non payment of wages earned
good afternoon
i used to work at store 30457 in nokomis florida. when i quit i was owed 2 paychecks. i have received one but did not receive my paycheck for the week ending 12/10/19/
the owner is frank mollica
the address is 997d tamiami trail
i am asking for someone to look into this.
this store is over 2 weeks behing on pay and the franchise owner is refusing to pay previous and current employees.
he has also cancelled direct deposits and i am unable to return to pick up a check

Hi - my friend and I decided to order a Meatball Sub. As we bit into our sub (bite after bite) and half way through our sub - we realized we were taking more meatless bites than there were meat inside our sub. We decided to finish our subs in hopes we might be wrong about how empty our sub was of meat which proved to be fruitless. Although we did not go mention this to the young girl who prepared our sub - we were quite disappointed with our sub. I will say - this was a first for us. We would like to think the Subway Stores are not cutting on the proper amount of ingredients in order to cut corners. We are now feeling a bit weary about going back if it means leaving the Store feeling disappointed and still hungry. Either way - we are sending this complaint in hopes to be reassured it was simply the employee's fault or that 'if the Store was low on meatballs that this should be be addressed'.

I have been to three different subways using different cards to pay the bill.in every case your readers reads the cards wrong...in two cases declining my card snd the card being charged anyway. How come your business in the USA is the only one to reject my credit cards. First and foremost I would like to thank Subway for the gesture of offering a free 6 inch sub to all Veterans on Veterans Day. Unfortunately, I went to 4 Subways and all of them stated that they were not participating in the Veterans Day offer. Needless to say I was disappointed. If possible, for future Veterans Day can a list be complied of all participating Subways.

I have been to this subway 2x recently and was served by the same young man, Robert. Overall I will say if you don't like your job, get a new one because it shows. Both times I went I had a large order, family of 4. Both times he acted annoyed and like put his head down and rolled his eyes up at me like (ugh what do you want) then huffed both times when i told him i had a big order. Then he proceedes to make my sandwhiches which were fine and I am thankful but both times he stuffed all 4 of our sandwhiches in 1 bag. Robert needs some help with his hygiene. I'm not sure what the rules are for food handlers but i don't feel like a capless hat that keeps all the hair exposed was sufficient. His hair is longer and very greasy, like I was almost afraid it would drip onto our sandwhiches. His clothes also looked very dirty, not a normal day of work dirty but like they hadnt been washed in awhile. Then, my question is what are the rules for long arm hair? Does it have to be covered. I think robert is a fine young man probably but just needs some guidance in professionalism and hygiene. When your working in the public you sometimes have to fake it till you make it. No customer wants to feel like they are an incovienence to the person behind the sandwhich bar, when its literally what you are paid to do. If you truly loathe your job that much it's time to find a new field to work in and/or learn how to be greatful for the job you do have and find joy in it somehow.
employee rudeness
Subway doesn't close until 10pm, so why, as for myself and others, as customers, can't sit where we want to? This green-haired SHE person tells me and everybody else that the lobby closed? So rude! So is it company policy to closed the lobby during "normal business hours"? Manager and owner need to put their customers first, and not about their damn pocket.

I went to store #31980-0 and asked for a 6" veggie supreme. One of the staff members served me with the marinara from the meatball bowl instead of separate only marinara sauce bowl and I noticed a piece of meatball on my bread. Immediately I asked him to stop and make me another one with separate marinara sauce without touch of meatballs. He took the meatball off my subway and replied that he can not waste bread like this and I have to take that one now. I explained him that I am a vegetarian and I want a clean veggie supreme without any touch of meat. Again he replied that he has took the meat off the sub and when I told him that I do not want that he called me a stupid vegetarian.
After this his supervisor came and told me that they ran out of marinara sauce for veggie supreme so I decided to take a box of nachos instead. While the supervisor was explaining me about his colleague's behaviour, he came in again and called me a crazy customer. I asked the supervisor that isn't he worried about the feedback or complaint against his colleague's behaviour. Then he jumped into the conversation again and told me that he does not care about anyone and feedback or anything and showed me his t-shirt that he is not even wearing a name tag so no one can do anything to him and started laughing and called a [censored] vegetarian.
When I was leaving the store, he made rude signs at me so I went back in to the store and asked him what was wrong. The supervisor noticed this and asked his colleague to calm down and explained him that he can not serve vegetarians with mixed meat. Even after this he kept on saying that he does not care about anything and call me stupid.
I would like a good amount of voucher for subway for a good period of time! And please do not hire such people!

We have been eating at this Subway for years and are usually very happy with it. But today there was a woman behind the counter I have never seen before. She was older than the usual staff and struck me as possibly a supervisor or manager. She seemed to be instructing the staff on how to ring things up. She was dressed in her own clothes. As I sat there eating I watched her dig her ungloved hand into the black olives, shove them into her mouth, lick her fingers and then shove it back into the olives. Then she ran her hand thru her hair and then shoved it into the salami and pulled out a few slices and ate them. Walked around talking to other employees and revisited the salami bin a couple more times. It was digusting. After eating there hundreds of times we will think long and hard before returning.
