Worst eatery experience i've ever had. Employee, manager, her young son all handling and around and serving food and drink without masks and gloves. When asked about them not wearing masks the manager said for us to "Get the F out" in front of security nonetheless. Subway Offering $5.00 footlong subs

I submitted a complaint to Subway on August 24 and received a confirmation from you: CAS-544761-M2M1G3 . I also received a follow-up email asking for the location of the Subway I place my orders with: 15 E. Holly Street
Pasadena, CA [protected].577.0050.

I have not received any further response from Subway.

I was supposed to receive my order for 2 footlong sandwiches at $5.00 each and was charged the full price.

Please advise as to the status of my complaint and when I can expect my refund.

I call this subway location all the time and nobody answers the phone. On about seven or eight different occasions this has happened. Subway Previous employee many complaints about Franchise

Hi, I worked at the Subway in Dereham, England run by Jyothi for 2 months, and whilst that wasn't a massive amount of time it was still enough for me to see how the place was run by the franchisee. Firstly I started off with decent hours averaging above 10 but it soon came to show that if he had a personal grievance with you even if it wasn't work-related but you just disagreed on something he would lower your hours and in my case even completely wipe away all you hours for that week. This obviously really annoyed me and other employees. He would also shout at his employees or treat them badly even in front of customers. I was even told on more than one occasion that I had to be in his words more "perfect" just as he was in everything. loads of employess have come and gone whilst working for him and any that i have spoken to that have left, have agreed that he is not the kind of franchisee that you would want. Another thing that annoyed me was that another colleague of mine that was a senior was contracted to a minimum of 35 hours a week and for 2 weeks in a row gave himself more hours and lowered hers below 35. I myself however was not given a contract not even a 0 hour one as he said he was "testing the waters" another employee of mine however has been there for 8 months and still has not recieved one even though she is an amazing employee who gets things right and is loved by customers. last month he didnt pay me in full i asked him why and he said i only did 64 hours and i showed him that I had in fact done 67.77 and that what it says on the till. he told me i was wrong and i didnt clock out he said he'd have to check the cameras to make sure i was in for all those hours. I know i was there for all those hours and it has been almost 3 weeks and he still has not checked camera's, paid me the money, or responded to me. the only time he responded was when i said i would go to head office and he said i was threatening him. I will still be a customer for subway just not that subway as I disagree with the way he runs things and treats his customers. And i also fear he may not pay me for my last pay after this. I thank you for your time. I have screenshots of him ignoring my messages if needed I also have pictures of the hours I have worked registered on the till.

This is the 5th time this cashier (she had red dyed hair today) has waited on me in the last 2 months. She has yet to acknowledge me when I come to register & seldom says "thank you". Subway loose items

I don't think I have the correct dept but Subways web site is poorly designed. I have ordered two subs in the last week at two different locations. Both sites cut the amount of meat in the sub by a half. I now use Mr. Sub after twenty years of using Subway and will never go back to Subway ever again, not that you care. Just to let you if you have to cut back on your product your buisness must be in trouble and now it's only getting worse for you. Like other big companies customer service is not a priority just the mighty dollar. Your loss.

Subway gift cards, phone line, website

I got a card I try to check the balance I call the number they try to make me accept some kinda scam offer I dont want any "offers" to the carribean or whatever the telephone menu wont let me get past to check my balance without buying their [censored] I dont want it I just wanna check my balance I wait it goes to another wont let me past I dont want that crap either it wont let me past without forcing me out with your to buy their friggin scam I dont want it I wait it hangs up, anger, so I go to the website lookup gift cards they wanna sell more but wont let me check the balance without signing up for an account I dont want any scam crap it wants me to download their app I dont want their app and it requires an account I cant check my balance without being forced to do something buy something anger I dont want to be forced to do buy or accept anything I want my balance I got so angry I threw the card away because its too hard to just check my balance whats wrong with you people?

My granddaughter got 2 /6 inch subs only, she said it was $14, I called the restaurant, and asked why it cost that much, the very rude person said on one of them was guacamole and the other was pepperoni, they should have been told that it would cost extra. Extremely rude owners. I would add a photo but the owner would definitely have something to say about it. Don't take a photo in this Subway because they will call the police. Double standards with this owner/co-owner. Wasted everyones time because they did not want any photos taken inside their fast food restaurant . They called the police. Bad experience. Will never return to Subway.

I go to eat there everyday and today was a not so good day there until I noticed my manager wasnt there I just hope she never leaves cause that is the best Subway that I've ever been to. Subway rejected

Received a coupon in the mail and wanted to redeem it on my way home from work. One subway was closed with hand written note, "will reopen shortly" I left to the next subway. Told him I had a coupon, he told me this was a private location not corporate and that I cant use it here. No wonder no one else was inside, so I left to McDonald that gives me free food if I want longer than expected. Subway
