Taco Bell review: Unethical behavior

I ordered from the drive-thru a taco bell grande and a strawberry and lemon freeze. I hadn't eaten all day, so I was good and hungry. The young lady Kayla repeated the order to me and asked"what size would I like my drink" I said "small" she said ok. So I pulled around to the window and paid for the order, a different sounding young lady didn't ask if I wanted sauce, so I asked if there any mild sauce and if so can she put it in my bag, Kayla, (I recognized her by the voice immediately)which was polite still, said O its some in the bag already. The other young lady gave me a (big gob of sauce trying I thought to be funny) stated she couldn't take it back with a smirk on her face. So she closed the window, so I am still waiting on my drink, so this same young lady reopened the window and yelled at me, frowned up stated in a yelling voice "WHAT ELSE DID YOU NEED!" I state to her that I need my drink please sitting on the counter, Kayla said she didn't ring me up for a drink, but she ended up giving me the drink anyway. She was great, but the young lady that was also there, I didn't deserve that "poor customer service from her", at all and I wanted to get a refund back, I didn't enjoy my lunch that day and couldn't wait to email my complaint.
