We placed an online order for pick up. We went to the store to pick up the order. The doors were locked. There was nothing online that said the store was locked after a certain time. 
There were at least 30 cars in the drive through line with people getting out of their cars complaining because the line was not moving and they were boxed in. People were waiting for at least an hour or more already. 
We never got our food that we paid for. 
We tried to call the store and the number on the website said out of order! 
We still have not gotten our refund for this order.

I want my credit for this order that we never received.
This is the absolute worst service ever. You need to update your website with details about stores being locked after certain times and let customers know they'd have to do pick ups through drive throughs... Which is ridiculous at this point. 
Please issue my credit. I will not go to this store ever again.
