was at the taco bell at 7737 state ave Kansas City ks I was in side order on the new touch menu took over45 min then had to yell at manger the order was wrong I order taco supreme got dorrito shells didn't get drink also the store was so dirty pop machine was so dirty white something was coming down the side paop area was disciting the floors had trash all over was a stain on floor sizeof 3x3 and dried and not cleaned up hole experience was so bad
Desired outcome: take cake of store and customersa hole lot better iff want to return

I placed a online order 11/18/2021 around 8:08pm I ordered 2 Dorito taco supreme and a nacho bell Grande total . I don't understand how your out of shells if this is a place of business then I cant get my money back right then and there very unprofessional ! and out of boxes at that ! YALL MESSY
food hazard
i bought a 5 dollar box on the app and when i got home and started eating my food i realized there was something weird in my mouth that didn't feel right so i spit it out and there is a decent size piece if plastic in my crunchwrap supreme. i called and spoke with the manager but she didn't seem to car much. I did state that i would be reaching out to the ceo and possibly a lawyer do to food hazard.

Poor customer service/rudeness
Poor customer service. Rude taking my order and at the window... Refused to give 2 packets of salsa for a burrito when I asked if I could have extra salsa she said we only give one. I replied I understand but I asked for extra. I was the only person in line and they were rushing me and upset I asked a question. I heard her say "Oh my God". I said I'm sorry I just didn't know which one I had before. I thought there was only one breakfast burrito. She said get off the timer told me to drive around. So the second time she gave me a hard time for asking for a second salsa.
Dear New Phila Taco Bell, I'm sorry you're having a bad day or have strict guidelines to follow but it shouldn't effect the customers in the way you did today. The whole experience was awful and uncalled for.
Desired outcome: Do better.
Combos
Where are the regular combos without the supreme tacos, all the items are there to order you're forcing the upcharge for tomato and sour cream this is ridiculous and greedy. I'm not supporting such callous business desicions. And I see your little trick here with forcing a minimum character amount but there is a work around hjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Overcharged
I've complained weeks ago and haven't gotten a response! I ordered through the app --- the app would not even allow me to send the complaint, I tried it four times and ended up submitting the complaint via the website on the computer --- I have an email receipt from October 9th for $4.98 but was charged $8.17. No where in my order history will you find an order for $8.17! I know it's not much money to some but had I not noticed it, three checks I had written probably would have bounced so it's a lot to me but more so it's about the principle.
Desired outcome: I want my money back period.
Next days food prep
I have been eating at the Port Royal Taco Bell since it opened. Once Covid hit, I noticed that the food quality was different and it sometimes made me sick. After some investigating, I discovered that the night workers would prep the next days food and leave it out overnight (foods that had to be cooked or prepared). Apparently, the regional manager (Jane) okayed this. Is this not a violation and a health and safety issue?

The hard shell taco smelled horrible and the taste was even worse! It was a chemical rancid smell and taste that lingered! The quesadilla wasn't much better. I found a hard chewy piece in it! Also, the ends of the quesadilla had no chicken or cheese (it was all tortilla!) So in saying that, I had only 2 pieces out of 4 of the quesadilla I could eat! I am very disappointed in Taco Bell! I used to love Taco Bell, but no more!
2 Chicken Chalupa Supreme Combo
My husband tried to order three of the 2 Chicken Chalupa Supreme Combos without the drinks. He was told that they could not sell them to him without the drinks. He stated it was wasteful has he did not want any drinks. Taco Bell again refused to sell him the Combos without the drinks. He told them okay and left. Why was he refused service for not wanting any drinks?

Bad attitude of employee and customer complaint
I was just refused service at the pinole Ca on fitzgerald Dr. When my 73 old wife and I approaced the front door and found it locked.. An employee came to the lobby and started motioning. us to go to the drivre thru. She came to the door and said lobby was closed. I looked at a big sign/appx 8ft by 4ft saying were open for walk ins.. When i said, What the hell are these signs for, she said dont cuss at me and refused us service.I dont consider what I said as cussing at someone. At 10:26 pm on 9/15/21 at 1710 Tamiami Trail Port Charlotte FL, 33948, Taco Bell 024539 i came thru the drive thru. I frequently use the drive thru here. i ordered 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes and a nachos bell grande and two hard shelled tacos with no lettuce and two drinks. When I got home i had only received one cheesy fiesta potatoes. I called and told the person who answered. They said come and get the other one. When i opened the nachos bell grande there was no cheese or sour cream, just beans and meat and tomatoes. I called again. The person who answered said they made it themselves. I said there is no cheese or sour cream. I said I'm coming to get the items. I went to the drive thru and when the replacements were being given the person had the potatoes sitting on the top of the bag of the nachos bell grande. I said I need a bag for the potatoes. she got one. then she gave the food to me thru the window and said nothing like "I'm sorry "or " thank you for coming back ". She acted like I was a problem. She shut the window and i honked my horn and she turned back kind of rudely and I said I'm not the one who made the food wrong. She said have a good night and shut the window. Bad attitude. Younger female with headset on . Maybe shift manager. Didnt get her name. Needs to be taught some manners and customer service! Havent has any problems before this at this store. Usually good service and food.
The Taco Bell's in my area are becoming abysmal. In the past two months, ALL TB locations are drive-thru ordering only such as in Cranston; Providence; Warwick & Pawtucket, RI along with Attleboro & Seekonk, MA.
Also, they run out of soda flavors along with sauce varieties. Their computer systems crash constantly at the Seekonk, MA location--telling customers If place an order at the restaurant, it is cash only payment--if want to pay by credit card, the only way to do so is with the app.
Their app won't work for me since December 9th: resulting in unable to take advantage of all these "wonderful" offers they email me daily plus losing out on free products because of their points program. The restaurant's menu is limited when ordering at the restaurant versus ordering thru their app. I did try signing up with a different email address, but the app crashed losing my order while waiting in the drive-thru. Then, the next time, my order was delayed and resulting in me waiting 20 MINUTES for my food.
I've called the corporate phone number to get help with the app. On each call, I waiting to speak to someone for over TEN minutes: two times, when the call rang, it disconnected me--and the other two times, I was promised a call back from either a supervisor or tech support. I've emailed them asking for help four times, too. And the restaurant manager says she can't help with the app & telling me last week that many have had issues using the app then telling me she'd call corporate to help me. I let her know this week the app still was not working and no one called me to help me. Her response now is "then your phone must not be working" Even though logging into their website also gets me nowhere on my laptop and tablet! All my inquiries by phone and email has resulted to zero help: this has been going on for 15 days.
As a Taco Bell customer of 30 years, I am disappointed by their lack of professionalism and customer service.
At this point, they may as well just go out of business!
