday October 26th and they would gladly give me 6 muffins at no cost which I thought was fabulous, when I returned Thursday tho no one had any idea what I was talking about and basically said sorry we can't give u any so obviously I was a bit upset, it's a lack of communication and looks bad on the company, and furthermore it's embarrassing as all the employees are looking to see what's happening and also the whole line is being held up over something that should have been felt with already, I'm a Christian to start with and would never try and steal muffins so for them not to believe me got me upset, i feel like I need to pass this on to someone else as I paid for
Muffins and never received them, anyways something maybe to pass on to employees the importance of good communication is key especially when it's an issue like this. Thx for your time
coffee
I go to Tim Hortons on Mapleton across from the Esso gas station in Moncton every morning for my coffee before work.. The coffee there doesn't taste fresh. It either taste like burnt coffee and it taste like old coffee from the day before. I know they don't collaborate their coffee at night. So if I were you I would ask the staff there if they even know how to collaborate and if not then train them to be able to and if they do know then they should watch the video again. The reason why I know they don't collaborate the machine cause I used to be a supervisor at the Tim Horton on Lady Alda in Moncton NB.
Thank you.
cleanliness
On October 23, 2017 at 1pm I decided to go to Tim Hortons at the Dixie Outlet Mall for a coffee and a bagel. Before ordering I decided to go to the washroom. In all of my 67 years of attending public washrooms I have never seen one this bad! There was dried feces all around the rim of the toilet. My understanding from my grand daughter who works at one of your other locations these bathrooms are suppose to be inspected every half hour during the day. There is no way this toilet had been inspected for it to be in this state. After leaving the bathroom I just left as I completely lost my appetite.
I feel this needed to be brought to your attention to ensure this situation is rectified as soon as possible.
Respectfully yours,
Barbara Ferguson
soup
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my food that I was served today. I was on my way to a funeral, was starving and decided to stop at Tim Hortons before the service. I ordered 2 coffee's and a French onion soup to go as I had little time. The store was busy, and I had no problem with the service. My problem was that when I arrived at the cemetery and wanted to eat my soup...it was luke warm. Honestly, I had to put it down and not eat it, as hungry as I was. I was very dissapointed. By the time I was able to reheat it, it was hours later and my soup was just mush. I ended up throwing it away. Being a single mother of 2, eating out is a treat, so when I had to throw it away I was dissapointed.
ripping off customers
This morning I went to your East Mission BC location and purchased a extra large steeped tea and 8 mini apple strudels, the sign says 3) strudels for 50 cents, So if you buy the last 8) you would expect to pay $1.50, this location charged me $4.91 (something doesn't add up $1.90 + $1.50 = $3.40 + tax, instead I paid $4.91, can you please explain to me why I got charged an additional $1.51 for my order
tim hortons original blend
Dear Tim Horton's Canada good day,
I am writing to bring to your attention, and express my dissatisfaction & concern, about the quality, or freshness, of your unique Original blend, tasty coffee, that is world renowned, for its freshness and quality. Three months ago, I had mailed you the proof of purchases, of your new blend, with the bar codes, [protected], and medium Roast blend [protected], and the Decaffeinated coffee, [protected], which I had to blend together to make it lighter tasting along with this letter! You failed to answer back to me. We have bought for many years, Tim Horton's coffee every week & very satisfied, at I.G.A. and other supermarkets, As loyal customers, we always purchase . Recently, I purchased, your New and improved Original blend coffee, and we were very disappointed, which doesn’t taste at all like we remember, However, we are puzzled by the new taste, which is bitter and completely different than what we remember, and very disappointed, with this purchase.I simply don’t understand, why you made a big change, to your classic Original blend Occasionally, we have tried new flavors from your variety of selected products, and were not satisfied with those choices. I truly believe, your unique blend was much better, true to what your name Label, stands for. I am making a point, to communicate with you again, for a second time.
I hope in the future, the quality of your products, is able to match to the quality of your many years of loyal service, to your customers.I would like to appeal to your sense of fairness and hope prompt action, will be taken .I thank you for your support, and understanding in this matter.
I am kindly, looking forward to hear from you, on this matter, I shall be very much grateful. My e-mail address is: [protected]@videotron.ca. My home address: 270 Rue Malouin, Laval, Q.C. H7X3N4, best regards. Sincerely, Amy Kelepouris.

Like I was I was having a problem with my bank card and the manager was yelling at me and been rude telling her employee ohh well is not our machine that have a problem is your card and they thought I didnt hear them. Like what kind of [censor] serving and people u have working for your companies.. This is not the first time I go to a tim hortons and im been treated like this or if not I will never get my order complete or my coffee tasting like [censor] cause they dont know how to make a damn thing.
management mistreatment of staff
I am a former employee of Tim Hortons Enderby BC location and am still an employee of tim hortons and i am grotesquely disgusted with the treatment i recieved by my former manager and by the current treatment of my former colleagues who are still being subjected to this terrible mistreatment. The current store manager MaryAnne Serhan consistently belittles her staff and ignores their complaints and concerns about workplace safety as well as bullying and harrassment between co workers. I have experienced as well as witnessed bullying, harrassment, and unsafe workplace environment and practices. I am requesting only one thing. I would like the contact information for the stores owner so that I may communicate my complaints and concerns to someone who can investigate and hopefully right some of the wrongs happening.
I would recommend contacting the corporate office or human resources.
french vanilla @ markville mall store, markham
I’m love the French vanilla @ TH but this particular store at the Markville Mall serves the worst French Vanilla that I have ever tasted, there is too much water concentrated, if this store is not co-operate owned the franchisee is making some quick money. I would encourage anyone to visit the store after 5pm and experience it. For comparison please get a French vanilla from another store across the Mall on Mccowan Road and you’ll see what I mean.

bad behaviour employee
Location: 8310 McCowan Rd, Markham, ON L3P 1H9
I wanted ordered a combo around 9: 45pm a Tim, the old lady told what I want to match up with the combo, I said I would like a regular tea and that it. And then she told me no, I have to match up with a muffin or a donut for a combo, since I can't eat that much so I decided to cancel the combo and only want the sandwich(i told her clearly, her English have accent). After I paid i realized I paid $7 somthing, but the sandwhich is only around $4. I already told her I would like to cancelled the combo and just want the sandwich, then she told me I ordered the tea, but I said I DONT WANT THE COMBO, that mean THE TEA IS INCLUDED IN THE COMBO should be cancel together. After that she kept yelling at me like "but the tea is made, you see, listen, listen to me" with really bad attitude, almost for like five minutes at the counter and didn't even let me talk. Then she gave me a look and throw all the changes at the counter. It was the worst experienced.
24 hour location closing in the middle of the night
I have never complained but today was the last straw..
I don't know how you expect to run a tims when you close the front end for 3 hours every night, and I have even gone and the drive thru has been closed too! ( because he was alone and needed to do his job he told me)
Literally you could call my work across the street (safeway) at get 6 other people to tell you there bad experience.
I even work around the closing just to get a coffee! (No more)
I suggest you look at your cameras if you think I am making anything up. I wish I was
I will be going to McDonalds like everyone else now.. which makes me sad because I love tims and even worked there as a teen so I know what it's like to get awful customers..
but I've been going to this location for 10 years and something has happened this year to make it fall apart.
Also when I said I had to go your employee told me To go then.. WOW
I also will be writing a yelp review and a google review to warn others who might want coffee between 1-4am to look else where..
Wow long rant but it's because I am still in shock
Have you tried contacting the store manager or their corporate office about the closings?
an extremely ignorant employee
Around 4:30 this evening my boyfriend and I went to Tim Hortons in Clarenville NL to have coffee with a friend. When it was my turn to order I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte and a old fashion plain donut then turned to my boyfriend and asked him if he would like something and he said "no thanks, actually yes and I'd like to pay for it" and said" no babe I can pay for it", the older woman serving us named Joy looked us and said " I'm not gonna stand here all day with you to [censor]ing arguing over whose going to pay for it". We looked at her in shock and waited for our stuff and went to sit down and enjoy our coffee with our friend. As we were eating and I was trying to enjoy the pumpkin spice latte that was absolutely desguisting, we could plainly hear Joy talking rudely about us to her colleagues in front of other customers thinking we were gone. Then I heard another employee say that they were all out of pumpkin spice syrup which means Joy purposely made me a desguisting latte. On top of that we over heard her telling a young guy that worked with her that his piercings were gross and that when she goes out she wears $1, 500 earrings. She trys to make herself sound good and delittles everyone around her not just customers but her colleagues too. She is the most ignorant person I've ever come across. We thought we were going to enjoy a coffee with a friend but we ended up getting treated like absolutely [censor] so we left and went to Robins where they have absolutely amazing staff and my pumpkin spice latte was amazing.
unethical behavior/not informed of pay rate and how to retrieve check stubs
This is my daughter's first job, so she is new at the work force. She is very interested in the food service industry. She is Servsafe certified and wants to be a pastry chef. We are filing a complaint against Tim Horton's in Ypsilanti, MI. The address is 1311 Anna J Stepp Dr. Phone Number [protected]. She is being bullied and harassed by her immediate supervisor Natalie. We have a recorded conversation with Natalie yelling at my daughter about something another employee said that she said about her (hearsay). Shortly after this incident, she sent my daughter home early on two different days and now she has not put her on the schedule for a second week straight. We have a recorded phone call that was made by my daughter to find out if she was scheduled to work. Natalie would not speak to her and relayed the message through another employee telling my daughter that she would not be put on the schedule until she gets her act together, whatever that meant. My husband was my daughter transportation one day and called the supervisor, Natalie, about a mandatory appointment that could not be broken. Natalie was very rude and nasty and left a message (also recorded) that my daughter "worked for her, not her father". My daughter has diagnosis of ADD and also a cold allergy. Neither of these things are regarded by the supervisor. My daughter has been put in compromising situations regarding her cold allergy, where she has broken out in hives because of it. This is unacceptable and it has caused me to stop patronizing that location and I am planning to spread the word about how this supervisor treat her employees. There are other things about this Tim Horton's that would make the Health Department pay a visit as well. For example, hash brown wrapper box dumped on the floor and then placed back in the box and put back on the shelf. These wrappers were used the entire day on the customers. Not sanitary at all. We can provide all of the taped conversations for your review. I would like something to be done regarding my daughter's employment there, so that I won't take any further action. Harassment by an employer is not okay and I want my daughter to know that.
lack of customer service
Went to south side Tim Horton’s in Lloydminster we stood in line for 25min, and there was only 4-5 customers ahead of us... another 10 min to receive our order... only 1 till was being used, lots of staff standing around! Then after eating, I got back in line to get a 1/2 coffee 1/2 got chocolate, there was 1 person ahead of me and I waited 10 min! The young man wandered around checking a coffee pot, and snipping a creamer spout, instead of looking after the customers that were lined up! When I ordered the young man said “you want a mocha” I said no, I don’t want whip cream I want 1/2 coffee 1/2 hot chocolate... he says mocha no whip cream, at this time I’d had enough so just agreed to pay the difference, I paid cash.. he punched it in as debit, and it took him 3 times to cancel the debit... then he finally got to making my drink, I had asked for it to be double cupped and had to remind him of that as he went to hand it to me without the extra cup! At no time did I hear a sorry for your wait, or a thank you! Terrible customer service! This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, but today was rediculous! Everyone in line was complaining!
customer service behaviour
I am here to complain about the behaviour from an employee, female caucasian wearing glasses named *Christine* from the UFV Abbotsford BC Tim Hortons. Her attitude was unacceptable. She asked cash or debit and I had said cash clearly and she grew impatient instantly went to get the bagel. I nicely asked for it to be toasted just to be sure and she snapped at me “uhhh it is toasted!?” I do not appreciate this customer service. This could have been answered politely. She asked again cash or debit when I had change in my hand and I said cash again clearly and she snapped again “you didnt say that?” I was very shocked to receive this attitude from someone in their workplace. I would like to have Christine know that this is not acceptable customer service and change her rude behavior. This is not how you treat your customers, I have never experienced such rude service from an employee. She also seemed to be having a bad day or maybe overall hates her job. But this is still unacceptable. Please improve the customer service behaviour.
ordering a 4$ drink and not getting a full cup
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte which is rare cause I never order anything but my regular coffee.
I get home and take off the lid and the foam had settled and I see that my drink is only filled to about an inch and a half to 2 inches below the rim.. I have never had an issue with how full my drink is but this was just ridiculous... Not happy especially since its a more expensive specialty drink.
nhl hockey cards 2017
The past year 2016 really enjoyed the ample time and opportunity to collect NHL hockey card Tim Horton collection and the trade nights, etc. This year was absolutely crap. Not sorry with this blunt description. Not nearly enough time to obtain set of cards and too many doubles and money spent on duplicates. Also the end came without warning. Stopped at two locations today in Brantford and one still had sign in window with hockey card packs available. False advertising. Very disappointed. Bad year 2017!
service at the 12 mile and farmington, farmington hills
Very very rude and unprofessional employee is working there her name is Mariam Dado. She served me unprofessionally and she was super rude to me. I made my order and I drove up to the window to give my money. She gave me back the coffee and the rest of the money and she asked me to park a side because my two sandwiches weren't ready. I didn't even spend 30 seconds putting back my money in my wallet, she said in an anger and disrespectful Voice that there is no need for me to drive all the way up because my sandwiches were ready. First of all, why she asked me to park when they could've prepare the sandwiches that fast? Also, the rudeness and the disrespect when she told me that they were ready. I asked her for her name and she replied very loudly, my name is Mariam. Then, she said its Mariam Dado because there are 2 Mariam's in here. Very rude and disrespectful girl who is working there. I will never go to that location any more. Very bad experience.
