Tim Hortons The manager and staff

I went in and ordered 2 large iced coffees with no base, 3 sweetener and less cream. I had to repeat my self 4 x because the girl taking my order barely spoke English. Where she returned with my order it was 2 large iced Capps. I told her that it was supposed to be iced coffee and she argued with me (at least I think she was arguing because again I couldn't understand her. Finally I said just go get what I ordered.

The manager was [censored]ing about the schedule and not helping with the back log of customers. I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. I told her I had been waiting for 6 minutes for 2 iced coffee and she needs to explain to the staff the difference between iced capp and iced coffee. She abruptly said well if you think you can do better I'll give you a job and see if you do any better. I replied I would run circles around you and your staff!

I can't believe you employ her let alone have her as a "manger" and I use that losely. Definitely not management material. I don't know her name as she had no name tag but she the old one with gray hair and a big attitude.

Definitely won't be back.

Tim Hortons Burning Customers

Wed Aug 11/21 4-4:30 Hot chocolate was terrible happen a lot. Took it back the cover was not on hot chocolate went all over my white top and burnt me. This happened to my husband on July 8/21. My Mother she orders tea she gets coffee she just throw it out. I was not happy being burnt because of teenagers wanting to talk instead of work

Desired outcome: Get the Tim Hortons stores fixed up and not have people burnt with covers falling off with hot liquid, hot chocolate tasting like scrub bucket water and give people their correct orders which is rarely done.

Tim Hortons Non inclusive for autistic people

My adult autistic brother and I were waiting at the counter to be served. Another person came in and was standing back because of Covid. My Non verbal brother autistic brother was excited as he loves Timmies . He was. Vocalizing. The server asked if we were together, I said we were. He told me it didn't take two people to order and because only two people were allowed in the store at one time one of us. Would have to leave. I explained that my brother couldn't talk and could not order himself. he said to tell him to wait outside. The lady that came in after us said she would leave as she had come in after us. He again repeated it didn't take two to order and again said my brother would have to leave. Needless to say we both left without ordering. My brother Was upset and kept signing he was sorry. I took him to mcDonalds instead. I have told many people about this and in return heard many similar stories about that Tim HORTONS. My name is Candis Fayle [protected]

Tim Hortons How far were to get a coffee is pathetic

Tim Hortons and Boutouche New Brunswick sucks how far our for coffee is supposed open at five they open at 5:30 sometimes never on time they should put another coffee company right next to it they lose all the business they suck can't believe the work is there never show up on time slow as [censored] it's been like that for the past year you guys heard of new people they don't know what the hell they're doing I'm gonna start going to Circle K for my coffee from now on I've always had Tim's coffee and then making me change because you're too [censored]ing slow never seen anything like it

Tim Hortons No Yogurt Parfaits

I was the Tim Hortons on the Queensway just before Islington and ordered 2 yogurt parfaits only to be told they fo not carry them. When I asked why they said Tim Hortons discontinued them?

I just got one recently, have they really been discontinued?

Also I was at a Tim Hortons this past Saturday afternoon out near Arthur on hwy 109 and after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes it then took literally another 10 minutes for them to prepare our order. It was 2 cold brews and one ice cap with a shot of espresso! 25 minutes of my tome for 3 drinks !?!?!? Maybe tome to switch to starbucks. Faster and more consistent product offerings across all stores

Tim Hortons Service

I went to a store on Hwy 60 in Huntsville Ontario and a supervisor was totally rude. I will never return to another Tim Horton's customer service has become crap over the years.

Tim Hortons Supervisor/Manager

On Aug 3-2021

At 3:40 pm I and my coworkers went to Tim's to buy a pull-pork sandwich as I go to Tim's twice a day.
When i received my sandwich something seemed off, when i saw the sandwich it only had dry onions i could not see the pork in the sandwich.
Also my coworker brought the same and the same thing happen to her.
When I question the person that served us he became very rude with no customer service he became very mad. I asked him to refund my money first he say put the sandwich in the garbage which i did and if i want to refund your money and why are you coming here.
I asked to see the supervisor he say that he was the supervisor manager.
I been going to this Tim's for 7 years never had a problem until today Tim's should look into this person as he is aggressive not educated he is right and no matter what I say matter to him.
I also I'm a supervisor but i treat people with respect

Tim Hortons Error with order delivery

I placed an order delivery on aug 1st 2021. Order was $18.00. Order: medium ice cap, large chili, everything bagel & 2 donuts. Used my reward points for the ice cap. I got an ice coffee, no ice cap. I order delivery 5-6 times per week. That's alot of money. A delivery charge is $3.99. Points are being returned, how about refunding me the delivery fee as well?

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded the delivery fee of 3.99

Tim Hortons Staff

The manager at the Tim Hortons was outrageously rude when I told her I had a breathing issue and could not wear a mask she told me she could not serve me which to my understanding is illegal and the first time I've ever encountered such ignorance... when I proceeded to tell her about the legality's she told me and I quote "go [censored] yourself" .. The location is dundas and confederation in Mississauga Ontario...

Tim Hortons Mocha cold brew

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 drinks and a bagel. 1 drink being a large mocha cold brew when we received the items there is NO FOAM. They failed to tell me when I ordered the drink. But yet you still charge me over $4.00 for it. Now I have a iced coffee which I could of made at home. I've have many locations around me that I go to an it's amazing how different the quality of product you get. If you don't have the item tell the worker to tell your customers. I am so frustrated with this and have dealt with it many times. Unacceptable

Desired outcome: I will probably not be going back and go to Starbucks or Duncan

Tim Hortons Failure to refund an order

I placed an order in the app and after 45 minutes they decided to cancel the order.
This occurred on July 1st and today is July 22d. They have still not refunded me even after 10+ attempts to contact their team via email and phone calls.
This company is a thief! I will never ever order from them again and will raise as many complaints as it takes for people to realize this company steals people's money.

Tim Hortons Eggs

Hi Tim Hortons,
I stop every day at Tim's and I love it. One of my favourite things to eat was the Farmers wrap. Could you please bring back the scrambled egg? Could we have both options of egg? The white slimy egg I can't handle.
Please, please, please bring back the scrambled egg and the walnut crunch!

Tim Hortons Mount Uniacke Nova Scotia Store#7704

I went in today after a hard day at work and asked for Ice Capp Light Medium, was charged $6.88 asked for receipt which never received, I received what looked like a slush with espresso, told the woman this doesn't look like what I wanted she insisted that's it, I was sort of stunned and left with my beverages.
