Tim Hortons - Incorrect order 3 times and rude service

Went to Tim hortons last week at 6:35 AM. Went inside and ordered two farmers Market sandwiches one without sauce. The guy literally put sauce on twice and when I told him he ignored me the 3rd time I said am not eating that I paid for it, I want it without sauce please and he grabbed a paper towel to wipe off the sauce off the food? I had to ask for a supervisor to complete my order and not sauce. Not even an acknowledgment or sorry was said to me. And then today Oct 5, I ordered two coffees, and when I got to the counter at drive thru I was not greeted with a hello or how are you, my rewards card was grabbed out of my hand because she couldn’t scan it properly I then asked if I could please have a tray and she said to me in a stern voice, next time, ask for that when you order? Really. The trays are right at the window and when I have asked when ordering I am told to ask at the window?. How about I also ask when ordering I am to be greeted in a friendly manor by a Tim’s employee. Perhaps this is why this store is no longer busy. Mistakes happen I get it. It just seems this location

is constantly making them and giving attitude and we are the customer we are paying with our hard earn money and there are other places to go.

Desired outcome: Perhaps some friendly service would be nice and actually have your orders completed correct the first time. Refund for food or some type of compensation Email is [protected]@gmail.com

Tim Hortons - Daughter let go

My daughter was hired at a Tim Hortons location at Glenwoods and Ravenshoe in Keswick, Ontario. She was given no interview and was called to do online training with her password given to her. She was given hours of 10-2 on the weekend of July 24 and 25th. Other shifts commencing shortly there after. The supervisor gave ongoing feedback in regards to what my daughter needed to change, such as speaking up so customers could hear her and try to get faster. On August 12, the supervisor called my daughter to see if she could cover a shift but we were away on vacation and my daughter mentioned that she would be home to do her shifts on the weekend. My daughter arrived for her shift of 10-2 on Saturday August 14 and was told to see supervisor in the office. My daughter was told that they would be moving forward without her and that she needed to find something that wasn't fast paced and that she needed to get her anxiety and mental health in order. I am angry as a parent of a 16 year old girl who has no experience working and this was her first experience with employment as it was her first job. Anxiety or not that should not have been mentioned and I wanted you to know that the way this situation was not ok. I am hoping that something will be done to prevent this happening to someone else's child in the future. My daughter was devastated and didn't see it coming.
