Poor customer service and low quality food
Hi, I been to Taco bell in Cheltenham, UK post code- GL50 3HH on 30/08/23
at 10:19 pm. I have ordered 2 *Spicy chicken Crav Burrito and one dbl cheesy black bean burrito. When we received our order there was no food label on the burrito and it was hard for me and my friend to recognise. We been to till to ask that there should be a food label on it. The guy named Rahal snatched the food packet from our hand aggressive way and abused me and my friend in his own language angrily and thrown it to the bin. We asked for the refund but he refused and said he will give another order with food label this time he took long to prepare the order and when we received the order the stuffing inside was too less. This is the worst service i ever had. I need a concrete solution against this.

Lack of ingredients on quesadilla.
Ordered Over $47 worth of food from Taco Bell. Got home and gave my mother her chicken quesadilla. When she opened it the chicken had apparently flown the coop because there was nothing but cheese in the tortilla and only 3/4 at that, but no bird. My order was not as advertised in your pictures. I ordered soft taco, and received about 1 tablespoon of meat! The lettuce was bad and no cheese. What is going on with all this. We pay enough for food, but to get a bite for the price is just consumers being taken advantage of. This order was placed through the drive thru at about 1 pm on [protected]. Do you not care if customers are satisfied? I know you big corps only care about money, but come on, this is just wrong.
Desired outcome: Make your food as advertised. If only giving a tablespoon of meat, then you need to change your advertisement pictures. This is a rip off, pure and simple. I'm giving you a chance to fix this for all your customers.

This entire store is a mess.
I have an issue with your store on Villa Point in Owensboro, KY. It seems to be fun by a bunch of children. Who are more interested in singing and dancing on the line than assisting customers. On top of that when I pulled up some of the employees were smoking marijuana. I don't know how this behavior is acceptable in your corporation. The GM is aware and apparently they all hang out after work together as they discussed in front of customers while we waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos. I'm appalled at the service the environment and that Taco Bell finds this behavior ok.
Desired outcome: This store needs to be investigated and revamped. The only employee that seemed alienated from the rest was I think they yelled at him and called him Aiden

8/12/2023 approximately 2:30pm I purchased 2 cheese burritos. I threw one away because the rice was hard. Upon opening the other it had blonde hair cooked in the wrap. I took it back inside and the manager with a NASTY ATTITUDE tried to convince me it was cheese. Her name is Cashena. It could have been her hair because she has long blonde braids. At home I heated the burrito up in case the second had hard rice, that's when I discovered it didn't look like cheese. I have always gone to that Taco Bell at 25 N Lafayette Drive, Sumter SC. Please screen persons who you have employed better, and managers are trained better. The young lady at the window was very efficient at her job with customers. Cashena need to be moved to another location or take her out of management. I must also say the managers and workers refused to throw away the item and insisted in a nasty tone I needed to move it. I moved it because it wasn't a big thing because I placed it on the counter. I would like feedback from this visit. Hairnets should also be worn. As a result of these employees, I will not recommend any other person or group patronize that location.

I ordered on the app, a burrito supreme - onions, + guacamole, the order didn't include the guacamole and the burrito was on a small tortilla very little lettuce and only a few tomatoes.
