my order
I went to a sonic in Wichita Kansas tonight and I got a order of chili cheese fries and tots and neither one of them had any chili or cheese. And I also got a chili coney that barley had any chili or cheese on it also. It was disappointing and when I brought it home to my 2 year old son he was disappointed and didn't want to eat any of it. My husband has built these stores and I know they can put more chili and cheese than what I got on them. If this is going to continue I will not be back at sonic which is disappointing because my son loves your chili cheese fries
service and food
I have tried to go to this sonic on several different occasions, each time I'm very unhappy with service and the food provided. From waiting almost 20 minutes to place my order, and waiting another 20 mins to get it. Several times when I've left without even placing an order because I'd been waiting over 15 minutes. Rock hard buns or diet instead of regular pop. Sonic in El Reno Oklahoma needs a overhaul from the inside out ASAP. I will never go there again.
extremely poor customer service & foul tasting sandwich
I went through the sonic drive-through in Edgewater Maryland today to get a breakfast sandwich and a corndog for my dogs and Cinna snack.
Right away the young kid in the loudspeaker sounded like he was giggling and laughing at my order while I placed my order. that seemed pretty inappropriate childish and unprofessional. Then when I pulled up he was rather arrogant and sarcastic. Once he gave me my bag he just shoved it through the window looking at me smiling he didn't say thank you for your order come back and see us he was very rude.
I pulled away stop somewhere to eat a sandwich. I drove a half hour out of my way just to go to the sonic because in the past they've always had great customer service extremely friendly and wonderful food better than I've ever had any other drive-through restaurant.
Once I bit into my sandwich that was a Fowl taste in there and I thought oh gross I spit it out and then I went to another side of the sandwich it was a egg and cheese with bacon on Ciabbatta bread. It tasted extremely foul . I spit it out of my mouth and threw it away.
I tried calling a few minutes later and I called about five different times and nobody would answer the phone ever that and self is a disgrace for a business how can you not answer the phone when it rings 7 times how can you not answer the phone when somebody calls five or 10 times separately it's as if they're not taking any calls throughout the day. That's bad customer service period. It was slow there - it's not like they were slammed or something.
I called hours later to find out who the manager was and if they had time to speak with me a girl over the phone acted like a spoiled 14-year-old brat and was very unprofessional. Her name was Emily.
I kept asking what the managers name was and then if I'd be able to speak with them she wouldn't let me through and she didn't give me a name. eventually she said that she was the manager but she was very rude and unprofessional she wasn't customer service friendly at all and she didn't act like any manager should ever act when there's a problem over the phone.
The guy that took my order his name was Justin he was the most unprofessional rude arrogant kid I've ever seen working at a drive-through.
Maybe you guys shouldn't hire children and if you do make sure that they don't act like childish spoiled brat‘s. they need to learn how to be professional how to take orders right and something was disgustingly fowl with the sandwich that he gave me. had I have known I never would've gone an hour out of my way and wasted gas and $10 for nothing I didn't even want to give my dogs that sandwich it was so sickening I wanted to throw up. I ended up eating somewhere else.what a waste of time.
Rest assuredI will never ever go there again that's sick whoever made that sandwich should be fired and both Emily and Justin need to take some kind of a training refresher class On how to treat customers properly with respect. I'm pretty disgusted how they handled everything.
wait time
So today's my birthday and I'm craving a bacon toaster sandwich, get to Sonic and there's only two other vehicles there, great!
Hit the red button and sit there for three minutes while nothing happens then a girl comes over the speaker and tells me that I need to wait longer, so I patiently wait another two minutes. Nothing. Hit the button some more and wait another minute and again nothing. Apparently three vehicles at once is too much for the Kingman, KS Sonic to handle.
my order always being wrong
Every time I order my burgers with no pickles and onions, I always seem to have onions on my burger. I even ask them to repeat my order and they tell my order says no onions and pickles but I always have them. I have gotten to the point where I stop calling the establishment on New Boston RD, Texarkana, TX because the manager seem to be rude and doesn't treat the customer or the employees with respect.

I was drinking a rainbow blue raspberry slush with extra nerds and everything seemed fine when i was drinking it. Then I took the lid off to eat it with a spoon because there were so many nerds (a good thing) and there were weird little things all mixed in the drink. It looked like little pieces of fabric or thread or something. There were tons and tons of them not just like a fluke little piece. I'm very upset because I don't know how much of it got through the straw before I noticed and what it was! Please get back to me with what it was because i'm kind of scared.
undercooked food
On 11/21/17 at around 1pm i pulled up to sonic for lunch and ordered the chicken sandwich combo along with one of their half priced cheeseburgers. My meal came to $10.74. As i began eating the sandwich i realized it tasted very funny. I looked down into the sandwich and saw that it was indeed raw. I then buzzed the restaurant to report that the sandwich was raw. Upon one of the employees coming to my window i showed her the sandwich and she told me she was sorry and that she would "obviously" replace the chicken sandwich. I was so disgusted to told her to change the sandwich to a double cheeseburger. When i received the burger my stomach was still in knots and i could not even finish the burger as i only took one bite of it. So i ended up throwing it away. I am very upset because not even the manager came out to say anything, or even offer to give my money back as i was so disgusted i couldn't even eat the food! i would like corporate to contact me and arrange my money back asap!
service time
Well I order at 835pm and I did not get my order until 855, I would understand if they were bissy but they was not. So when the screen said it was finish I waited for 15 min. I'm a Manager my self. So I asked the server did you guys forget about me and her answer was, we had some thing going inside. And never apologized, no kind of care about the service, me and my wife eat there at least twice a week, plus tip good! All I'm saying is that was the worst experience I ever had at sonic. I am complaining about how bad the service is
Everytime i go there its ALWAYS A PROBLEM . even if there is no one there its ALWAYS at least 10 minutes before i get an answer then when they finely take your order its at least another 15 minutes before you get your meal. And now they are telling me that the fryer is broken and the guy is fixing it as we speak but there is no service trucks in the parking lot this is the LAST TIME I COME HERE.
milkshake order wrong
I ordered a sonic burger and a Oreo milkshake. When I tasted it half way home from a 12 hr shift to out it had no ores in it all was disappointing to say the least... I was not given a straw or napkins in my bag. I didn't know I had to ask for a straw with my shake. This is my second visit to your restaurant and it may be my last. My last order was wrong and I had to wait 15 mins for my replacement. You used to have great costumer Service, it has gotten worse over time. If I return it will not be on a Friday or Saturday evening, that's for sure

I went to sonic at 12: 25 p m through the drive thru trying to place a order and the lady Rebecca was very rude I ordered a family order of mozzarella sticks And she said they did not sell the family size anymore and she kept on hollering what size and I said a large and she didn't ask me was I finished she just told me my total which was $5.90 and I wasn't finished with my order so when I get to the window she handed me my mozzarella sticks And I told her that I wasn't finished with my order because she cut me off so then I ordered a large order of chili cheese tots and a large strawberry peach slush and she charged me $6.99 for that
grilled cheese sandwich
I received a text saying there was a special for grilled cheese sandwiches for .50 cents each. I live about 15 miles from Sonic but made the drive for the discount. When I get there once again they are sold out. It's 5:55 pm and they are sold out of grilled cheese sandwiches. Had this been the first time it's happened I wouldn't be upset. It's seems as though every time At Neosho MO. Sonic if there is a special when I get there they are sold out. More like they sold their limit for the day and don't want to give anymore discounts.
very very very poor service
On November 11th 2017 I went to the Sonic in Fairview Oklahoma and I pulled into a stall and I placed my order my order was a grilled chicken wrap combo with a green apple cream slush also I ordered a medium blue raspberry cream slush and then I ordered a chocolate sundae the chocolate sundae wasn't even made full they barely put any ice cream in it and the blue raspberry cream slush wasn't even mixed up at all hardly. When I took the lid off you could see the blue slush on the outside and ice cream in the middle and I paid $17 for this I'm furious they didn't even do their job right and it was dead I mean there was hardly anybody there there was two cars there so it's not like they were slammed and just didn't have time they just flat [censor] didn't care I won't be back to that Sonic for a while
frozen strawberry lemonade
Me and my girlfriend stop by at Sonic in Springerville Arizona and ordered a whole meal with a watermelon limeade and a strawberry frozen lemonade they came out and gave us just a frozen lemonade so we told them that we ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade they said it was going to be $0.50 extra charge and we pay them she took the drink back in and put back in the drink maybe one pump and on top of that the drink does not look at all as it is advertised on your guyses menu I asked them can I get a strawberry lemonade that looks like the one on your menu they were rude and said that's how it's supposed to be two pumps of strawberry so we are very unsatisfied with the response of customer service and not just that but not content at all with the strawberry lemonade which we are leaving on the table because it is not what we ordered I hope you guys can fix this issue with this location thank you and have a great day
sonic app
Beware do not use Sonic App! I have a family of 6 and we frequent our local Sonics several times a day so this seemed like a great idea with the rewards program. We used the App for one week and started to receive rewards then the problems started happening when I began to reload my card I received a lock on my card. I called to 800 number and was told you have to wait 7 days to reload card and you can only spend a certain amount on card so I purchased gift cards and downloaded then onto the app which was suggested. We were all going fine and had accumulated around 6 or 7 rewards and had several gift cards on app and the entire app was removed by Sonic from my phone. I called Sonic and they stated that we were no longer allowed to use app due to too many reloads within a 7 day time span. I was shocked that a company would turn away customers for repeated business and frequent visits and they said sorry! I asked for my money and my rewards and was told I would need to call again and request someone to look into that. I have been a loyal Sonic customer for 30 years and I am NEVER EVER spending a penny at Sonic again! They stole my money, my rewards and treated me like crap and I have been dealing with this issue for 4 weeks with no resolution and nobody from Sonic Serbs to care that this has happened.
ice cream machine
We live and attempt to visit the sonic on 3911 Sheppard Access toad in Wichita Falls, Texas. We have attempted to get ice cream products from this sonic on 4 occasions over the course of the past month and a half and every time we are told the ice cream machine is broken. I love sonic and have been a long time customer, but I am very disappointed since this is the only sonic close to our new home. Thank you for taking the time to look into this situation.

On 10-5-17 my family visited the sonic drive in located in vinita, ok, we ordered a dbl. Sonic cheeseburger, mustard, no onion, as I am allergic to onion, med. Fries, med. Drink, a med popcorn chicken, small fry, small, drink

Your Sonic at 9500 Federal Blvd, Federal Heights, CO has the poorest service I've ever seen. It's even worse than the one in Colorado Springs that I have complained about before. It always takes forever to get your order. But today we went there and pulled into a stall, the drive thru had 5 cars in line. We took about 5-6 minutes to decide what we were going to order and then pushed the button. The girl comes in and says we are not taking orders from the stalls today you have to use the drive thru. Okay, fine. I pull over to the drive thru and it's the same 5 cars. We wait 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes and we have not moved and not placed our order. So we leave and go somewhere else. I know you have school kids running these things, but is there really no one else that could possibly be concerned about customer service. BY the way, we left and went to another Sonic. And unfortunately we did not get home with our full order. Pretty bad customer service day for you all the way around. I would like someone to call me and tell me what they are going to do about the continuous poor service at this place
bad service always wrong order
I usually stop twice a week on my way to work for the last 3 weeks I had to pull to the window for them to take my order even though I had placed it at the speaker and they still get it wrong this morning I stopped I ordered a jr deluxe no cheese no onion mini cheese sticks and 44 oz drink I got to the window she repeated my order I told her it suppose to be jr deluxe not double jr and mini not medium cheese sticks I got the recipet I was charged for double jr burger she was arguing with me it's the same price she fixed it and when I'm almost at work I open the sandwich it had muster on it I called the store the manager leiah said to turn around and she will fix it are you kidding me that is rediculous I would like the area manager to call me I understand sometimes you have new employees taking order but if I have to repeat my order again at the window and still get it wrong that not right my number is [protected]
It's not ridiculous for the manager to suggest you return to the restaurant so that they can fix your order. If you return to the location in the future, I would recommend checking your food before leaving so that they can fix it at that moment.
overcharging
This is to provide documentation regarding my visit to the Sonic Restaurant located at 1101 South Broadway St., in Little Rock, Arkansas 72202, on Saturday, November 4th, 2017.
I work the midnight shift on Friday and Saturday nights, and I usually go to fast food places on my way to work.
I haven't been to this Sonic location, or any other Sonic location, in over a year. The last time I went to this Sonic, , I ordered a cheeseburger that was cold, and very dry, with absolutely no flavor.
I started going to Wendys down the street. They have been doing fine, good food at fair prices, and they offer a Senior discount.
Tonight the drive thru line at Wendys was backed up to the street, and they were unusually slow.
It was almost Midnight, and I needed to get some food, and get to work, so I decided to try Sonic again.
I love the Toaster sandwiches and the Tater Tots, and it had been ages since I'd had them.
The Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Toaster sandwich normally comes with 4 pieces of bacon on it, which in my opinion isn't enough, because I love bacon. If you only have 4 pieces of bacon on the sandwich, it's difficult to taste the bacon with the egg and cheese too. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Toaster with triple bacon. This should equal 12 pieces of bacon.
The young man who was outside taking orders questioned me about that amount of bacon, and I verified that I wanted 12 pieces of bacon on the sandwich, and also a small Tater Tots.
The young man went inside to give them my order, and when I got to the window, Crystal verified my order, which was correct, and then she said my total was $16 and some change. I told her that that couldn't
possibly be right, even though I did order extra bacon. She double checked, and said that they had made a mistake, and my total was $10.86. I paid that amount, even though I still think I was overcharged. I needed to get to work, and I was already running late.
I think $4.80 for 6 pieces of bacon is way out of line.
If the sandwich comes with egg and cheese, and 4 pieces of bacon for $2.99, and you pay $0.80 for extra bacon, how do you figure that 6 more pieces of bacon should cost $4.80?
The sandwich was loaded, the bacon was cooked just right, well done, and crispy. You want to make sure pork is cooked well, and this was. The tater tots were very greasy, but they usually are.
This meal was delicious, and it filled me up well, but I think the price is way too high to eat at Sonic on a regular basis.
Also, I paid with a $20.00 bill. My total due was $10.86, so my change was $9.14, but my check showed that my change was $0.14.
I also didn't receive any napkins or peppermint as before. Have you stopped giving peppermint?
By comparison, I can get a Wendys Classic Single and a plain Baked Potato, with butter and sour crème, for $6.32 including a Senior discount.
I can also get a Nachos Bell Grande with double meat and jalapenos at Taco Bell for $4.88 including a Senior discount.
It may be too late to do anything about this issue now, but maybe you could talk to the employees there about the correct prices to charge for extra items in the future.
