Tim Hortons Double cupping

I have been a Tim Horton customer for more years than I can count. I like it because of the coffee consistency, it's something I can rely on when it comes to my coffee. This Tim Horton owners are the worst leaders or business owners. No concept of customer service or food quality. Order a XL double double and double cupped. There is an extra charge for double cupping. What is the charge ? He has no idea and has to ask. The price for double cupping 65 cents then to 50 cents. 21% of the price of the coffee. No other Tim Horton charges for double cupping. I understand it's a cost, but be clear with the charge, be reasonable and be consistent. The attitude toward customers is ridiculous. Also when you get an sausage, egg and cheese muffin it's not a lot to ask your toast the muffin, the sausage be hot and cheese be melted. Pulling three room temperature items together and getting it out to the customers is really irritating.

Tim Hortons Ratings

Horrible time reclaiming prize won on roll up the rim promo, website for skullcandy difficult to navigate re winning a contest. I still don't know if anything will come of me sending them promo code--they said invalid for a couple tries then it seemed to be accepted. Frustrating. If you are giving out earbuds, just give 'em out for pete's sake!

Tim Hortons Mobile app

Tim Hortons app is horrible. Eg...
I want to get a breakfast sandwich from their app with a coffee but the app says iced coffee. I'm told I must get what's on the app. What the hell is the difference?
I have the same problems when I ask to get a sandwich deal from the app only one with meat and the other on the side because they won't put it into the first sandwich with meat.
I'm so fed up with the dumbness behind this!

Tim Hortons Pumpkin spice latte

Called ahead of time asking if they made hot pumpkin spice lattes. We drove a while to get there. When we arrived after ordering and waiting in line they then tell us the espresso machine is down so they cant make our order. Then after a few words they decide that the machine isnt down after all. They took dark roast coffee and poured pumpkin flavour into it and gave it to us. it tasted like watered down socks. I had been waiting weeks to have a pimpkin spice latte on the first day of fall and they do this.

Desired outcome: An actual freaking pumpkin spice latte. For them to do their job!!

Tim Hortons unethical behaviour

This complaint is about the manager and the supervisor of 1382 Tim Horton situated on mt Lehman rd Abbotsford. I have to face discrimination as a new employee. The manager always gives priority to old and morning shift employees and never ever listens to a single problem of evening members. The manager demands extra time but I never get overtime pay for even a single time. I always feel depressed due to their unequal behaviour.

I ordered donuts for my colleagues and when the cashier was serving me not only did he go from the cash to putting my donuts in the box but he did it with his barehands without washing them, nor did he use a wax paper to pick them up… when I asked him to change the donuts he refused and told me to take them or take nothing.. as a former supervisor at Tim Hortons I am very very upset and disappointed.

Tim Hortons Appalling lack of cleanliness

Today I made a purchase via the drive through in Cumbernauld Glasgow, time circa 315.

I noticed that the serving staff were not wearing gloves or masks. The guy who brought me food was scratching his beard and face, no mask, no gloves.
The other staff were not wearing masks or gloves either.
received my food and promptly put it in the bin. In these times of Covid im appalled at the lack of general hygiene.

I certainly wont be back.

Tim Hortons Decaf Coffee

I ordered a decaf coffee at my local Tim Hortons on Gateway Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba. During the month of August I had noticed that the coffee tasted "watery" like they had accidently reused the grounds.
Then, my girlfriend and I went in for a sit down coffee. I was able to view as they made her coffee and noticed that they did a shot and then added water and stirred.?
When it was my turn, I asked what they were doing. The young man said it was a shot of Expresso, topped with water. I told him that's not how you make decaf coffee. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
The coffee was awful. That watery coffee taste. Now I know it wasn't an accidently thing. They have been making it this way for a month now.
Honestly, is this to cut costs. Don't have to pour out the un served decaf after 20 mins. Shame on the new franchise owner?
As 20 years of going there, I am taking my coffee at McDonalds. The ambiance is not as nice but at least the coffee tastes like it should.

Desired outcome: make decaf coffee like you are supposed to!
