As i'm a regular customer at tim hortons everyday. I'm not happy with my last visit at the store on malden road in lasalle. Wednesday jan 30th at 2:45 I was on my way to work and stopped for a large coffee and a couple of donuts. When I got to the window I had asked the girl (blond hair no name tag) if I could please have the donuts in two separate bags and she said no problem, as she took my money she told the other girl (name tag said britt) that I needed the donuts in two bag and britts remark was oh my god your kinding me two bags! The blond hair girl knew that I had heard what was said so as she handed me my coffee and donuts she apologized to me for the wait. I really don't know how long your going to have customers when get treated like that. I felt like I need to pay for the second bag of even explain why I need two bags. I have now enjoyed my coffee at the other tim hortons in the area. I really hope you can fix this problem as you already have lost one good costumer.

I had boughton a smile cookie today that only had a smile and no eyes. The second one I had boughton had eyes and barely a smile. I am pretty disappointed!

Your new lids are crap and everyone agrees. It's all over social media. Can't carry my coffee in my mouth anymore...can't stop it from spilling in the car. Get rid of the new and go back to the old. They split and crack. This is not going to work.

I don't know if I could trust Tim Horton again I don't know how there a bee in my pumpkin spice latte I'm not feeling well I'm really not happy with the bee being in my latte

I have been drinking Tim's coffee for years, and I still do I am getting frustrated with the new lids popping off and not staying on. Can you please look in to this befor some one gets seriously burnt because of it.

I just would like to know why I'm being charged $2.12 for a meduim coffee at the On Route locations, and $1.85 at most other locations. I don't think this is right.

If I can't get basic customer service then next time I will cancel the order, get my money back and go to one of the competitors until Tim Hortons learns what customer service really is. It's really not complicated.

I have been driving across Canada and not once I had found soy milk at Tim Hortons. It's a false advertisement. Tim Hortons have signs up put on their boards that they have soy milk. The reality is different.

Your food is so garbage.My sandwich was as hard as a rock i was standing in line for 20 minutes nobody served me Tim Horton your trash n ever going there again hope you see this and by the way your wraps are trash when i asked for mayo they gave me barbecue

I went to order and the employee name ramneek was listening music on her airpods and after standing 2 minutes she said wait . Then she start talking to another girl there. I ordered hashbrown they were cold and dry. I spent 5 dollar on that

I come to this Tim Hortons everyday and it's the same thing every day. The service takes way too long they never have the size for the products that I want I want an extra large and they keep saying that they have no cups for that, when i try to order they always cut me off before i can finish my sentence. Im done with this location.

For the past few days I have been unable to use Tim Hortons Application to either place orders, earn rewards or even make payment.

Android, Google Pixel XL2

Tried reinstalling the app as well. No luck

Bough t a bagel belt and there was no bacon on it and the rest was cold. I noticed after I had gotten to work or I would have went back into the store. This is unlike that tim hortons to mess up I always go there for that reason that they are great.

We need our old lids back these dome looking ones suck and most people dont like them... The other flat ones you can make it so less splashing by pushing tab in or if you werent done coffee put flap back to original spot so less stuff can get into coffee ie dust please give back flat lids

What happened to your coffee. There is no Tim Hortons to go to that has good coffee... Or even french vanilla. Everything tastes off or watered down. I even tried switching to dark roast. I don't know what you did with your coffee but it look like Mc Donald's will be getting my business

At the store on sandalwood and conestoga in brampton. I worked a day full 8 hours, quit that day just walked out the women were horrible. I should have received my pay 7 days after I left. Where is it? I've already filed a ministry of labor form. The managers name was Connie.

I was at Tim Hortons on George street tonight a 9 pm to buy coffee Was waiting for My coffee when 2 of the workers were standing behind the counter speaking Chinese looking right at me I was very offended If they were not working it would not have bothered me They should at least speak English when they are working

I ordered two coffees, and in the bottom of both the drinks there was a huge pile of coffee grounds. That is just gross. Like nobody wants to take a sip and get a MOUTHFUL of coffee grounds. They should've looked at them before they gave them to a customer.

I purchased two turkey bacon club at the Belleville, Mi location and saw that the bacon was uncooked. It was clearly pink with white fat.

Customer behind me got served first even tho we ordered the same thing. Firstly I was served the wrong tea and again I was served the wrong meal the server never paid attention absolutley ridiculous! Hashbrown was stone rock solid could have chipped a tooth or 2 and probs been lying around Staff laughing and joking poor service and management

Today while away on vacation my partner bought two ham sandwiches and a coffee from store #657 and when i opened the sandwiches i was surprised to find only one slice of ham on each sandwich.
I know this is not regular practice and I am extremely disappointed that i had just a bun to eat.

The new lids are horrible. The "sip tabs" are ridiculous, when drinking from the cup there is a great tendency for the hot beverage to leak from the rim/lid. Why change what was perfect! Please do away with the Maple leaf lids... very unsafe!

Just finished drinking my latte from Tim Hortons (bought it around 3:45pm, Aug, 28th) and while taking the last sip felt smth weird in my mouth. It happened to be a human nail. The least I can say - I'm disgusted. Please educate your staff on personal hygiene. Photo attached.

Have tried several times to add a credit card to Tim Hortons app, with no success. Sent numerous chat submissions, over a month later and they have never responded...even though they state e a response within 48 hrs.
I guess I will keep going to Starbucks...too bad Tim Hortons!

The wrap I recieved is literally half empty and looks like it's just cheese. Won't ever eat your food again unless you roll out vegan options. The wrap is so pathetic looking. Not as advertised and a terrible representation of canada. McDonald's puts more in their wraps.

I thought the reward card process was expired because I have not been asked if I have a point card in months. It was only today when I bought a sandwich that a staff member asked. I have been buying sandwiches, soup etc. Is there a way for me to get my card updated by showing my receipts from the last few months? Thanks. t-king@ns.sympatico.ca

Employee at drive-thru named Iman took customer who pulled up after us at other line before serving us. We were in line first and she thinks a half apology would suffice. This is not the 1st time I have had an encounter like this at this location. I am very upset.

Multiple times we have been in the drive through of this location and it is extremely slow. I don't mind waiting a few minutes but the times of wait have been too long here. We have reversed and left the drive through.
