Taco Bell review: Your employees at Taco Bell located by Swagrass Mall, Sunrise, FL

I went to get the some Nacho fries with my daughter at Taco Bell located by Sawgrass Mall, Sunrise, Florida. I was in my car of 2 minutes and since no body was acknowleding so I just honked once to make sure some one can hear me,

Just so you know there were no cars ahead of me, right after I honked somebody answered and took the order, I went to the window and paid for the 2 nacho fries and 2 minutes later another guy from the back came to the window and said sir next time do not honk, we can hear you when you come, I did not say anything, I just shook my head, after 4 minutes the guy who took the money brought the food and I just took it from his hand like I always do at any drive thru, and this guy started saying why did you snached the bag from me, I said what's wrong with you guys, first him and now you, don't you have any manners and the guy said f... off and N word. By the way just so you know I am a Pakistani, calling me a F... N word did not make any sense.

I just drove off from there at that point.

Is it normal for any employees to talk to the customes in that manner or is it Taco Bells policy to hire these kind of people.

The experience my daughter and I had, was really a good one, I am sure you would understand if we never go to any taco bell ever again.
