Taco Bell review: Incorrect order & awful quality of food & customer service

Awful, Awful experience & this was the final of all finals. It was already sooooo bad that not I nor my other 3 family members would eat here we literally would just starve if this was only place to eat.

But my very young son loves the tacos just no lettuce on them that’s it. He always gets the same thing every time 2 or & 3 soft tacos beef only that simple & done! Nope always getting it wrong! I mean I have right now 3 receipts where I’d been there n just the past week or 2. Candice; (if she even still works there) was the only person great. Always got my order right & I’d tip her, awesome service from her no complaints. But oh boy them others Wow! Just no customer service skills she just hands the food to you, no hi (how you doing) nothing just looks, might smile. I go back to get the correct order even worse I told my son do not eat it that’s it we’re done. Never coming back it smelled up my whole car. It smelled burnt, just nasty! And I do think it was made nasty this round to get even for my returning the food & complaining. Nothing else explains it, that’s it…..

Punk kids not wanting do their job for the pay. No skills, no friendly service, clearly can’t take orders, & no morals. Just awful! I cant even believe I’m complaining to this degree but I’m so fed up…. my son truly could have been sick from these tacos! I think upper management needs to review the camera & tell me why the tacos I got with lettuce the wrong order smelled like the normal smell. When I came back mayb 7 mins later when he realized oh no (not lettuce) I went straight there. The correct tacos meat only I mean stinky tacos idk what the issue was but NASTY! I couldn’t even eat anywhere else the smell was horrible I mean I really wanna take it to a lab & have it tested it really was that bad….. I didn’t even bother going back for round 3. I told him never ask me again to stop here ever again I am so done with Livingston Taco Bell never ever again!

In fact I’m still in shock! It really was that bad & then when she handed the bag to me well of course (after I gave my spill) to her “how can u mess up soft taco no lettuce” she just hands the bag with a smirk….. I roll window up heading to gas station I was like uh eeeewwwww what’s that smell & I ask him is that those tacos & started investigating & indeed it is. Just disgusting & if that be the case $8 was enough to be done & enough of loss I’ll never be back! so upsetting….. sry about the complaint being so long. It really was again & lastly the worst & suckiest service ever!
