I had booked for a tataindicom broadband connection. I had got in touch with the sales person and he visited my residence, as per procedure and collected all the necessary documents and i paid him 500/- as cash, 50/- as his charge! Well i was promised the connection in 2 days, but its already 15 days now and still i have no clue whats the status of my connection. Well the sales guy whom i had contacted doesn't pick my call. I called up customer care to check about it, but they asked for application number. I stated the application no which was mentioned on the form, but they said its invalid and they cant help!
Well my question Is TataI ndicom is aware about these sales guys, as that guy had a ID of the Co? If so how can they say that they are responsible?
Well i have submitted documents also, i am not sure whom to approach! But i would request others please don't trust the sales guys, they are more or less cheaters! Please be careful before submitting your documents. Don't pay the deposit until and unless u get the connection!

I am Anil Gharge (B/o Sayaji Gharge) having Tata Indicom walky landline connection [protected]. Recently (01.09.2007), I have recharge Rs. 1600 voucher for life time incoming facility based on the confirmation given by sale person Mr. Rajesh Singh – [protected] (Mumbai) that Rs. 350 bonus talktime will be credited within one week. Till date bonus talktime is not credited. Moreover, this person now says, you have paid only Rs. 1250 and on this amount bonus talktime is not available. This means that this agency people have cheated me for Rs. 350. When contacted to agency at tel no 022-[protected], blundering reply received. These people even avoid talking no of times. Tata Indicom should take immediate action against this agency and sale man Mr. Rajesh Singh, because for just earnings extra perks these agency people promises anything to customer.

I had applied for TaTa Indicom Plug to Surf Dial up connection since i needed the internet connectivity very urgently. Marketing executive came to my house and before taking Rs 2950 (Equipment charge + sim charge) promised me of 150kbps of connectivity speed and getting my sim activated within 24 hours. After paying the amount i couldn't get the sim activated even after 48 hrs. In view of the profitability we have today forgotten the values. Marketing executives from companies like Tata Indicom go to the customers with smiling faces and lots of false promises. Customers fall pray to these promises and buy the products to get disappointed.

Iam Really, upset by TATA Indicom services. Completely useless service. Since brought instrument not able to get good speed + when ever I register compliant or request for technical assistant the department always solved problem with contacting us . We have to make call them where ever we are. Today I made request to cancel or de active my current account. they took request gave me reff num but not received a call. again I called up because of their technical fault. I was not able to connect Internet Department and all the time My call turn into General department. they are not ready to transfer to internet department.
they are tell to dial 121 than 1 4 2 but 121 dialler recorder tape 121 say dial 13 but if try to dial 121 thn 142 it will connect to phone tariff option there STD ISD LOCAL AND NATAIONAL option available. their is no way u can contact direct internet department or internet cancellation department... very useless services. I have wasted calling them nearly 2 hours calling from roaming.. but there is no use. I don't when they will improve there services.

I use tata indicom USB modem internet device, which i am not able to use since 2 months.
I have raised a complaint for the same but didn't yet got any resolution.
Following are the reasons said by tata customer service executive while closing my first complaint:
Technician visited, he told that problem is in network and network team will contact me.I waited for a week and got no call at all instead i got a email which say's my complaint has been closed successfully.
On the Email i clicked Not Satisfied link, so again i got a call from tata asking why m i not satisfied with the resolution. i told them the problem is still there its not at all resolved and closed.
so again that person raised a new complaint for me for which i did not get a single call after, and so i waited for the bill payment reminder from tata.
On the same day i told the person for all my problems he again raised one complaint for which i got the call from technical team on the same day saying the n/w coverage in kandiwali area is bad which can not be improved.
FYI : I have seen many people using Tata Indicom service in my building for them the n/w coverage is fine.
tata indicome service is really bad and i make sure in fture i never use tata.

we have approached customer care for a new connection for centrex under the group connections of Sri Rama Sales Corporation, [protected] and after making the payment of Rs.600/- we were allotted no [protected] on 02.12.2009 but so far not activated, we have also sent details to the said mail id neekosam@yahoo.com but not received any response. One executive by name Mr Venkatesh had come for the new connection from Himayathnagar, but now with great difficulty got the number of Himayathnagar dealer [protected] we were told that there is no executive by name Mr Venkatesh.

Hi,
m girish m patel from surat, rander. I had taken a internet connection at my place with two month subscription free as per the executives sitting at the tata indicom center tadwadi opp friends classes. i was told that two months subscription will be given free and after two months one bill of 0.00 amount will be produce to me at that time i have to confirm my scripts (which script i have to choose). But it happens wrong that without any of the 0.00 amount bill i received a bill of 500.00 and above in that, they did that without any information to me and without any coordination they claimed a bill script of 749.00/-. But yet i had not paid to them. because i want them to take in the court for cheating with the clients and even i will publish this topic in the news paper itself.

I have purchased a prepaid connection at bangalore and I submitted my properly filled up documents right at this moment. But after about 3 days my outgoing calls were blocked and when I contacted the customer care they told me that they have not received my documents. I submitted the documents again and after this my outgoing calls were blocked. After being frustrated for about 15 days I decided to get a new connection and now I purchased a new prepaid connection. Now again after submitting my documents I have received a sms that they have not received my documents. I don't know what to do.

I connect to tata broadband because I was shifted to a new address and so bsnl will take much time to give a new connection. I got tata connection from august 2008 and till now I have complained over 40 times. Sometimes link was gone sometimes server was down. Till December they usually solved the problems between 24 hr [but not every time]. But in December I complained over 8 times and nothing is completely solved. Now the link is going frequently. Their speed is much lower than bsnl [as I was a bsnl user previous at same speed limit]. Today their service man called me you got 80% speed but why 80% not 100%? I am on unlimited 512 plan and a postpaid user and when I was upgrading my plan from unlimited 384 to unlimited 512 they said me I will get back a 500 rupees. But after 1 month when I asked for that money back they told the offer is withdrawn 4-5 days before I changed my plan. But he told me at same moment when I was giving application. I am a lucky person because I have a tata mobile with free tata to tata facility. But I have to go out of home for make out going call as there no indoor signal. But can you say which company gives better service in India? We home user have to suffer by them. You take 100 connections at same name and threat if they will not solve the prob. You will give up all connections they will take quick action. I experienced it on tata indicom plug to surf connection. I will share you it later

I completely endorse your view about TATA Indicom being the worst company ever in the telecom industry. Their customer service is PATHETIC.
I had purchased a TATA Indicom USB modem on Aug. 6, 2008, and was promised activation within 4 days which never happened. I applied for discontinuation of the service and returned the USB modem (I applied for cancellation on Aug. 16, 2008) and was informed that I would be getting the deposit refund (Rs. 700 only) after 45 days of the cancellation. It is now 3 months and I still have no clue as to what happened to the refund.
An employee of TATA Indicom (office in Kormangala, Bangalore), Anup, promised to get it done asap. But whenever I message him or try to call him up, he neither replies to my messages nor answers my phone calls. I suspect that the money must have disappeared into his pocket already.
Does that company have any responsibility towards its customers? I doubt.
PLEASE be cautious while dealing with TATA Indicom if you value your time and hard-earned money.

they are tell to dial 121 than 1 4 2 but 121 dialler recorder tape 121 say dial 13 but if try to dial 121 thn 142 it will connect to phone tariff option there STD ISD LOCAL AND NATAIONAL option available. their is no way u can contact direct internet department or internet cancellation department... very useless services. I have wasted calling them nearly 2 hours calling from roaming.. but there is no use. I don't when they will improve there services.

I use tata indicom USB modem internet device, which i am not able to use since 2 months.
I have raised a complaint for the same but didn't yet got any resolution.
Following are the reasons said by tata customer service executive while closing my first complaint:
Technician visited, he told that problem is in network and network team will contact me.I waited for a week and got no call at all instead i got a email which say's my complaint has been closed successfully.
On the Email i clicked Not Satisfied link, so again i got a call from tata asking why m i not satisfied with the resolution. i told them the problem is still there its not at all resolved and closed.
so again that person raised a new complaint for me for which i did not get a single call after, and so i waited for the bill payment reminder from tata.
On the same day i told the person for all my problems he again raised one complaint for which i got the call from technical team on the same day saying the n/w coverage in kandiwali area is bad which can not be improved.
FYI : I have seen many people using Tata Indicom service in my building for them the n/w coverage is fine.
tata indicome service is really bad and i make sure in fture i never use tata.

well even m using tata indicom broadband connection. flash 256.with 1.5 mbps night unlimited plan. Til now m not facing any problem with the connection. N the agent who comes to my place to introduce new plans seems to be good.He gives me sufficient information without much delay.I was amazed to read all the comments coz my experience with tata is pretty goog.Who knows, mayb m the lucky few who get away lucky...
we have approached customer care for a new connection for centrex under the group connections of Sri Rama Sales Corporation, [protected] and after making the payment of Rs.600/- we were allotted no [protected] on 02.12.2009 but so far not activated, we have also sent details to the said mail id neekosam@yahoo.com but not received any response. One executive by name Mr Venkatesh had come for the new connection from Himayathnagar, but now with great difficulty got the number of Himayathnagar dealer [protected] we were told that there is no executive by name Mr Venkatesh.

I had taken a internet connection at my place with two month subscription free as per the executives sitting at the tata indicom center tadwadi opp friends classes. i was told that two months subscription will be given free and after two months one bill of 0.00 amount will be produce to me at that time i have to confirm my scripts (which script i have to choose). But it happens wrong that without any of the 0.00 amount bill i received a bill of 500.00 and above in that, they did that without any information to me and without any coordination they claimed a bill script of 749.00/-. But yet i had not paid to them. because i want them to take in the court for cheating with the clients and even i will publish this topic in the news paper itself.
Tata Incom is a cheat. They cheat everywhere.They cheat me on Photon Plus. Nver take a connection.

I also have a complaint that its about 2 years ago i have disconnected tata connection Numbered ([protected] in name of vikas) & i got a cheque of refund amount of 1500/- which i dropped in drop box with other 2 cheques. but tata cheque was misplaced i dont know the reason behind that. But I request them for other cheque but till date i dont got any cheque neither any response after 6 months of misplace cheque.

I have purchased a prepaid connection at bangalore and I submitted my properly filled up documents right at this moment. But after about 3 days my outgoing calls were blocked and when I contacted the customer care they told me that they have not received my documents. I submitted the documents again and after this my outgoing calls were blocked. After being frustrated for about 15 days I decided to get a new connection and now I purchased a new prepaid connection. Now again after submitting my documents I have received a sms that they have not received my documents. I don't know what to do.

I connect to tata broadband because I was shifted to a new address and so bsnl will take much time to give a new connection. I got tata connection from august 2008 and till now I have complained over 40 times. Sometimes link was gone sometimes server was down. Till December they usually solved the problems between 24 hr [but not every time]. But in December I complained over 8 times and nothing is completely solved. Now the link is going frequently. Their speed is much lower than bsnl [as I was a bsnl user previous at same speed limit]. Today their service man called me you got 80% speed but why 80% not 100%? I am on unlimited 512 plan and a postpaid user and when I was upgrading my plan from unlimited 384 to unlimited 512 they said me I will get back a 500 rupees. But after 1 month when I asked for that money back they told the offer is withdrawn 4-5 days before I changed my plan. But he told me at same moment when I was giving application. I am a lucky person because I have a tata mobile with free tata to tata facility. But I have to go out of home for make out going call as there no indoor signal. But can you say which company gives better service in India? We home user have to suffer by them. You take 100 connections at same name and threat if they will not solve the prob. You will give up all connections they will take quick action. I experienced it on tata indicom plug to surf connection. I will share you it later

I deposit the cheque on tata indicom drop box i paid amount 1800 and amount had deduct from my account but tata indicom is not update my bill and disconnect my line three times what i do
No one from customer care division know about the actual product billing system and proper feed back .the worst part is they close the complain without giving expanation to customer.
I have post paid connection & never use internet but wrong /fraud billing bave been caught but tata indicom is not abe to give justification.
I completely endorse your view about TATA Indicom being the worst company ever in the telecom industry. Their customer service is PATHETIC.
I had purchased a TATA Indicom USB modem on Aug. 6, 2008, and was promised activation within 4 days which never happened. I applied for discontinuation of the service and returned the USB modem (I applied for cancellation on Aug. 16, 2008) and was informed that I would be getting the deposit refund (Rs. 700 only) after 45 days of the cancellation. It is now 3 months and I still have no clue as to what happened to the refund.
An employee of TATA Indicom (office in Kormangala, Bangalore), Anup, promised to get it done asap. But whenever I message him or try to call him up, he neither replies to my messages nor answers my phone calls. I suspect that the money must have disappeared into his pocket already.
Does that company have any responsibility towards its customers? I doubt.
PLEASE be cautious while dealing with TATA Indicom if you value your time and hard-earned money.
