Tim Hortons Iced coffee order refused

At approximately 3 PM, I went through the drive up and ordered a vanilla iced coffee as advertised on tv, for $1, the person on the other side refused to give me this item for the advertised price, telling me that it is only good for an iced coffee, no flavors. I left, since he was rather ignorant. When I got home, as luck would have it, the ad was on, clearly stating that after 2PM, a medium iced coffee, plain or VaNILLA, was $1. I should NOT have to tell employees the specials and/or the prices. They should be aware and satisfy the customer without upsetting them with false arguments.

Desired outcome: Whatever you deem reasonable.

This specific Tim Hortons in the afternoon shift has the worst customer service. Not only is the coffee always watery (not like other Tim's locations, will not taste like coffee in a regular) or will have coffee grounds on the bottom, they are very rude and have horrible customer service. Tim Hortons Promotional ads keep popping up on my mobile

For several weeks ads for Tim Hortons keep appearing on my phone (despite the fact that I pay for ad blocking software) offering Tim's Gift cards. I accept the offer and give my name address and phone # but the boxes to put in my date of birth will not accept any inputs and I cannot claim the gift card.

Tim Hortons Staff attitude to a customer

Jody from Tim Horton's in 90 Elgin Street Ottawa, Ontario is very rude. Her customer service attitude is very poor and she doesn't fit well in this type of industry. We are a regular customer and there is no days that she did not even smile. Two incidents happened that led me to complain:

We are Dental Assitant Students of Algonquin Career Academy at Elgin St.
1st— Our group of class went to the store to order, we were at the side talking with mask on, then, Jody just started with a shouting voice telling us to "Leave the store". We would appreciate it if she just talk calmly and ask us not to gather around rather than just straight up shout at us.

2nd— I was by myself when I was ordering a Regular Chili soup combo. She was asking for what "side" I wanted. I couldn't hear her properly so I thought she was asking for a size. So, I said regular. Then, she gave me the stare and started raising her voice, once again asking for a side—Instead of explaining and asking if donut or muffin for the side. So I told her not to treat a customer like that and that is not a proper customer service. Then, she rolled her eyes and tell me that there was a line up when in fact there really is not. Plus, I was the customer at the moment, so she should treat me just like any other customer with positive attitude. Instead, she said "Go out".

This incident made me so upset. All the little things that she did out of our everyday encounter, we all let it slide. But this time, I can't tolerate it anymore.

Tim Hortons Service

Good afternoon,
I am writing this Champlain against the Tim horton location on 72nd Ave and 123-124 st, employees there have no manners to talk to customers and don't know how to respect, such incident has happened with me many times at that location and all my colleagues and friends have gone through same and we have collectively decided not to go there anymore .
If no action is taken I might use my Twitter handle for camplain or post

July 5 2021 Simcoe st. Tillsonburg Ontario Me and my husband went thought the drive thought. The person taking the didnt know want he was doing. Get to the window for pick the girl didnt say the price how are you she was to busy listening to the other people working. My husband had order a breakfast biscuit with bacon and he got an English Muffin with egg and cheese this is not the first time but it we be last that we go there.

I'm am extremely tried of ordering a large steeped tea, triple triple. Having it confirmed on the order screen, to return home take a sip, and realize it's a coffee. This is unacceptable. Date of most recent incident is today July 3rd, 2021 I would like a refund, and compensation for the repeated hassle.

Tim Hortons Canadian breakfast bagel

There was plastic in my bagle breakfast, after waiting for over 10 min in line up, due to slow service. Also they didn't understand how to make the canadian breakfast bagle bacon and egg sandwich as advertised on there board, kept refering to it as another name I can't even remember, I asked why the letuce and tomotoe wasn't put on it as on the photo advertisement, and she said cause it had a different name, well then why are they not trained to make what is advertised on the boards? Simple. Manager was condesending and rude and kept, saying ' have a nice day' and would not explain to me why they dont make it as advertised and ordered? This is the popkum british columbia location, lots of problems here for years now.
Nothing done about it?

Desired outcome: store needs to be notified and manager of this poor service and some retraining is needed

Tim Hortons Portion sizes and lack of customer service

On 22/5/21 I took my young son to the Cardiff branch of Tim Hortons for food. I ordered him a chicken tenders meal with Strawberry Yoyo and drink with a chicken tenders portion of 3 for myself. At £3.99 I was expecting a decent sized portion bearing in mind the tenders worked out at £1.33 each. What we both received as portions was, quite frankly offensive in size and my sons 'meal' was so inadequate that I had to give my son my 3 meagre pieces, so he didn't go hungry. The size of my 'tenders' was also so small I felt compelled to photograph it next to a sauce pot as a reference guide. I have included this photograph. In fact looking at it again, the nugget is actually smaller than the pot. As a company I would be embarrassed to serve this.
I have emailed in using the comments form on the Tim Hortons website twice but have yet to receive an answer. Does your company give such little regard to its customers that you feel you can ignore them completely?! I am truly disgusted by this.
I would very much appreciate your comments as the level of customer service I have received so far is well below the level I should expect.

The drive thru holds 15 cars max and I yet daily it's a 25 minute wait on average to make it to the window. Being an ex employee, this is terrible. On top of that, my local Tim Hortons employees cannot get a simple 2 coffee and a donut order correct. When asked to fix it, they change lids and hand back the same coffee. Terrible service, gas station coffee is better around here.

Tim Hortons Crispy Chicken Craveable sandwich

I visited Tim Horton's drive thru at 952 Fennell Avenue East, in Hamilton On, approximately 1:45 pm Saturday 21/06/26. I ordered two of the Crispy Chicken Craveable sandwiches, two donuts ( at least I tried to, but was told they had NO donuts), they only had two types of Timbits, so I asked for a pack of ten and a medium Ice Cap. When I got home I went to eat one sandwich and noticed the lettuce looked bad. Upon checking the second sandwich I noticed the same thing, see photo's. It does not speak well of a donut shop when halfway thru the day they have no donuts and a poor choice of Tim bits, not to mention bad produce. Not impressed at all. Tim Hortons Service

Me and my children joined the queue on 26/6/2022 at 10.20 and on three separate occasions as people in front were talking about it and once while I was in the shop myself the checkout man disappeared saying the drive through was really busy and that he couldn't server anyone any more until the back log of orders were complete, and then when I got to the checkout at 11.03 he tried to charge me full price for the breakfast menu which then I ask how can that be? surely you would be able to honour it as you left the tills three times eventually he "let us" have it on this occasion. I just find the service is absolutely disgusting your busies time is before 11am but yet only have one person serving, you sell a breakfast menu but it's hard to get the breakfast for the special price before 11am, tables aren't being clean after uses either!

Tim Hortons Front till (chain lake, Halifax location)

On two sequential visits to this location (chain lake drive, Halifax) we were ignored for >10 minutes while standing at the front till. Customers were being served through the drive through window but we were ignored entirely. The first time I had to call loudly to be helped. The second time we left without service. Whether the location is understaffed or the staff just don't acknowledge customers inside the store is not clear. Either way, the staff need to at least acknowledge the presence of customers in the store and state that they will be served when the staff are available. Better yet, there needs to be someone free to serve in store customers. If this isn't possible, you may as well close the front door. I'll be avoiding this location.

Tim Hortons Front desk service

I visited Tim Horton Harlow UK today and was told they were too busy to complete my order! Then I was given the burger without what I had asked for and then was completely ignored when going back to get takeaway donuts for the family. I left without because I couldn't wait any longer to be served!
This is not what I expected from my first visit.
Not impressed.

Tim Hortons dining room

the dining area at Tim Hortons in Miamisburg ohio is too cold. I consistently measure 60 degrees. Management say it's for the workers safety because of the slick floors. I think they want to be comfy themselves. We all like to meet there before we begin our day but it's WAY TOO COLD. Iknow, How about free Parkas.
