Taco Bell review: Food

Hello

I just went through the drive through at this Taco Bell this evening and ordered 5 hard shell tacos and 2 Bean and Cheese Burritos with no onions.
Once I got home and began to eat I noticed that in my Burrito there was a plastic glove mixed in the beans.
This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I'm not even sure if I actually consumed some plastic from the glove.
I called the location and spoke with Tila. She stated that that location was franchised and could not provide me a number of the corporate office or anyone in charges number. She only stated that she would have Carlos call me tomorrow.
I need to find out who or how can I speak to someone about this situation.
This has me very uncomfortable because I'm not sure how it got there or if it was eaten.
I am sick and distraught. This could be a threat to my health and also a choking hazard. Mentally this has put fear in my life now for eating at any fast food restaurant.
