I love subway. I eat there a few times a month. Always order via the app on my phone. Which is such an awesome option. I have always had great luck with the app and the sandwiches have always been good. Except for today. I ordered $18.69 worth of sandwiches. Made all my selections online. Picked up the sandwiches and the veggies where half of what is usually on there. I didn't get any pickles or black olives. My daughter's slider just made me laugh because it was so ridiculous... maybe 3 pieces of strip steak and a tiny piece of cheese. I tried calling the store 3 times which no answer. So, I went online to fill out the survey and received a non-reply response from the manager. If I would have received a phone call or a polite response, then I would not have complained on this site. I am so irritated with today's events. Very unprofessional.
