There have been two incidents that I am aware of is of my credit card number being hacked and I have been billed for the transactions. I am filing a formal complaint against the work practices of the manager named Muriel located at the Subway in Surprise on Cotton and Greenway. My daughter started working there June of 2021- She was called in numerous times while she was sick with covid in the Fall of 2021.
