Was spoken to by very rude male employee when I asked about the buy one, get one free offer.
He said it was for online orders only, but nothing was mentioned in the national advertisement I had just seen on TV.
I went online and what a joke.
I tried, tried and tried again -- with NO SUCCESS.
Completely dysfunctional website.
I have gone to this particular Subway store for over 25 years, and I never can tell what kind of rudeness will spill from the employees -- and here is likely the reason:
I have dealt with the owner -- who fills in from time to time when there is an employee shortage or scheduling issue -- and his people skills and common respect are non-existent.
Subway has had problems with common courtesy toward the buying public for as long as I can remember, and it isn't getting any better.
In fact, the issue seems to be widely known.
