My wife and I eat at your Jacksonville Illinois Taco Bell quite often,, however, most often we go through the drive through, this week we went inside, everything food and all was really great, however we sat in on the long bench on the East wall, looked like the bench along the wall had all new padding on the lean back but not the seats, making it quite hard for an older person to set, to me the padding needs to be on the seats at least, but also the back, and wider, makes you feel like you are sliding out of the seat and quite uncomfortable might be great for kids but not for 80 year old seniors. Please keep the elderly in mind.
Got the wrong items
I received 2 tacos instead of the burrito supremes I ordered tried to call and no one answered the phone.. Also no receipt given It is difficult to read the menu one car back. Need to have more than one sign. Also service was very slow. Totally bad experience

It was about 11:43 pm august 19, 2021 I bought 3 orders of steak quesadilla in the drive thru of store no.032671 at 2317 e. Joppa rd. Md. 21234, after I made the order I heard some f* words from the inter com., when I reach the counter to pay I saw them laughing and not paying attention to me (the customer) when I said that I heard them the lady on the window slam the window after I paid my order. I hope this will no happen anymore and teach your employees that we the customers are paying for their salaries. Thank you.
Desired outcome: make some disiplinary action.
Taco
I ordered a meal wothout sour cream and doubled checked with them that they got it and they treated me like I was dumb and couldn't read the screen and said yes I got it. But come to find out when I got home that they had sour cream. I always get it without and even though I always ask again, they seem to still put it on about half the time
Food bean instead of beef
Every time I order food I always order it beans instead of beef. They almost always make it with beef. Last time I went to Taco Bell my bean burrito had a little beef in it. I order a 5 layer burrito with beans instead of beef and the burrito had beef juice on the outside. It looked like they dipped my burrito into beef. When I call the store they never pick up the phone.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for over 7 years. The past few months(especially the last month)service has been extremely horrible. Besides the fact that the food appears to be thrown in a pile and half way wrapped up so the ingredients fall in the bag, the employees are racist towards white people, talking loudly enough with the window closed so I can hear about "this [censored]ing white boy in the drive through"while being completely rude, blatantly because of my skin color. The past 4 times I have been to this location after 10:15pm the past few weeks, they tell me the system is down and they cannot take orders. If this is true the system needs to be fixed bc it happens WAY too often, but I assume it works just fine and they have already cleaned up and are just waiting to clock out at 11 so they don't want to reclean. If this is the case, the employees that are responsible should be fired bc like I said this has happened 4 times the past few weeks and multiple more times the past few months. Please fix this location to the standards it use to be so I can get a decent meal on my way home from work since Taco Bell is the only fast food restaurant SUPPOSEDLY open until 11 in my area. And also if I continue to feel discriminated against because of my skin color at my local Taco Bell that I have spent thousands of dollars at the past 7 years, to the point where I don't trust what they will do to my food, I will talk to my lawyer and see what legal actions can be taken. 2 cheesy roll up, 4 chicken chipotle, service, no receipt
Today at approx.. 150pm Please see pictures. Just left taco bell store. Purchase 4 chicken Chipotle taco, 2 cheesy roll up. Horrible, cold, cheese not melted on any, barley any cheese nor chicken, no sauce on Chipotle. Girl at window was rude, did not give a receipt, did not put sauce nor napkins as requested. First bad experience at this store. Horrible experience. I purchased 6 small tortilla soft shells.
Managers and there nasty mouths/ all on video
I will file a lawsuit if I need to! I have it all on video of all your managers cussing, never have food! Always waiting in line for 45 mins or longer to get sent away or loosing orders and when I ask them about it they ban me from the store for no proof at all just for asking why they never have food this is unacceptable! And the entire store has this problem there was at least 7 ppl standing at the drive through screaming at me this afternoon

opening hours posted
On 7/22/21 at approx. 10:34 AM, I arrived at the ( New ) Taco Bell located at 6705 Eastgate Blvd, Lebanon, TN as to order some of the Best Taco's etc.---But the doors were locked, closed, even though the web site and the posted hours of operation on the locked door's state open at 10:00 AM.
Either they should change the opening hours, or have the employee's get to work early to open on time
So I drove away, upset and annoyed as I couldn't get a few Taco's plus--- so sadly I went to McDonlds instead.

Lousy service / can't get orders right

Not wanting to serve
Didn't want to serve anyone even at 10:30 when they are open till 12am. There's no excuse or reason for them to just act like they aren't there. I hate going to this nasty [censored] taco bell unless the other in town is open. There's no reason why anyone who wants a pay check should pretend there's no one at the drive thru specially if we saw you go from your car to inside.

Tonight my husband and I went to the Taco Bell at 7331 103rd Jacksonville, Florida, Drive thru for dinner. July 13, 2021. Paid for our order with the debit card. Went home and ate our meal/ while digesting it suddenly occurred to me that A: there was absolutely no sauce packets/ no sour cream included w/our meal and B: we had no receipt. Knowing that we had been charged $20.00 exactly for our order I looked up the Menu and discovered that 2 crunchy tacos, 2 soft shell tacos, 1 supreme burrito, 1 nacho Bell Grande and 1 iced tea came to a whopping $12.16.
we were overcharged $7.84. My main concern was "I wonder how many customers she overcharged and did she personally pocket all the overages herself?
Desired outcome: Have the person doing drive thru cashchering after 4:30pm checked out discovering whether she is bad at her job and needs retraining or just a thief.
