Today worker (20s Hispanic female) was clearly stoned off her rocker. Couldn't communicate at board clearly. First choice of $5 nacho box was "what size do you want?" When I said "the one in the box with a drink" she faded away and couldn't be heard. When I said "hello" I softly heard "no boxes, we dont have that". Ordered $5 crunchwrap deal from the ad center of board & she seemed confused that it came with a drink. No total was offered, when card declined I pulled cash & asked for amount. Reply was $8.96. Umm $8 isn't $5 plus tax? Well I put you in for the combo, there's no discount. We don't have that... but apparently you do at $9? You realize that's fraud? Umm. I dont know, we dont have that. When I asked for managers number she laughs, we dont have that. At that point I drove away & called corporate complaints that too 10 minutes to pick up.
