Well I walked in I had ordered online my food was ready I had some modifications and asked nicely if it was done correctly because my last 2 online orders I’ve also done same modifications and I asked they said yes and both times was wrong. This time I asked and I was ignore by drive thru girl I asked the cooking ladies the opposite to find out if they did it right. They said yes lying to me so lead cashier came in spoke English asked the ladies they said “ no I didn’t it doesn’t come with rice”. So I said no, I wanted rice added and no sour cream on chalupa so they snatched the food off my hands to check it so I said SORRY just that last 2 times it’s been wrong. Overall it was just rude. Lead cashier had to say to them in Spanish “solo checkeelo to make sure” and she got boder. alway having a conversation of something else when I order food and ask something. Thank you.
