Taco Bell Health issue

1st I love Taco Bell and eat it al the time, I'm 379lbs. LOL Anyway I went to taco Bell in Austin Texas the store on North Lamar and Rutland, was told 3150, but might not be the correct info. I went inside to order and ask to use the restroom and was told No because of Covid, but the dining room is open and people need to wash their hands or make it drive thru only (just my thoughts, didn't say it) so I ordered my food and was sitting waiting to hear my name, and I hear laughing and talking very loud, so I stand up and walk around to see and there was the 2 ladies bent over the food preparing counter laughing, joking and talking over my food without a face covering, so I said in a calm voice Ladies shouldn't you be wearing a mask preparing people food esp. laughing and talking, the Short lady said no, we all vaccinated, I said that's god but you still shouldn't be over people food without a mask, the short lady said you want your money back, I replied yes, do she walked over to get me my money and I asked her name and she said I don't have to give you my name, I ask was she the manager and she said no and pointed over at the lady she was laughing with over my food. I ask the manager her name and she said it but I couldn't make it out, sounded like Camilla. I ask what the store number was and she looked at the short lady and she said I'll give you our boss number, I told them I don't want his number if he approves of your actions. I eft and went across the street to dominoes and everyone in there had on mask. I been eating taco bell since the 70's and will continue to eat it, but not at this location or any other location that practice the same business design.

Taco Bell Service / food

I went to the rebuilt Taco Bell on Meadowbrook Dr in Fort Worth Texas today 1-7-2022 and ordered lunch. I ordered 3 taco supremes. First the girl told me they didn't have any sour cream. So I asked if the regular tacos had tomatoes on them and she said no. So I then asked if they gave a discount for the missing sour cream and she said no. So I told her I still wanted 3 taco supremes. I get to the window and get my tacos and they are small. I thought the taco supreme shells were longer. I was told no but I swear they use to be. Then I get home and start to unwrap my tacos and EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BROKEN! Not just a little break but all the way across the bottom and each shell is also broken. Worse mess I have ever seen. If I had not already changed clothes I would have driven back to Taco Bell but I had just come from pain management from getting an injection in my knee and was trying to get something quick for lunch. They would charge me if I added sour cream or tomatoes but Taco Bell won't give a discount if the location doesn't have an item! I don't think that is right! It should apply both ways. Not my fault if Taco Bell is out of an item!

This Taco Bell might have been rebuilt but it sure didn't help with service! The first time I went after the reopening their drive thru wasn't working (the computer or register was down) so you had to go inside to order. Well that might have been fine but there were no partying places so I just had to leave. Two for two so far and not exactly thrilled about the service at this "new rebuilt location!"

Taco Bell Food Combo #6

Today 12/30/21 around 9:15 - 9:20pm I went to your restaurant located at (Drive-thru) 5389 Prospect Rd, San Jose, CA 95129, I ordered 2 Combos #6 and 1 combo #3.
The Chalupas had a terrible smell and were so hard to bite that I ended it tossing them. One of them even had salsa inside like someone return it or had it before. Horrible experience, I was looking for my receipt but was not provided however since I paid with my credit card I can provide the exact time and proof of purchased.

Taco Bell Online order and service from staff

Placed an order online at 121 n mcdade blv glenolden pa Taco Bell, sat in front of the counter for a good 30 min (still waiting) and no one even attempted to help me or ask if I needed to place an order I had to ask them about my order and was rudely told that there was no order for me with out doing anything to verify it. Extremely horrid service if I didn't already pay for it I would have cursed him out. I am currently still sitting in the lobby at 2:21 in a green hoodie, check the cameras

Taco Bell Rude to Customer!

Well, every Time my husband and I go to This Taco Bell we either get someone who is rude or they get our order wrong! Well today on Christmas Eve we when to try one more time; and today was the last straw; let me tell you, we was there at the window at 10am ! My husband asked what kind of breakfast burritos do you have because they all wasn't up there and he wanted me to see them all before I ordered! Well, The Lady respond; They are on the board, just look at it! Well, that was just Pure Rude! We will my husband said Bye and drove off! He said we will never eat there again, and that is really SAD because this Taco Bell is so close to us; and we both Love Taco Bell! If you Staff could just be a little more nicer to the customers and not rude, get the orders right then you have more customers! Come on they could of said Good Morning, Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays ! Your Staff need the learn how to do better Customer Service. I was in a Customer few for 10 yrs and never did I talk to them so rudely as your does; or maybe it was just that employee ; I don't know but your Store really Stinks Compared to other stores around you! Taco Bell Can't fill out surveys because they require a store number from the receipt...

So, I've had an ongoing issue with Taco Bell's app. I've emailed them four times, called them 4 times and told a restaurant manager my issue twice and no one has ever looked into it or called me back.

Was going to try to submit my issue via their "tell the bell" survey advertised on the back of their receipts but it requires to enter a Store number, which they no longer print on their receipts!

Through all these recent experiences, it's apparent Taco Bell lacks any professionalism, does not care to address customer concerns or wanting any customer feedback.

I was finally contacted. Issues as of yet not fully resolved: but more confident it will be fixed. I am now satisfied with the response for the aggravation I have had with my issue. Person I spoke to expressed much empathy, apologized, was professional & made me feel valued as a customer. Can't ask for anything more!

The Taco Bell's in my area are becoming abysmal. In the past two months, ALL TB locations are drive-thru ordering only such as in Cranston; Providence; Warwick & Pawtucket, RI along with Attleboro & Seekonk, MA.

Also, they run out of soda flavors along with sauce varieties. Their computer systems crash constantly at a Massachusetts location--telling customers If place an order at the restaurant, it is cash only payment--if want to pay by credit card, the only way to do so is with the app.

Their app won't work for me since December 9th: resulting in unable to take advantage of all these "wonderful" offers they email me daily plus losing out on free products because of their points program. The restaurant's menu is limited when ordering at the restaurant versus ordering thru their app. I did try signing up with a different email address, but at a Massachusetts location, the app crashed losing my order while waiting in the drive-thru. Then, the next time at a Rhode Island location, my order was delayed and resulting in me waiting 20 MINUTES for my food.

I've called the corporate phone number to get help with the app. On each call, I waiting to speak to someone for over TEN minutes: two times, when the call rang, it disconnected me--and the other two times, I was promised a call back from either a supervisor or tech support. I've emailed them asking for help four times, too. And the restaurant manager at a Massachusetts location says she can't help with the app & telling me last week that many have had issues using the app then telling me she'd call corporate to help me (which I doubt she did). I let her know this week the app still was not working and no one called me to help me. Her response now is "then something must be wrong with your phone" Even though logging into their website also gets me nowhere on my laptop and tablet! All my inquiries by phone and email has resulted to zero help: this has been going on for 15 days.

As a Taco Bell customer of 30 years, and that buys lunch there weekly, I am disappointed by their lack of respect, professionalism and customer service.

At this point, they may as well just go out of business!

Smallest burritos I ever seen Taco Bell never gave me a burrito this small before I ordered 3 bean burritos they was not normal size they were as small as a kids meal size I tried to ask for a better burrito and they would not remake one I never seen this before very very small burritos I'm very unsatisfied with this not correct size I never seen them this small

Taco Bell charged for an online order that was not received

Past Saturday 12/18/21 around 6:15 PM I placed an order online as a guest for pickup to a Taco bell located at 12001 SW 129th Ct, Miami, FL 33186. When I went to the store an employee said that he was not able to see my order, after multiple attempts I had to return to my house with no food. But the charge was already pending in my bank account and today shows up as charged for an amount of $30.70. I am requesting a refund.

Taco Bell 6 inch x 2 inch mostly tortilla bean burrito.

What happened to Taco Bell? Not only did I wait 15 minutes in drive through for 2- dinky small 6 x 2 inch bean burrito. I paid for extra onion, red sauce, cheese too. Most of the burrito was tortilla. Pretty stingy and low quality. How you can call that a burrito? Also, Taco Bell discontinued the tostada, the chicken quesadilla on dollar menu, and nacho supreme. All these items I used to order. I won't be going to TACO BELL any more. Taco Bell Sucks.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome is make a BURRITO and stop skimping on ingredients. If you stuck to the basics like you used to have. ENchurito, burritos. Tacos, taco salad maybe your drive through would move like it should Instead of snail mode.

Taco Bell Manager

At or around 7:30 on 12/3/2021, the manager at Taco Bell phone: [protected] location: 631 E chestnut St Junction City, KS made a mistake on the order; once I got to the window, I asked to rectify the error at the window. The young guy, apparently the son of the other manager in the store, he said he could not take orders at the window, company policy. I asked again, and he repeated the same thing, no it's company policy. So, I told him, ok, thank you, and left. Once I got home, I called the store, his father, the other manager picked up the phone. I spoke to him and said, hey, your manager made an honest mistake. Now foul language must be used to get the point across, I even mentioned that the customer is always right; we know this is not true! I was joking. Well, he did not take it as a joke and started using profanity; he "stated you mother [censored]ers think you're always right, this is [censored], he started laughing. I got no time for this [censored], and I got no time for you!" I repeated I have no time for you either, as he hung up, laughing the whole time! Now I am a customer and a retired veteran; I had to control myself from going back up to Taco Bell; believe me, he did not want my 405-pound bench pressing butt to go back up there and pop; his head like a grape, big man over the phone! Now I did not use any profanity to the son or the father; what kind of professionalism is this! Unbelievable, I suppose nothing is going to be done about this; it is unfortunate.

I waited 30 f*cking minutes in the drive-thru line at this Taco Bell. After all that wait, I was told they "were closed". It was 5:45 PM on Wednesday, Dec. 1. PRIME TIME !!! PRIME F*CKING TIME !!! They served the car ahead of me but decided to stop at me because they only had 2 employees (or so they said). I could not believe that a fast food restaurant would close right in a customer's face RIGHT AT DINNER TIME. I am LIVID.

Taco Bell Electronic Gift Cards

I have two electronic gift cards that were given for Christmas in 2019 that I have not been able to use because every Taco Bell that I've been to stays they are only good at a corporate store! Where is a corporate store? Please tell me so we can use these. I've gone to 4 different locations near my home and none of them will take them. We go to Taco Bell all the time and I would really like to use these as my grandsons love it . Please help!
